I am working into Ecommerce not even IT but with CTC is 10.8 LPA but my in hand is 89.8 K net per month . Only PT deduction 200 INR no PF deduction at all. I deliberately requested HR for not Non-PF option in salary structure. Also doing part time work as well where getting 20K per month for crossing 1L Net per month.
Even this days the highest domestic package rose to 1.9cr. And 33 student offered more than 1cr pakage in iit kanpur
