only the one section. The other skill .. branches(?) are just normal skill trees.
@@Thisandthat8908 nah, they’re all intended to be memories of ancestors which is why they are linked to Tarsyu pods and blossoms. Connecting to Aywa is the way you gain skill points-tapping into the “collective consciousness” of Pandora to help you craft, survive, and explore easier.
Idk why every review is bashing it for being like far cry games I personally love them

I love this game also it’s good I don’t mind the first person only third person would be cool but it’s ok cause 60%of the time on on my horse or ikran so I see my character then and you can fight on them also
@@Bobczv yea it’s so surreal getting your ikran and the visuals when your riding honestly if they use this as a platform and build on it trough DLCs and updates like some of their other games I can see myself playing this for a long time just needs more content and yes third person would be sweet also I hope they let us become turuk makto and tame the big bird for the movie
I feel this game is more like ancestors the humankind odyssey more than a far cry game
I absolutely love the gathering quality system. They could even go more immersive/interactive LOL. It's too cool.
The tips for inventory management, donating and trading are helpful. Just like he says, the game isn't real clear about a lot of this stuff and there doesn't appear to be an in-game trading reference that can help remind you how this all works. The guidance tips that occasionally pop up only linger for about five seconds and can't be pulled up again.
Right, that's my only complaint. Is the guidance tips disappearing so fast, like how am I supposed to read that little font so fast?! I sent ubisoft an email about it, hopefully it gets fixed in a patch update.

This is better than that last 3 farcry games and the graphics are amazing idk why people are hating on this game when they haven’t played it🤣
This game is exactly the same as the last 3 farcry games graphics included (because it’s the same engine)
I have to disagree with you about Far Cry, because the last two games (5 & 6), are persony favourites in the series; but i agree with you about Avatar though, it's good.
@@SpartasEdge 5 was the last mediocre farcry in my opinion, 6 just continued to lower my expectations for Ubisoft

Thank you for an actual tip video on unknowns. Most other videos I've found are just "here's how to get the best gear" "these are the best skills" etc., Basically just spoiling the combat and experimental side.
One tip I'll add is to change Navi Visiom to toggle so you can move and scan with it easier.

this is why i feel like games are so subjective when i played the first few hours and did the missions where it’s raining and there’s like brown haze around and you have to destroy the drill then going to where it’s night time and you walking through all the glowing flora like i was straight up immersed. I don’t have much input but i will say that lol 🤷🏼♂️
I found it's a slow burner to get into, but once you learn it better and start leveling up and get more skills, and get your ekran, it opens up a lot.
yeah the game is really good but people keep hating and they havent played yet.
I wish the game let you save I hate dying in a mission and having to start all over again!
I haven't played this yet, but I do hope they release a sizable DLC that focuses on the water tribes, I feel like they missed a mark not capitalising on the latest movie - imagine riding the various creatures across/in the sea!
That would be epic even though I am enjoying the game so far
They are already working on two more seasons of DLC content you can get access to by purchasing the “gold” or deluxe version.

End for me the best openworld single player game of 2023,the rda base is not that easy at higher level bases, it's not that easy to find and craft the best weapons and armor, it takes time, and I love the graphics the sounds, the wildlife, day and night it's all different, it's amazing! I play games over 25 years but this one is next levl, but that's personal
I think it’s funny that in the movie saber said I feel fast with blue marks or paint and the plant that makes you fast gives you blue marks

I tried to find the old video of the concept behind avatar, but that video is gone bc Ubisoft dont want any backlash, the staff was not productive, the idea was too much for the budget, etc.. excuses. Im not a hater, I just want them to be more transparent and doing the work with passion rather doing the easy way/ cashgrab method.

idk. people are calling this a far cry reskin but there are so many elements in this game which is a far reach from them games. sure maybe the movement when running is a bit like far cry 6 and a few other aspects but them "aspects" have been more than just reskinned. there are so many additions to this game for traversal (not just the ikran). its not a BIG game like valhalla, which IMO was too much, even tho I love that game..
i personally love the game so far. on endgame now just doing side missions. admittedly the main story is mid but the side missions does juice it up a bit. :)

I’m a few hours in and what a game so far
Took a couple of hours to get a grip, fully enjoying the game.
My thing with the whole well it's just Avatar but re-skinned from far cry like what did you expect it to be is my thing like of course it's going to be like that if that's the case then that's like saying Hogwarts legacy is far cry but with magic but if we're going to look at it that way then it is there a lot of games that are like far cry, I personally enjoy them but my main question still stands what did you expect it to be
I was lost for the longest time till I actually looked and studied the map abit hard with fog of war is definitely a challenge no way points 😅

They should also made it a survival crafting game with bosses in biomes to fight..... With this beautiful world, surviving would be amazing
I agree, but I think the premise that you are a forest dwelling species sort of defeats that. You are already in your element living in the forest and thriving, not merely surviving. I would have liked the option to build a fire and "pass time" anywhere though, but I imagine there is some pollution aspect to that that made them decide against it.
i used no metal of earth on my first play so no guns only bow and arrows was a easy sneaky campain you just feel like a hunter but the ai can be updated a bit have had times i was litterly behind a guy standing up and walking not even a meter behind him and nothing normally you would sense something is wrong but nothing just blindness
how and when can I even get an Ikran anyways, like which quest is that and which level and how far into the game??
It's part of the main story, like 5 to 6 hours in
after eywa blessing quest you'll get the ikran quest and i must say they did a good job on making that quest instead of just talking to someone and you have the mount you actually need to try to soothe it before you can attempt to bond with it and need to do a bunch of climbing

@innxcence it took me 5 to 6, but I did get side tracked a lot, gathering plants and hunting
One MAJOR gripe I have is that I don't have haptic feedback or whatever it's called on my controller. I don't get any vibrations when yanking plants so I have no idea when to do it. Weird design decision
you can see it easily on your hands.
you probably have turned off vibrations on your controller if you don't feel them cause i feel it when gathering but after a while you know wich side to pull to get it pristine condition
I didn’t have any haptic feedback for Spider-Man 2 but I do in avatar so I think it’s just a case by case thing. Try to fiddle with your settings

I feel like they did what rockstar did to red dead online this game honestly has so much potential and there is so much more they could’ve done to it to make it even better I love the game but it’s honestly not worth 70$ and it’s underwhelming but not disappointing I mean there is SO MUCH they could do with this game more animals recipes and plants etc stuff like that I mean maybe a few other animals you can bond with to like the thanator but again don’t get me wrong I love the game it’s great but it has so much potential
Someone know how to upgrade pouch inventory?
through the vitality skill tree you have two skills there that will give you +1 to your healing pouch and then you have a skill tree where it increases how much you can carry its not much but you also have a stash where you can stash 200max items in it + hoarding is not the way to go in this game for example if you dont need any branches dont farm them same goes for other items if you don't need them at that moment just dont bother otherwise your inventory will fill up quick

Anyone on here know how to completely disable all HUD, like I don't need to be reminded every time that pressing B lands my banshee. Or Y to pet it, or how much stamina it has. It’s taking away the immersion, I’m thinking some devs might need to find a new job.

This is basically on a hogwarts legacy level…if you Love the franchise then you’ll absolutely love the game. Has an amazing atmosphere, is insanely immersive.

playing it on pc and its incredibly buggy, enemies dont appear, vents dont break, doors wont open and the loading screens are really long. the game is literally unplayable for me

I was really wanting this to be a 3rd person action/adventure game, but we got blue people Far Cry instead.

Half the time these abilities dont even work or activate, and flying feels Soooooooo Slow it ruins the hype to even get it. Running feels like a better experience then the lackluster flying. The Ubisoft experience is the reason the game is feels bad at any given time.

Those graphics look extremely dated.. especially if it comes to characters and animations..
The faces, and some of the movements here and there i agree, but the rest of the game visuals are not something i would call dated by any measure what so ever.

the sytsem with gathering is broken and doesnt work properly i think because i have gathered so much already and lots of mats gathered in pristine condition and even the rain factor or day/night factor or having both and i still get FINE tier no matter what i gather am i missing something
It depends on what area you are gathering in, the hunters guide will tell you where the rarer quality items are.
Can we not ADS human weps? Ive seen a few reviews and they all have just hip fired.
No this is the best it gets there designed to be less accurate then the Navi weapons
@GrosseYT not so much about the accuracy actually. It's designed for gunplay where you keep moving since you're faster and more nimble than the humans, so it's a design choice they made. I've tried it and it really works well and let's you feel like a Na’vi:)

I'm about 5 hours in and it is brilliant. The graphics are top notch and gameplay is addictive. Reminds me so much of Far Cry Primal which was one of my favourite games from the series. Not even big into Avatar myself but this game is it
Reviews seem generally positive with the main complaints being repetitiveness and lack of stealth options.
In general, the game turned out to be not bad, I liked the beautiful worked-out world. I played on the series x in 60 fps mode, and overall I'm happy with the graphics. The most important thing is that we have optimized the game well and so far I have not seen any bugs.
