Alignment? Concentricity? Repeatability?
Oh screw it... I WANT it!
They made the Halo 3 ODST pistol
Put that digital shot counter in the back
@@SifuTimBerkemeier Radetec I believe
Especially when put on a HK VP9.
@@MrSmith-zy2bp I still need to get a VP9
PSA had that great sale at Christmas for five bones with all the free mags
I'm pissed I missed that
@SifuTimBerkemeier
Oh, thanks for telling me I missed that. I have a P30 with a good number of magazines that also work for the VP9... lol...
This suppressor is in tarkov , I didn't think it was actually real , LOVE IT
real life is based on tarkov
everything in tarkov is based on a real life design.
Used in MetalGearSolids Socom pistol too
@@WaynerTheGamer That's an H&K Mark 23 using the suppressor and light that H&K made specifically for it.
tarkov takes place in 2012 though
Cant wait to see you test them out!
You and me both!
@@nfareviewstop playing with it. You'll go blind.
KGM might be my favorite suppressor company now. Damn you NFA Review Channel!
I think they make dead air cans ?
At least that's what my tax forms say
I want this plus a flux raider m17 setup. Would be the absolute funnest range toy for a modern era firearm.
"Mom can we have a Maxim 9?"
You know the rest...
😂😂😂😂😂
decided to look up maxim 9 and apparently it's discontinued
I shot the prototype 8 years ago during a media only event in the Keys and then the production gun years later and it had a horrible trigger. That being said, I wish they would make a Gen2 and fix the trigger. I’d like one for sure!
ua-cam.com/video/BhK7F7kt5Qg/v-deo.htmlsi=yodiyfInwSe74uBR
I saw this design a few years ago. It's was a clam shell design with and internal design that looked like a snail. The Form 1 guys dismissed it as a gimmick. I wonder how many rails it's going to break off polymer guns.
My first thought, "Now we need to worry about rail specs and QC...."
My first and only thought. Dunno if I trust a silencer solely mounted on a tiny pistol pic rail
@@QuestionThings123are you guys purposely dense or just hairy eared? He clearly stated it’s NOT solely hitched to the rail, it also butts up to the trigger guard area flush, so I mean it’s not necessarily that much MORE than just the rail but I think rail plus the trigger guard you’re gonna be fine. Could be wrong, I hear people are wrong all the time so my time could be soon. 😜
@tingley_fam_fitness I am in fact hairy-eared. Like you said though...ain't much more being on the trigger guard either. Add in the fact that it isn't gonna really suppress the sound level well since there's gonna be a gap between the barrel & the supressor well, I just don't see a point in it
Wait a second! Did I hear 'low 140 in the dB...right there with every other 9mm suppressor...'??
That's suppressed 5.56 SBR loud FFS.🙄A good 9mm can should be around something like 123-133, if I recall.
That is how physics work. On a tilting barrel design having a fixed suppressor it is going to open up a big gap between the barrel and the suppressor where gasses blow out. It is even worse than the cylinder gap on a revolver.
@@titter3648 Yep, I just said that two comments down below. I guess we share the same brain cell cuz I also thought the same that even a revolver would be better suppressed than this.🤣
@@JohnZ556I could only see this functioning as a decent suppressor if the slide had a lock to make it a single shot like some sort of bastardized "hush puppy" build.
@@mattmarzula That's a whole lot of trouble and money for making a half quiet 9mm single shot pistol. 😓You gotta be writing a novel just to fit it into an use case scenario.
@@titter3648actually the gap looks comparable if not tighter than most cylinder gaps. In fact it looks pretty flush to the muzzle.
I'm glad KGM is coming back to the civilian market. I've been staring at that SMG9 can and was ruling it out in favor of a B&T RBS, but it looks like it will be in the running again.
That's incredibly cool. It's super neat that the weight of the suppressor doesn't reciprocate and acts basically as a big match gun weight to keep the gun flat. That said, I don't trust the polymer of the frame rail to stay rigid enough though firing, certainly not with high heat, to avoid a baffle strike. Maybe they use a hotdog through a hallway approach to baffle precision, and that trigger guard lock-up to make the difference though. I'd love to see it tested!
they have actually been around for years, its just now hitting the us market. they're a lot more effective than you'd think, but its definitely not all that comparable in performance to a standard can.
look up Fischer Development FD917
Looks cool but how will the suppressor seal with the end of the muzzle? Also with tilting barrels, how will the suppressor ensure that the slide goes into full battery? Not being a jerk, just not understanding how that would work. 🤷♂️
It won't. At least not enough to come close to a normal can.
@@Shadow__133 And on top of that it is so unnecessarily big. What to they have that big volume for when they blow all of the gasses out the gap between the barrel and the suppressor anyway?
@@titter3648 The looks. And it will sell as much as they can manufacture 😂
@@Shadow__133 maxim 9 is smaller and actually more effective then this will ever be and they are discontinued because people didn't buy them. This will never last.
It does seem neat but also very gimmicky.
look up videos of them they aren't very quiet seen many say its not even hearing safe, the absence of a tight seal between the can and the barrel really hurts the suppression. but the sick look and quick detach is really mf cool
I have 100+ suppressors. Now I just want wild off the path stuff and this fits the bill! WIth 165GRN ammo it will sound as good as it can with that gas gap between the slide/can. It's perfect for nightstand duty to take the edge off. It'll also prevent an out of battery during CQB situations inside your home.
LMAO, the rep said it is low 140dB and just like every other 9mm can... with a straight face!
How stupid does he think the audience is? That's more dramatic than saying a suppressed 5.56 SBR is as quiet as a suppressed 300AAC subsonic!
Guess why almost nobody does suppressor in that way? Because it doesn't seal the muzzle when firing, and the bore has to be extra large since... It is a tilting barrel, so they have to leave extra room for barrel movement, on top of accounting for all tolerances(Glock rail+ frame to slide rail+ slide rail to slide+ slide to barrel+ barrel) from the rail to the muzzle.
Maybe a cool toy for the IG photo.🤑
@JohnZ556 a suppressed glock 19 is on the high end usually at 140db
They look terrible.
It's amazing how many arm chair engineers are around to shit on something actually new and different. 🤡
Cool design. Look forward to see how they perform
Can't wait to wait 28 months to get mine.
Looks cool as hell, slick design. I really like the quick snap ability. My only question is in what scenerio would one need to quickly shift their pistol into supressed? lol
Realistically, you could carry both the suppressor and the firearm separately. If I have the 2 extra seconds to not blow out my hearing, I'll do that. Other than that, it doesn't need a threaded barrel which is banned in some states (see the market around rail mounted compensators)
Glovebox, nightstand, hiking, camping, running around your house acting like John Wick 🤷♂️ does it matter? No, because it’s cool and different and I want one lol
this would be in the next MGS game if hideo was still making them. sheeeeesh.
lol we can be friends, my man.
It already in escape from tarkov "Fischer Development FD917"
@@crisnmaryfam7344 Man don't no one care about Tarkov when we talking about MGS.
he announced a new stealth games couple weeks ago
@@comiumapedra5397 this suppressor was also announced a couple weeks ago... what a coinkydink
Yeah, looks cool, but I want to hear how it perform. The lack of seal via thread interface concerns me.
They have been out for years now. there are plenty of videos showing how effective they are
He said in the video, low 140s. That's damn loud for a pistol can.
I’m excited for that 11.5 p&w upper
Hope they do one that fits the FN Fiveseven.
I feel like the way the suppressor is held on is asking a lot of the picatinny/accessory rail. Tho Im not scientist so I would not know the shear strength of modern handgun polymer
Looks dope as hell. I hope it takes off
Picatinny rails are strong enough to attach a bipod that would experience 40 to 50 pounds of recoil on a full size rifle. They will withstand this.
That is so damn cool. It almost looks like judge dredds sidearm.
Been following this for 2 years!!
I have serious questions about anything coming from KGM because of all the problems with the Dead Air cans they manufactured for them. DA didn’t have these problems when BPI was their manufacturing partner. So either KGM was negligent in making the cans for them or they sabotaged them on purpose. Also KGM messed over Joe Gaddini with RMS2….
Kgm manufactured, did not design those problem cans. The DA issues are purely DA design, I did a video with Kyle last year and discussed those issues… but they obviously can’t trash their biggest customer. Notice no issues with Nomad cans… and Sandman issues are with mount… again not KGM designed.
Perfect size for concealed EDC. 😂
Might as well put a vertical grip on it too.
I mean I don't think anyone was suggesting its a good concealed setup- that's definitively not the point of it. This is however awesome for an open carry belt addition when someone needs to worry about ear protection issues. (Like a security guard or LEO)
This is why the Maxim 9 from Silencerco needs to be updated and return.
I’d love a Gen2 with a better trigger!
Really hope that they extend the picatinny rails so that they flow along the entire bottom of the suppressor. Attach an angled foregrip, have yourself a quick SBR.
After how they and Dead Air are handling the tactical maracas problem with the Sierra 5, I'm saying no to KGM.
Can we do this for the 320 or 226? Hahaha
Oooohh I need that VP9 version. First time I've seen this, how did this not make more of a splash? Guess there's 500 AR-15 variants that need coverage instead. :/
Very very cool stuff dude. Loved to see them make something like this for a pdw carbine type setup as well. They got it for 9mm but what about 45acp or 40sw? 9mm is cool but really your getting the best performance and power in a handgun caliber out of 45 or 40 subsonics since your able to have a much heavier slug. Super cool
I have never wanted anything this much in my life.
so revolver pop is a thing from cylinder gap, how does this work with a browning action which almost all pistols now use? where am I needing to dawn a silencer so quickly? neat sure, practical not sure.
Sudden indoor use seems practical.
I love the b roll of just jabbing the suppressor on like that.
What’s the name of the holster company that was used to hold the Fischer development suppressor?
I can't find this suppressor on their website, could you put a link for this, please ?
Sick I will be getting one
I'm trying to understand the application of the Fisher can. I'm not sure why you would want a quick attach/detach suppressor that likely won't fit 95% of the other pistols you've got? Quick detach makes sense on something like tri lug adapters that can be mounted on multiple guns at the same time. I guess this can be quick attached to other identical guns? Why? Would this somehow be advantageous in a police department? Could you imagine getting into a car with this on? In my eyes, we have something that likely weighs (i'm guessing here) twice, maybe three times what a traditional suppressor would weigh and take up three times the real estate of a traditional can. The only advantages I can come up with are, you don't have to buy a threaded barrel and the pistol may be more reliable with nothing attached/contacting the muzzle? I'm not a hater, I just don't understand it. Someone educate me please.
Any PD is unlikely to have even the most basic PPE like body armor let alone fancy guns as everything is bought with personal pay although I'm sure they get a 15% discount. Always remember that politicians don't need your money when it comes time to back the blue
It doesn't look it was designed for a purpose other than "it looks cool" and there is a market for people that buys things solely for that reason. Hell, the majority of EDC marketed stuff and fidget spinners is basically for that reason.
Sign me up!!
Lower 140 decibels aint crap
Will this work on the HK P30/P30L? I know the frame is similar to the VP9, but not exact.
Probably not. The tolerance seems pretty tight.
H&K was lambasted for creating a simaler sized tool decades ago minus the attachment procedure 😅
This IS gonna be a wild year for guns. Someone else made a Keltec type folding shotgun that becomes purse-sized. NOT... that I carry a purse. ( it's a hand bag )
Wait what! I want to see this lol
Look for "$160 Folding Semi-Auto 12 Gauge Sawed Off Shotgun".
Unless you meant my purse... NOT that I have one ( right here next to me. )@@nfareview
LOL - ~2:02 on... I love how they use a P80 or similar frame, next to the glock stock frame, to show - if your build is good, it works.
So due to different geometry the pistol suppressor will have to be model specific. So the Glock 17 version wont work on a Sig or probably even a Glock 19 etc. (might be ways to adapt it to fit different lengths, but im sure that would be an additinal cost, out of box fits G19, G17 spacer is $100 etc),
That would all be fine for an Agency, but for civilians (subject to NFA cost and wait times) most are looking for a 9mm suppressor we can use with multiple pistols and PCC’s I think it will be a hard sell...
I can finally live out my splinter cell dream!
That's super cool, but like what's the practical use? In what situation are you carrying the silencer and your pistol and quickly need to pull out your silencer? I guess if you're just like very adverse to the noise of guns but then just always carry it with a silencer?
The practical use is up to your personal creativity
This is awesome but if they are locked in to be gun specific its going to destroy sales. Hopefully theres only a couple suppressor models with a piece you can replace to allow use on different guns. That and by design they will be significantly louder than standard threaded options.
"gun specific" Doesn't matter so much when it's on a glock frame, those are the pistol equivalent to an AR-15, highly customizable and common
Will they make it for Sigs?
Robocop with a Glock!
Now everyone can own a gun that looks like the one Robo Cop used!😄

I really hope these guys learned from their mistakes. If you know then you know
I don’t know but would like to know
My biggest question is what about the frame flex?
The bullet is gone way before the frame flexes
@@nfareviewand the barrel tilt lockup as well 😅

i had a very similar idea, im surprised some one else made it real.
MSRP on the Fisher for Glock / VP9 ?
Can we have it for P30, P320, B92,.. ?
Does the pistol silencer have a laser sight on it as well? If not, it's big enough to where it should.
TAKE MY MONEY
THIS I want! The QD capability, with no extended barrel, will be well worth it.
That looks like the pistol that robocop uses or a pistol from a anime
They need one for the usp
Yo, that's the Sleepytyme suppressor.
Would it work with the PSA Dagger?
Don't see it on their website yet. I question how well it would stay on when shooting. Hoping no one leaves their gun in the suppressor holster as it leaves the gun's trigger exposed still.
Hey if it works, why not love it.
Seems interesting, but I'm expecting people to be stupid and blame the suppressor for baffle strikes because the suppressor has to be fitted to the pistol.
Neat, but you obviously didn't hit the PSA booth.
For something this niche it might be fun to play with but I already know it’s going to be 1500 at least. Probably 2K, to which I’ll have to pass. Looks cool though
I’m fine with my SilencerCo Maxim 9

@@crisnmaryfam7344 I checked it out. Looks the same as the product here unless I'm missing something. And now I'm curious if this suppressor does infact suppress the sound of the firearm at all or if it's just for looks?
i want one for Jericho
This is really cool!
Tell them to make a version of this compatible with the p365 flush raider or 320 flux raider
I mean cool but I don't get what's so amazing about it. It's a bulky ass suppressor that makes the gun impractically big to holster or conceal. They said it's about the same as any other middle of the road suppressor, so it isn't for a performance kick. This just does what every other suppressor already does but bulkier.
Let me know when a canik version comes out.
That is a dope supres!
so if it just sits on the end of the barrel, wouldnt it break the seal as soon as that barrel starts to drop? seems more appropriate for like a 92 or similar. but that is really goofy big and it better be fucking near silent lol also the suppressor holster thing is kinda... yeah idk about that one. is that a solution for how one might draw this monstrosity? just have a regular pistol holster? and wouldnt that put a HUGE amount of stress on rails?
There's no seal. It's not attached to the barrel at all. It just floats there in front of it. It's not "near silent", no centerfire suppressed weapon is, but this is certainly less effective than a barrel-attached can.
@@StephenRWilliams that sucks tho. and its like 3x the size of about anything else
Now make it for a M9A4...
Okay, now combine that with a carbine kit...
Those suppressors wouldnt happen to be 3d printed would they? Because i wotk for a company that manufactures 3d printed titanium and inconel suppressors for a customer that we do not know the name of. .556 .50 cal, etc.
Would love one for my Airsoft Glock!!!

Correct me if I am wrong but aren't these the guys who made all of the defective Sierra 5's for Dead Air?
Oh shit son. I can supress my vp9? fucking. dope.
I'm still on the fence about this thing. I want to see some data on PEW Science, because I've heard lots of conflicting information on whether this thing even brings gunshot noise below dangerous levels.
If you want to chase dB’s look elsewhere. Because of the gas seal leak at the muzzle/can it’ll never be a can you use to impress your buddies. The application is targeted for quick use to negate high pressure/hearing loss. 140dB is the threshold OSHA uses for hearing loss. That being said hearing loss is accumulative and shooting a couple shots inside your vehicle or home with a 140dB suppressor that doesn’t alter the handling characteristics of the firearm is a good trade off should your life be on the line.
There’s a lot to unpack with this one. I’m looking forward to reviewing it! Low light shooting, indoors, outdoors, etc I’m ready to have some fun!
Don't know where you're getting "chasing DBs" from. Obviously this thing couldn't even approach a normal can. What I'm more asking is if it's "what's the point" levels of "quiet". Like "not go deaf in an enclosed area".
@@Scott.E.HI didn’t mean it as an insult. I meant this can was never meant to compete with the top 9mm cans in suppression. As for shooting in confined spaces. I’d rather have it on that not if I had to shoot 3-5 rounds from my vehicle or bedroom YMMV. I have 150+ suppressors and I still want to play with this one. 😂
"Low 140s in the dB"...? I pray to Jesus you're talking about the amount of reduction and not the final sound level. 140dB is the threshold for hearing damage, and you need to get down to 135dB for what most people find comfortable.
Hey, thats pretty cool.
I don't care how cool it looks. If anyone of these companies could literally make a pistol as quiet as Hollywood silencers then they win and everyone would buy their entire stock.
Watch my Energetic Armament VOX video when I shoot the 300BLKOUT with a fresh wipe.
If only that could come to states like California with threaded barrel restrictions.

yeah, good luck with that. Either its very over bored or you're going to have baffle strike city. Anyone that has actually looked at the front of a Glock after being ran hard and understands alignment concepts knows how this will go. On a steel frame gun, you might have a good product.
look up Fischer Development FD917 been around for a while.
Have they made that for the Berrertas?
What about the typical glock warp that happens in that area? Is that not a thing any longer?
I am sure they made the baffles way larger than normal to accommodate that and also the tilting barrel
