I would like to add information to Mingyu's profile and that is that on top of everything else he is also a very intelligent person. Also, for the hip hop unit they usually write their own raps. Woozi, from the vocal unit, participates in the process of ALL Seventeen songs whether in lyrics, composition or production, and Vernon comes next as you saw. But I think it's important to point this out specifically about the hip hop unit because writing your own rap is something important for the music industry, and they do it masterfully. I don't know if you'll find this information interesting, but they don't live together anymore. We don't know much, except that S.coups lives with his brother, Wonwoo and Mingyu live together, as Jeonghan and Seungkwan (both from the vocal unit; they even have big couple portraits in their home, its so cute). Just updating, because in S.coups' part he commented that they are divided into two houses, but this is old. So the idea he gave in the video of having a monthly meeting was applied to their current reality. Obviously they are always together, because they are always working. But they also usually go out together once a month to catch up, hanging out, playing, etc. They really value the time they have together, and that coming from a large and relatively old group is really important. Seventeen is a real family. Like, these boys are emotionally dependent on each other, they can't live apart for too long 😭. They started training at a young age, so they practically raised each other since pre-debut.
S. Coups is the youngest in his family, which is why he does show a more immature side at times. I think in Going Seventeen, it's harder to see him in his leader mode but it's super evident during concerts, interviews, etc. - you can see him asking fans what time it is so that the concert ends before transit ends; checks to see that all members are where they should be; etc. Also how he requested the second light stick to be bright to lead fans when they get home late, and got subtitles added to weverse videos when international fans requested for it. He's also said that in his earlier years, he was a really scary leader but he felt that this stricter atmosphere translated to the stage so with Jeonghan's help, he was able to become a more laid back/ less strict leader who the members can feel more comfortable with.

Yes, by now Mingyu has a few brand deals. Most, if not all members, do. And attended a few other international fashion shows. That prank they did on Mingyu. He was having severe anxiety and panic attacks, and just couldn't hold it together. So in the middle of tour (which you can see if you watch the "Hit The Road" series) he quit and went home. Each team member had to write a verse about an actual trauma he experienced. The other 3 wrote theirs but Mingyu couldn't think 🤔of any so he ended up singing the chorus.🤭 While I admire all the guys in the team, I share Mingyu with 6 million other carats.💎❤ Thanks for this reaction.
