every month i do a 40 hours fasting, to clean myself and to start a bit of autophagy that is important to clean "bad things". So is a whole day and 2 nights, starting to eat again at lunch. require a lot of commitment but i feel totally fine.
40 hours is impressive! I've been doing 16-hour fasts five days a week for the past few months, and I’m really feeling the benefits. I’ll definitely try longer fasts occasionally to tap into autophagy. Thanks for sharing!
Whaaaat, you didn't add anything to your body weight, drank liquids, and the next day you were down a kg? Who knew physics was a thing? What did you weigh the day AFTER that?
1.1kg weight loss achieved. Good Ali, reach to 65 and jump back again to 72.
haha

I actually borrowed a scale just for this experiment, but I'm planning to get my own soon to track my progress more consistently!
