Buy an actual plastic model.... Flyhawk. Italeri. Trumpeter. Or revelle. Mayne add weight and foam inside the hull to make it float
And have a ton of patience

I don't think it would float, it's very heavy and might sink like a rock. And I don't think there'd be a way to make it float.
