    Usually they say to skip dinner and not breakfast, but for me for example that would be impossible, i would not sleep if even slightly hungry !!

    • @AliSafiaduo
      @AliSafiaduo 5 днів тому

      Yes skipping dinner is more effective but skipping breakfast is easier (for most of us). Dinner time has more socializing obligations for most of us, that's why it's easier to start fasting by delaying/skipping the breakfast.

    Fasting had many health benefits! It is very good to make sure you are not pre diabetic as well, diabetes is a serious condition. It is good that you are aware and taking care of yourself. ❤

    I usually fast when i have no work the next day, this works but probably not if you have to work 😅 working while hungry makes other people grumpy after all, thanks for this info btw #reactistan

      Haha yeh fasting does raise cortisol levels. For some it can be stressful if there is already a lot of external stress.

    Very nice! Yes, in the United States there is too much emphasis on coffee versus tea, and flavored coffee is not really good for you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Also, I like to mix types of tea but you have to make sure it's safe to do so. Also, I like to steep the tea real well so that it's strong makes it nice to enjoy that way and I add some milk to it Your so pretty ali is lucky guy!!

    We eat them sometimes in the States, but other than dill pickles, it tends to be older people or in ethnic cuisines (Italian, Korean). Maybe more popular in the south than the north

    • @francesco5581
      @francesco5581 27 днів тому

      Actually in Italy we dont have many fermented foods (except yoghurt and olives) the most famous, and basically only used in north Italy is from Germany : sauerkraut

    • @sean668
      @sean668 26 днів тому

      The South? Nah bro we eat all kinds of pickles in the northeast! Pickled herring, pickled cabbage, pickled olives. Jewish delis have gefilte fish, Salvadoran ones have curtido. Super super prevalent

    • @LindaC616
      @LindaC616 26 днів тому

      @francesco5581 here in the US, Italian American shops sell something called Giardinera (like what she has here, different spices). And olives, as you say. But it's not something found everywhere, in every store.

      Oh sorry to hear about that Shawna

  • @francesco5581
    @francesco5581 Місяць тому

    Yes there is a lot of talking in Italy about it... I've always done it pretty naturally since for all my life i usually skipped breakfast. I've heard good things... and some warnings too... but of course the first thing to listen is your body. What can be a game-changer is autophagy but that needs at least the double of hours. The best thing is to be in control of yourself, is the most rewarding thing, so go ahead !!

    • @AliSafiaduo
      @AliSafiaduo Місяць тому

    It didn't help me lose weight, and caused some stomach burning. I was afraid I had an ulcer. Gave up IF, burning went away, mostly (it still happens if I go too long with eating, like if I skip lunch). If I don't eat within 1-2 hours of waking up, I get lethargic

    every month i do a 40 hours fasting, to clean myself and to start a bit of autophagy that is important to clean "bad things". So is a whole day and 2 nights, starting to eat again at lunch. require a lot of commitment but i feel totally fine.

    • @AliSafiaduo
      @AliSafiaduo Місяць тому

      40 hours is impressive! I've been doing 16-hour fasts five days a week for the past few months, and I’m really feeling the benefits. I’ll definitely try longer fasts occasionally to tap into autophagy. Thanks for sharing!

    Shame, no girl said they'll be mothers when they grow up. They teach these children to step out of their house & become a factory worker from childhood. And when these children grow up then they say let them choose what they want. If anyone disagrees with me just read the history of modern schooling system.
