You can't get offended, you DECIDE to BE offended. It is an active choice. And it is neurotic behavior. If you decide not to feel offended or insulted you simply aren't. I never feel offended. Because the people who could offend and insult me because they are close enough to me, don't do it and those who try it are not close enough to me to be able to make me feel offended. But, of course, playing the victim's role is a powerful tool to shut other people up.

WE ARE LIVING IN CRAZY ASS TIMES.
