i love my 1.5 petrol Yaris...it's like driving a fast toy car, stearing is precise..great buy for the city
1.5 non hybrid with 153Nm and 125hp is very fast, easy to put it at 150km/h

Yes exactly the same they have only one 1.5 3cylinder engine works on atkinson cycle compatible for hybrid tech

Did you try getting it repaired? You can't crash a car and expect everything to be alright afterwards!
It looks like this is the only Dynamic Force engine that has only port injection and not both port and direct injection.
It has multipoint so it has both direct and port injection

@@loranger6447 a port injection technique for delivering better atomized fuel. Many holes where diesel is sprayed just before the throttle valve. Before it goes into the chamber.
Well, I guess at least they added the 1.2 bore/stroke & high tumble intake thing that probably has more effect than just direct injection. It's a small car anyways. Plus, Port Injection is easier to maintain.
Good little engine, zippy enough and im averaging 5.1l/100km in city driving scenario, I do not use eco mode, i feel it retards acceleration too much in busy city. I just drive normally, Good little car, but my gosh was it expensive, but it was what my wife wanted so its what we ended up with.

1500cm3 into 3 cylinders is 500cm3 per cylinder
I have a 1300cm3 into 4 cylinders which is 325cm3 per cylinder
There is more capacity per cylinder which create more power even with less cylinders

Do you know perodua have the same engine but smaller 1.0L? Indonesia have 1.2L Daihatsu Ayla but perodua still use 1.0L.

No. I've owned both. They are both great engines. I'd say the M15A-FXE was better. It's quieter and delivers more power. Some might not like the sound of the 3-cyl., but so freaking what? The 4-cyl. was nothing to write home about! My 1NZ-FXE got to 100k miles and didn't burn a drop of oil. Too early for me to comment on that with the new engine.
1.2 turbo 8NR-FTS is better engine...
Way nicer to drive and lots more. Torque and very fast ... ❤️❤️
Hope you keep it in your lineup, even if the EU due to regulation euro 7 will be difficult due to nox emissions, hope you add D4-S into that engine probably solves it, if not mild hybrid 1.2 turbo 150 hp 😅😅 would be nice...

This is the ideal size for an in-line 3 engine, as all pistons have 500cc, which guarantees power and efficiency.
