The worst experience that happened to us in this miserable hotel. We were robbed by one of the employees (his name is Jahed). After we checked out, we told him that the luggage would remain in the hotel’s security while we waited for the driver. He said that there would be no problem and the luggage would remain in a safe place, but after we received it, we were surprised that we had been robbed. A new electronic device and two new perfumes had been stolen. Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying with them and I do not recommend dealing with this person (Jahid the thief)
F.....g employee behaviour in this hotel, his name is Asim Mohamad. I really wish he can be kicked off . Otherwise the rest of the employees are very good and polite, hotel was good .but I don't want to hear this hotel name anymore....fy
