The power clash mechanic and perfect guard making a come back is just, so satisfying to play as a Lance main.

I dare say I like this combat more than souls. I’m no diehard. Every game is unique and has Its own merit but I’ve been struggling to find games that feel as good as Fromsofts games. Monster Hunter World didn’t quite scratch that itch for me but this game is special. 1v3ing the doshaguma pack with the lance, clashing, trading blows with all three while back stepping. So satisfying.
I set focus mode to toggle, changed input to linear and turned the camera speed up and it feels crisp.

Anyway that fight is so satisfying to watch. Makes me wanna learn more about that lance. Im deciding to main Lance in Wilds since it's the one weapon i didn't try in all MH games. 👍 commended hunter!!

Great run! By the way, why you are not using the high thrust? It thought the first and second dealt more damage than the mid thrust

First beta I didn't click with it, but after farming Arkveld, the Lance really started to make sense. Poke, sweep, poke, triple poke does a good amount of damage and seems to generate wounds really fast.
Glad they're moving the charge counter away from the triple poke combo as it's completely useless. Excited for Lance come the full game. Great hunt!

Mandragora and Catalyst. Catalyst you have to craft with Bitterbugs and Honey and the Mushroom you can gather in the north-east part on the map.

I'm playing on a 4K 60Hz monitor. I have a 7800X3D and a 4080 Super with 64BG of RAM.

no wonder, im playing at 4060ti 16gb and R5600x on 1080p, it looks horrible n grainy.
