- The company was founded by eight partners in 2010, and has the headquartered in Beijing. Xiaomi makes and invests in smartphones, mobile apps, laptops, home appliances, bags, shoes, consumer electronics, and many other products. It is also the third company in the world after Samsung and Huawei to have self-developed mobile phone chip capabilities.
Xiaomi released its first smartphone in August 2011 and rapidly gained market share in China to become the country's largest smartphone company in 2014. At the start of second quarter of 2018, Xiaomi was the world's fourth-largest smartphone manufacturer, leading in both the largest market, China, and the second-largest market, India.
Xiaomi also has consumer feedback as one of their major areas where they focus to make sure that products brings satisfaction to their customers. This along with an almost free marketing buzz created by their quality is the reason for their huge success internationally, In practice, Xiaomi's product managers spend a lot of time browsing through the company's user forums. Once a suggestion is picked up, it is quickly transferred to the engineers. Therefore, features can turn from a concept to shipping products within a week.
The company builds amazing products with honest prices to let everyone enjoy a better life through innovative technology.
Xiaomi is an internet company with smartphones and smart hardware connected by an IoT platform at its core. With the vision of being friends with its users Xiaomi is committed to continuous innovation, with a big focus on quality and efficiency.
Xiaomi has 16,700 employees worldwide. It has expanded to other markets including Greater China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Russia, South Africa and most countries and regions in Southeast Asia and Europe.
The reasons behind the huge success of Xiaomi is due to their different approach in terms of marketing and strategizing that varies from giants such as Samsung and Apple.
They are able to sell their products at almost the market building cost and to compensate for the short profit margin, they allow the product to remain in the market for close to 18 months.
Lei Jun, Xiaomi's CEO, said that the company prices the phone almost at bill-of-material prices, without compromising the component quality and performance compared to other premium smartphone
Xiaomi is currently the world's fourth-largest smartphone brand, and has established the world's largest consumer IoT platform, with more than 213.2 million smart devices (excluding smartphones and laptops) connected to its platform.
Currently, Xiaomi products are present in more than 90 countries and regions around the world and have a leading foothold in many markets.

Xiaomi is not sold in North America, thus few people know about it here. Xiaomi's business strategy is very different from that of Huawei as reflected in the store. Coincidentally just ordered a Xiaomi Enchen hair trimmer on AliExpress, a 2nd wave pandemic purchase. Based on buyer's comments Xiaomi's product quality is very high.
If Xiaomi opens a store in the 5th Ave in Manhattan, it will be a hot spot. Not sure why they didn't do it.
@@ProCelestialEmpire America government didn’t allowed to USA
👍🏽 Yes, Xiaomi makes good quality products
I got the Enchen Boost hair clipper in 2020 and it is still working fine 2 years later. Based on the good experience and reliability, I bought Showsee (also a Xiaomi sub-brand) products like nose hair trimmer and hair dryer. Currently tempted to get the Mi Electric Scooter.
An Update: since the pandemic broke out in North America 2020, I only ventured out to get a haircut once. The hair stylist supposedly worn a mask, but the mask always slipped below her nostrils and she made no attempt pull it back up right away. That was it! I ordered the Xiaomi Enchen hair trimmer and cut my own hair. I will most likely never go to any barber shop again. With the provided accessories, there is no risk of making a bad hair cut. The pandemic is not over yet. Very glad the Xiaomi Enchen helps saving life- it's no exaggeration because the fatality in N America is well over a million people - and at least est. 1.6 million of the survivors worldwide got long-covid problems.
Which MRT if I will go there?
Would you please share the location of this xiaomi store? I want to visit it 🤓

🤨
When was this video taken?
I’ve got this viral video of somebody talking about China is in crisis, that everyone needs to line up to get food from government.
Cities starting to riots and stuff, because they need to catch rats and cats off the streets to eat.
Need some confirmation of people staying there.
Is this a joke? 😂 Guess if not you heard it from western media? Lol check out my channel and others too and we upload actual footage. Good life in China
Don't ever watch again from whatever fake site you saw that 😂😂😂
LoL
hahaha
Nice Rafita...I like your videos, China seems to be another planet. Keep it up!
This Chinese brand pirated the Mexico City subway logo hahahaha they even had the nerve to copy the color orange 😅😂😂😂

even the interior is Apple Store replica copy. The Chinese can't do anything original.
Almost all brands copying from Apple now,not just the Chinese ones. Microsoft for one, Samsung the another. Call them all unoriginal then
