Same issue on the 24’ Sahara 4xe. Was sick of not getting any help or answers. I called the attorney generals office and started the lemon law process. The ag was very helpful and said this is a well known issue in the state. She accepted my case and now jeep has to fix it or we go to arbitration. $65k for a jeep that doesn’t work as promised and we’re expected to complete 5-7 ish oil changes a winter is a tough pill to swallow.
The first winter we had the Wrangler 4xe , while in FORM the oil life went from 60% to 0% on a trip of 25 miles. We had the oil changed and had an analysis done on the old oil. The analysis showed a high level of gasoline contamination. In our case, it looks like indicating a oil change was the right thing for the software to do.
Similar experience. Jeep said nothing is wrong with it. Right. Also didn't want to cover the oil changes during warranty. The oil system cannot test for fuel in the oil. I ran in FORM for 1,500 miles and analysis showed fuel in the oil. Class action is targeting all of this. Jeep will lose and they should.
Simple solution. Get the Mopar Winter Front cover for about 225 Canadian. I live in frigid Ontario and this solved the issue. It gets the oil temp up rapidly especially in E Save mode and no rapid Oil Life drop. Case closed.
We bought our 24 Willys at the end of November and so far we have dodged a bullet (knock on wood) with all the recalls and FORM issues. We live in Northern CA with fairly mild Winters. Also, CA has different additives to gasoline than other states, not sure if that could be a factor. So far, so good and we love the 4xe.
Just had a oil change in late Nov and everything was good, no form. BUT the past week or more we have had some really cold temps, at one point it was -24c with wind chill, 2023 4XE wrangler was in form and could not get it out. I have had very few KMs since the oil change. I checked my oil life yesterday afternoon and it was 0%, basically it went from around 92% to 0% in the matter of a week or 2. I am big on checking my oil regularly, oil is the life blood of your Jeep so I even physically pull the dip stick and check it manually (its the way i was raised i guess). So i had to reset the oil change. If you are doing this, make sure you do check the actual oil, just to make sure!!!

I wish jeep would fix FORM once and for all.
I have a strategy to combat FORM that has worked for me this Winter. After the 95B recall my 4Xe went into FORM 2 days later. I drove the Jeep, using the Manual shift, keeping the revs above 3000 rpm, until the oil temperature remained above 190F/88C for thirty minutes. This clearded FORM in one day. Please note that I cannot get the oil temperature that high by running it in Drive or D. Since then I have used the same method to raise the oil temperature to 190F/88C for several minutes, every time the ICE runs on startup. After reaching 190F/88C for several mintes I shift it back to Drive, or D, for the rest of the day. The temeratures here in Southern Ontario, Canada have ranged from -3F/-20C to close to 32F/0C, since the recall. I have not gone into FORM since clearing it after the 95B recall in mid-December. My oil life is over 80% and my last oil change was in November.. I am unsure if Jeep recommends my method, but it works for me!
