Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. I agree, the 627 is a revolver that one can definitely like. This is the first revolver that I have owned that is ported. I can see and feel the difference in this one as compared to a comparable-sized revolver without porting; the porting is very helpful in keeping some of that muzzle rise and felt recoil in check.
Thanks for watching and commenting on another of my videos. I appreciate it immensely. At some point Taurus changed out their grips to these, which are much better grips than the old ones, in my opinion.
I picked one of these up a number of years ago and I found it to be a JOY to shoot! Smooth and accurate. I had to change out the ribbed rubber grip to a slimmer wood one so I could actually reach the trigger with more than the tip of my finger in double action, but other than that, it is a SWEET shooting gun!
Thanks for watching and for your question. The sights were untouched. This one seemed to shoot pretty much POA out of the box. Me, on the other hand...
I own this exact firearm. Extremely accurate and very light recoil with 158 grain .357 loads. Love this revolver.

Thanks for your post. I've had my Taurus Tracker 627 Revolver for several years. It's a great value and an accurate handgun.
Always enjoy your videos!!!
Thank you. I appreciate that very much.😁
The BEAST!... Accurate and powerful with .357 Magnum. 😃 And you've got the aftermarket Hogue grip; excellent for this revolver.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I do like the 627 Tracker. I was almost tempted to go for the 6-inch version, but not quite.
those 158 grain looked like they were keyholing
Yes sir, they were key-holing. I have experienced key-holing with Armscor ammunition, and not in just this gun but also in some semi-automatics.
I like the looks of that gun😳😳😳. Great shooting as always…..
Thank you. I appreciate your watching and commenting more and more each day.
Did you check barrel cylinder gap, end shake, ect.?
Thanks for watching. That's all in my full review. Armscor ammunition just flat key-holes in any pistol or revolver that I run it through.
Have the Taurus 627 Tracker 6.5". Really like it, paid $495 for it.
Thanks for watching and commenting. That 6.5-inch version will reach out there!
Question :: did you need to adjust the rear sights , or was it spot on right out-of the box ?
