Sorry for the delay. I've just had word that the new Trion packs will be available from 1st Feb, which is the official start of Mammut's SS24 season. The Trion 38 will come in at £165 and the Trion 50 will be £210. Hope that's of help!
Hello! I love the features of the Trion! Do you know if it's waterproof with taped seams or at least water repellant? I'm trying to decide between Mammut and Exped Serac 40. Serac is waterproof but Trion has a frame
The seams aren't taped, so it's definitely not waterproof. Whilst there may be a DWR treatment on the outer material I'd still say that you'd want to use drybags for anything you wish to keep free from water.
Sorry for the delayed reply. We only featured the 38L version here, but there is also a 50L version coming out. Hopefully we'll get a chance to review both once they're released next year (just had confirmation that they're due out on 1st Feb). Sorry I don't have any more info!
Hi! Do you have any more information regarding the Trion Nordwand 38? Especially when it will hiz the shelves and how expensive it will be? Thanks!
I've just asked Mammut for more details and will be able to provide an update once they've got back in touch.

@@ukclimbingofficial ohh! February thats great! thanksss
Trion seems almost perfect for me but I wonder about placing helmet on it.
Is it possible to attach helmet outside of this backpack?
Yes on front there are many options
When Lowe Alpine Airzone will be available in market?
They’ll be out in Spring/Summer ‘24
The BEST thing about the Mammut Trion 38 is that it's made of recycled nylon? That's not a good selling point.
That'S certainly true, though a nice addon in case the rest of the pack is suiting your use case.
