What's this Saikyo Dojo thing? I notice the menu is different from the PS1 version, the Main Menu. Also the character select screen. I know Saikyo is one of the styles, along Mazi and Classic and Normal.
This game was meant to have an online versus mode, but it got cut. If you highlight the "Network" button in the main menu, the description for it reads something like "this mode lets you fight over the internet", which isn't true. I believe the Saikyo Dojo refers to what you could do in network mode: download some super tough CPU opponents to fight. I downloaded 3 of them, when you beat them I think you had a grade that you could move up by winning. This was over a decade a go though and I haven't got my DC hooked up to check right now. I don't have the downloads any more though, I remember the memory card getting corrupted and losing them.
@@RageQuitter87 Thank you, So is the American version for the Dreamcast just named Street Fighter Alpha 3? Cause I was looking on ebay and only noticed the reg SFA 3 and the Street fighter zero 3 Saikyo Dojo
Good memories
I want to buy a dreamcast again!

+Rage Quitter 87 The "Saikyo Dojo" is written in the same font and style of the japanese inscriptions of the "Matching Service" version. Silly me.
Rose was the best
I thought this was a Japanese import game? Is there an option to change the language to English?
The Dreamcast version was not exclusive to Japan, it was released in the USA and Europe too

@@richardcarpenter24 Yeah on the boxes for the USA and Euro versions the Saikyo Dojo text isn't there, but it is on the in-game title screen.
