This is just a remake of far cry primal revived via the Avatar IP. Nothing revolutionary here.
I love the graphics of the game, they truly are beautiful.
But i find the plants way to small. They look normal sized next to be na‘vi. But if you look at the movies even the na‘vi seem small in the forest. I really hope the fix that. I‘d love a true jungle to get lost in.
I think it highly depends on the different regions of the game, but yes you are still right.
Fix that within like 4 days of premiere?

I love how the Naavi haul ass through the jungles of Pandora at like 20-30mph in the movies, but in the game they move at a brisk walking speed. Truly captivating, and a game to behold.
To be fair, this character did grow up in a lab and just woke up from 15 years of sleeping in a metal tube and did not spend their childhood sprinting on tree branches

Yeah the running speed is abysmal. I hope they increase it.
@@Doubleduo-s8eIt’s more a visualisation of their enhanced senses in order to aid the player, (that’s why it’s purpleish and hazy etc.) It’s the character being connected to Eywa and Pandora as a whole so is sensing things in a way that we can’t. Kind of like a 6th sense, (or a 7th for them) or a 3rd eye with them feeling ethereal vibrations emanating from the world around them.
I've played the Avatar game for the ps3. It was awesome. I'm a bit excited to play this game.

This game looks so stupid. If you think this company is competent enough to pull this off, you're smoking. This game looks nothing like the films thick jungle vegetation. It's lacking animations (it has one plant that retracts, lazy) looks empty, looks dead, i guarantee this game will have tons of game breaking bugs. Not sold, not excited, and FP is the worst decision. This game should be exclusively 3rd person.

rather have decade old graphics with actual gameplay than a 4k 500+ gig download graphic game with no gameplay other than walk here and shoot here

I don’t wanna sound like that type of person but I can’t find nothing good bout this game that make me want it maybe is cause I’m already disappointed with Ubisoft on how they handle the assassins creed franchise they suck an suckerpunch is better then them I just can’t wit Ubisoft no more I spend to much money on them already an I’m not finna waste no more money until I see some changes

Those floating mountains look unfinished, like they were just copy pasted on there. They don't blend into the world, they just look unfinished.

This graphics looks amazing, but I'm a little bit scared of the gameplay to scan every 10 seconds, we would like more environmental narration instead of having lots of details which pollute the readability of the environment. However, I will try this game to have my own opinion.

If only Guerilla got hold of the franchise and made a game instead. Put pandora and navi in forbidden west and its already a better avatar game by miles. Can't trust ubisoft to ever make a game that pushes boundaries or has heart.

Boy this really has Primal vibes. And that is a bad thing for me personally. This one is for the Avatar fanbase. Good for them. But not for me. Oh well, I guess 2023 is game over for me. Lets see what 2024 has to bring.

Gotta love how people who don't like Avatar and never even planned on playing this are over exaggerating every small nitpick they can find in this 6 month old demo build.
It is Ubisoft they have a habit of broken releases so best to be cautious about it. That being said a far cry esq Avatar game is definitely interesting.
