  • • Ingredients for eight treasures fillings,
    Peanuts 50 grams, 0:37
    White kidney beans 50 grams, 0:38
    Red beans 50 grams, 0:40
    Red kidney beans 50 grams, 0:43
    Purple rice 100 grams, 0:44
    Glutinous rice 500 grams, 0:48
    Cowpea seeds which is in red and white color, 50 grams, 0:41
    • Ingredients for corn and red dates fillings,
    Glutinous rice 500 grams, 0:56
    Corn 250 grams, 0:57
    Red dates some, 0:57
    Put the Zongzi in pot and cook it for 40 mins with big heat. Then turn to low heat and braise it for 3 hours. If there is not enough water in pot,a dd more hot water in it.

    看来不止一百遍如何裹粽子的手法,可是就是学不会啊,感觉老爸这个手法好像简单很多,下次试一试后再回来报告啊,谢谢老爸分享。

    我看了老爸的玉米方糖配方深受启发,没有玉米方糖就用的豆馅,出来非常好吃!下次试玉米的,打算去掉花生加栗子蜜枣。谢谢老爸!还有悄悄提醒一下奶油炸糕安排一下?

    包粽子的手法和别人教的不一样,粽叶上的硬梗不用剪掉。包得也很牢,还快。

    我是你老爸的粉丝哦,但是今天看到的粽子好像不太认同。你们那边吃的粽子是这样的呀?米没控干水分哦,而且大火40分钟后小火焖3小时应该不太好吃吧。
