I like your house including the kitchen and bathroom tiles. It reminds me a bit of my old place I lived in for years in Livorno during the 70s and 80s.
How cool to look back 'n see what your initial thoughts & ideas, that were 'popping' when you 1st purchased this House, on Via Delfino ... what would have ever possessed you to think of keeping that god-awful tiling- lol lastly, watching all the way though to the ominous cello solo & green slime at The End, was fun too !!

Hahaha agreed. In the beginning we were just trying to keep it simple ansbnot spend too much. We didn't realize renovation costs would be so much lower than the states.
the super bonus I believe it has been extended till 2024. The government is offering a construction bonus to individuals who would renovate their homes. The government will bear 95% of the overall cost. Your agency or contractor will notify you, or you can ask them.
