Ka Chun Yuen True, buying Giroud and Podolski was not ambitious enough in my opinion. Even though Giroud eventually proved to be an excellent signing considering he costed 12 million and he was Ligue 1 champion and topscorer.
Some players can be classified as either a great goal scorer or a scorer of great goals - but RVP was truly both this season. His absurd technique made pretty much every goal he scored seem like a work of art.

This was the arsenal player i became a Gooner for 10 years ago. He was a beast back in 11/12, a genuine world class player and a game changer. He could work out matches on his own, single handedly.

Nuno Martins I’ve rewatched the majority of our games from 2011/12 season and he was better than what people think. He lacked end product but created so many chances from the left flank cause he was so good 1v1. The balance in our attack was so good with Gervinho on the left able to go inside and out with pace and dribbling quality, van persie up front with excellent movement and finishing, and Walcott on the right who was able to go in behind and create space for our midfielders. Underrated team
