That was really tough but Fleabag was being very self-destructive in Season 1 and Claire was so stuck in her bad marriage and probably desperate to make it work because a lot of women think they are defined by their relationship. I don't blame Fleabag for going no contact for a year but she used that time to get back on track so she could deal with her family in a healthier way. Claire figures herself out eventually.
It was because she had done the same thing to her best friend, it was a check mate point in the script. She views her as reckless and unstable, and it as a potential act she’s so.

I think your choice of music and edits is interesting. Yes it is a comedy but you are highlighting the intensity of the sisters' relationship and having two sisters, I found it moving to watch. All stories can be played for comedy or drama. Well done. Maybe the complainers do not get on with their siblings so do not feel anything but anger with this music.

When you remove snarky fleabag commentary their relationship seems become more dramatic and genuine somehow. They way they communicate by just staring at each other and trying to telepathically communicate.
Such a wonderful,funny,sad, confused, incomplete,full,mean,good , confident, lacking confidence ,smart and empty character Claire is. I love her and hate her but I'd like her as a sister. Fleagbag is many of this things too. I love this edit so much! Btw can anyone tell me the name of the symphony ?
