One of my best friends and her husband are beekeepers here in Ohio. The difference between light and dark honey is not only the time of year but more specifically the type of flowers that the bees pollinate. Spring flowers are lighter and more fruity, therefore lighter in color and taste. Late summer and fall flowers produce darker honey. 🌺 🐝 🍯 🌸
If you clean and keep the container the pre chopped onions(veggies) come in, you can just get a fresh onion, chop it and put it into that container. Saves you a bunch of $. Adds up after a while.
It is so funny. You are an introvert like me…but watching your videos makes me feel like I am traveling with you. That’s pretty cool. I hope you feel the energy from your viewers and don’t feel lonely. I love my time alone but I could see how even an introvert could feel lonely from time to time.

Hello, everyone. I really do enjoy these videos and only wish I had the guts and fortitude to try such fantastic adventures, both alone or with my boyfriend. He’s a hard worker during week and an avid golfer all weekend. That often has me feeling alone while he’s enjoying his sport. So I’m happy to have these adventurous interesting videos to watch when I’m home by myself. I’m antisocial and have a lot of anxiety going places alone outside the normal job and errands, grocery, library, gym, park, things in my neighborhood. It’s fun to watch females doing their thing living their lives on their terms in their own space. I wish you safe travels and good health, and will continue watching your journey! Thank you for sharing it. It takes some of my fears and anxiety about being alone away.
The color and flavor of the honey depends on what type of flower pollen and nectar the bees have been eating. In different places honey is different depending on the prevailing flower in the area where they are eating.

I love Trader Joe's too. We have many here in California. When my brother visited me for a year out here, back in the 90s, he said Trader Joe's was one of the things he missed the most when he moved back to Oklahoma. I don't now if they finally built any back there or not.

Kinda funny tho cuz TJ's uniform is a Hawaiian 🌺 print shirts lol.

if i might suggest, if you only eat one meal a day to at least drink a cold pressed juice in the rising or a green drink or eat a leafy salad with your meal to replenish your cells with Life and this also helps with digestion
That beach is nice. 3 hours from me. ! I love the small town vibes. 🥰. If you never been to torch lake . It's a must. The water is so clear you can see the beautiful rocks on the bottom. Another beautiful small town is Alpena. A lot of my family grew up there. I also 💕 farmers markets. Always get homeade jam while there. Enjoy your day 😊
I know where Luna Pier is...quite tiny...sits on Lake Erie....back then you couldn't go into the water....and believe me you didn't want to then....stay safe !

I love farmers markets! One tip Only buy what you will use don’t be tempted to buy too large a bunch of something…oh and soak your red onions in ice water for 20 minutes, dry real good, and you’ll remove some of the bitterness

Also contains less water and more nutrients. Color varies from season to season because the plants blossom at different times of the year and bees always collect honey. I read that artichokes also are good to help break sugar cravings. Also, drinking with meals can unfortunately dilute needed digestive enzymes -- so it's good not to drink with meals for that reason as well.

Hey there, I always wonder where rivers end. I moved down to south Texas and I'm about 40 minutes from where the Colorado river in Texas dumps into the Gulf of Mexico. The say undercurrents are very bad where they meet and very dangerous. Maybe that's a bucket list item for you, finding the end of a river that dumps into the ocean somewhere. As always food looks delicious 😋.

I really like darker honey. I especially like buckwheat honey. The color is almost as dark as molasses. I love the flavor.

I read that artichokes also are good to help break sugar cravings. Also, drinking with meals can unfortunately dilute needed digestive enzymes -- so it's good not to drink with meals for that reason as well.

I have lived in beach towns in the State of MI. My favorites are in St. Joseph and Spring Lake. I live in a beach town now but the beach isn't as quaint but there are areas that I love to explore. Blessings 👑

Hey there, I always wonder where rivers end. I moved down to south Texas and I'm about 40 minutes from where the Colorado river in Texas dumps into the Gulf of Mexico.
The say undercurrents are very bad where they meet and very dangerous. Maybe that's a bucket list item for you, finding the end of a river that dumps into the ocean somewhere.
