WOWZERS!!!! You guys are awesome thank yall so much for the links T.T I've since learned that 3racha is not exclusive to the rap line, Lee Know was not in BigHit when he was a backup dancer, Changbin wasnt forced to rap, Bangchan is indeed the same age as Jungkook, and Han is a talent that only comes around every few years xD I will be reacting to 3racha (the song) next and then jump into some other videos to see more about the members personalities! Thank you guys again for joining this journey and who knowsssssss maybe I'll be adding 'Stay' to my resume soon XD EDIT: Just so I can have it all in the same place, reply to this with song recs I should check out from SKZ! EDIT 2: STAYS if yall are going to have a problem with me bringing up BTS then I suggest you don't want my reactions. It literally says "Dedicated ARMY" for a reason, so if you can't handle hearing about another group then maybe my content isn't for you :) I'm saying this now because I've been getting too many comments of the same thing, so I figured I should let you know upfront 💜
Deep End ( by Felix ) and DOODLE ( Changbin ) are definitely a must to check out, and basing of your reactions to different songs in this guide i think you’ll enjoy them! Run ( Han ) might also fit your music taste! All of these are their solo songs from their newest replay album, here are the rest if you want to check them out as well ( ALL of these are incredible btw, but according to what i saw in your reaction I think you’ll enjoy the 3 I mentioned earlier the most ) : - Connected ( Channie ) - Limbo ( Lee Know ) - Love Untold ( Hyunjin) - Starts and Raindrops [ one of my favourites, i love the title as well omfg ] ( Seungminnie ) - Hug Me ( Innie )
I'm loving the way you're really diving into the details in your exploration! Given that you like rap and hip hop, I'd recommend 'Muddy Waters', 'The Tortoise and The Hare', 'Easy', 'Freeze', and 'Heyday', for sure, but I'd also suggest you dip into 3Racha's channel so you can check out both the 3Racha and full Stray Kids versions of 'Broken Compass' and 'Maze of Memories'. I think you said you're going to react to the '3Racha' song soon, and they use lines from 'Intro' and 'Passion' to open and close it. And then you've got the less rap-heavy side like 'My Universe', 'Phobia', '19', 'TOP', 'Mixtape: Oh', etc etc etc. And THEN you've got all the dance practices to check out - 'Domino', 'Thunderous' (especially the SKZoo version). Their catalogue is pretty substantial and varied, so it's worth going through all 3 of the Stray Kids, Stray Kids Japan, and 3Racha channels to check out their full range of stuff. I hope you have a great time exploring!
I'm not sure if others have mentioned it, but Han does have solo songs where you can hear his vocals and rap! For rap, I recommend his song I Got It. I also recommend watching the It'sAndyandJas video explaining all of the wordplay too! For vocals, my favorite is Wish You Back. I also recommend Alien that has a good mix of both. Also I'd like to mention that all of his solo songs were written by him!
OK HOLD UP I JUST REMEMBERED SHIPS EXIST i know you said songs but whatever Lets start of with the most popular skz ship : ✨minsung✨ here is a video with some of their moments ( Its a year old, so there is a TON of new moments but i feel like this is a good start ) part 1: ua-cam.com/video/yrgTV0Co9sY/v-deo.html part 2: ua-cam.com/video/m9tFM6_Ycg0/v-deo.html EDIT : Minsung = Lee Know and Han ( Minho and Jisung ), they are the superior ship ALSO here is a video of Chan being cute on todays Live : ua-cam.com/video/Y_oF7y-7bVE/v-deo.html its really short so you can do like a reaction to a longer video and then to this at the end not much is happening but cmon like THE Bang Chan is on your screen so obviously a lot IS indeed happening he's so adorable tho, i love him
For meaningful lyrics I'd recommend listening to 'Secret Secret' and 'Silent Cry' as a pair (with lyric videos, there are no MVs). 'Secret Secret' was written by Han and Silent Cry is largely acknowledged to be the group's response to it. 'Red Lights' was the song that got me into Stray Kids, it's a unit song written by Hyunjin and Chan (with a music video you will enjoy if you find them attractive). On their youtube channel they have a series called Howl in Harmony where you can see them making some unit tracks, episode 3 is 'Red Lights', 4+5 are the music video ideas and making. 'Maze of Memories' (ot8 version- they rerecorded almost all of their song after the 9th member left), 'Cheese', and 'SSICK' are some of my favourite hype vibe tracks. 'Cheese' and 'SSICK' come off the NoEasy/Noisy album that was a direct response to haters who criticised their experimental tracks like 'Side Effects' and 'God's Menu' as just "noise music". 'Cheese' was the opener and it's very tongue in cheek. For more vocal/ballad songs I'd recommend 'Waiting For Us', 'Gone Away', 'Winter Falls'. 'Waiting For Us' was written about having to endure lockdown and being unable to see fans. Since SKZ debuted in 2018 they only really got to perform for 1 year and then the pandemic happened. They didn't get to hold a concert again until Summer 2022, so for most of their career at that point they hadn't been able to perform to a live audience (Felix and Chan also didn't see their family for nearly over 2 years). The concerts were very emotional, and this song holds a lot of meaning. 'Hate To Admit It' is a Chan solo song (recently remastered and officially released on spotify after only being on youtube). It's one of my favourite songs full stop because it really shows what a performer he is. [ This is a good OT8 playlist if you want to find the 8 member versions of older songs or find any recent releases like OSTs or collabs. SKZ 2020 and SKZ 2021 albums are basically the rerecordings of their earlier stuff. (There are some good playlists of the complete discography too this is just the one I listen to most because it's the version they sing in concerts so can recommend.) open.spotify.com/playlist/3IYiViap83yci9jYXRR0bN?si=7b0b041d6ae74684 ]
Stays rarely do solo staning. Most of us have at leas 2-3 biases (frequently interchangeable) and the rest are our wreckers. The kids are just so... relatable or cute or touching or uplifting or talented or just real... And yeah - Chan is an almost perfect human. You summarised why I love Hans raps so much. I couldn't put a pin in it but I love the unpredictability of his flows. Later on when you will know them a lil more there is an advanced version of the guide describing the groups performance and overall dynamics (by SavageKingZ). Two kids room series is fun to watch if you want to know their personalities and personal life
I’m happy you appreciate Changbin’s rap because a lot of people hate on him saying “fast≠good rap” which is true but he actually has some of the most complicated flows in kpop. For example his rap in “Ta” is really unique and different from what you usually hear in kpop. And his rap in “Mirror mirror” has SIXTEEN different flow switches in it. He’s crazy good
TBH I dont think many people even understand the true essence of rap, like yeah he raps fast, but his flow and rhyme schemes are what makes him so good! And those things WHILE rapping fast are EXTREMELY hard to do. Takes some real talent to pull that off, so to a lesser trained ear it might sound offbeat. Han does this a lot as well. They are both extremely good rappers!
@@Boraheartsss I'll admit I have no idea about music or genresa and what counts as kosher and cool and talent in them, I just hear what I like and when it comes to rap and HipHop I'm (almost) satisfied with anyone who does NOT do "Oh look I have genital lyrics."^^
Just to let you know, 3Racha isn’t the rap line, it’s the producing unit. The rap line is Felix, Han, Changbin, and Hyunjin. Chan doesn’t focus on rap too much as it’s not his strongest position,he’s more of a vocalist so he’s not part of the rap line.
Soul Dance is the best hip hop dance group in Korea. It was contacted by Big Hit to do backup dancing for BTS. Lee Know’s dance friends from Soul Dance are some of the top choreographers in Korea today. Lee Know did try to be a trainee but he didn’t get into any company he tried. He did audition for JYPE when he was 16. The head of soul dance was a jype choreographer in 2017. She probably recommended Lee Know when jype was looking for a good dancer in the right age to be in Stray Kids. Lee Know was helicoptered into SKZ without much training (a couple of months) except his years of dancing. He was almost eliminated from SKZ because his singing and rapping were not up to par. Now Lee Know is one of the most popular SKZ members.
I love his dance and singing but he is popular mostly due to his down to earth not-idol like behaviour and personality. Rarely anyone notices him at first in the guides or MVs. I always say (spoiler alert) that he is like this coz he was eliminated when JYP had his talk with the kids. He is my ult and I love him sm!
Yup... He is my only bias in all of MUSIC perodt. And .. ugh.. I've been army forever ❤️. Before BTS I listened to Btob and 2pm....Skz was everything I ever wanted and infinite things I didn't know I needed! I'm a multi Stan so I don't read or listen to any negative anything about any group. Unfortunately because of this it has limited my interactions with MOST fandoms. I find most stays are multi Stan..... also MOAs .... I love how TXT tells off moa who says anything negative 🤣🤣 so does skz to a lesser extent......I mean..TXT will ROAST moa for saying stupid shit.. And Chan actively fanboys many many groups in his live stream and Not just from his company! How can you not respect that? I also love Ateez and Enhyphen. .. if I had a son I would want it to be Jay from Enhyphen he has become a beautiful soul, he had some struggles in I-land. I shall shut the hell up now. Lol Enjoy your Stay journey! :-)
Lee Know was never in BigHit. He was part of a dance crew, a real dance crew, which is why he was in competitions and worked as backup dancer. His only kpop company is JYPE. Btw his whole crew called Cupcake are now choreographers. All of them are famous now as choreographers and some of them even choreographed for kpop groups. Lee Know is the only one who joined idol-dom from his dance crew (and he is also the youngest).
Thank you so much for appreciating Changbin's rap. A ton of kpop stans really don't get his style with all of his flow changes and are saying he's either chasing the beat or offbeat when he's only playing with it. And for lyricism, you're not gonna be disappointed with Stray Kids bc they're known for having deep meaning lyrics and use a lot of wordplay. I hope you'll get to discover more of their music 🤍
Changbin is definitely my favorite rapper in SKZ from henceforth! And that’s good to hear! When I found out they wrote their own lyrics I was hoping we’d be able to have some deep talks when I started listening to more of their songs
1:49:24 yeah Channie (who loves all of his children equally I promise lol) loves Felix a lot! He’s mentioned that he was harder on him than the others and kept a bit of distance between them during predebut and the survival show because he knew what it felt like to be alone in a place he’d never been a way from his family and was both desperate for Felix to make it and terrified that he wouldn’t and it would break his heart. They’re extra close now because of the Aussie bond but I think Chan sometimes shows him a little extra love to sort of make up for that!
I know people like to brag about their idols being all rounders ,good at vocals, rap, dance , but they're actually excel only on one of them and are average in the other two BUT han jisung I'm telling you is a real ace (cause he produces too) no cap. If you are more interested on studying his case it would be enough to listen to more skz music as in just one song he takes both rap and vocal parts but there's also a compilation video called "han jisung is the ace of aces" which showcases all his talents (it's a 2 y/o video tho so the latest examples are not provided). Also thank you for reacting to skz, hope to see more in the future.
I might also add that yes, he isn't in the dance line, but his dance is really really good, his stage prescence and facial expressions are top notch. He is indeed a real all rounder
10:54 Han - one of the main rappers, vocalist, producer (part of 3racha) :D 1:21:32 nope. In Han case, he IS actually very good at both. As I said, he is the main rapper (beside Binnie) and literally could be the main vocalist (beside Seungmin). He usually sings the hardest & highest notes in their songs. Plus often he sings and raps in the same song. Also, this guy is a genious when it comes to freestyle. He is known for it! After their former main vocalist left, Han was the one who took over most of his parts (especially the high notes and stuff). If you'll get into non-music content (skz code, skz talker) and you hear noice and singing in the backround, it's 95% Han. 1:24:07 Han's songs I Got It (rap song, to his haters, lot of wordplay so the lyrics might not make sense sometimes) 1:33:58 Changbin. He was asked "what does Han means to you" and he got a little emotional at the end. Han (my ult bias) and Bin (second bias) are one of my fav duos in skz. Out of the group, they are actually like real brothers to each other. Also, he was saying he worries about him because Han suffers from social/crowd anxiety and at that time it was really bad. He also said that Han is the member he thinks about the most even tho he acts a little cold towards him.
oh and when we say they 'produced" their songs, they made it from scratch, all of it. topline, beats, melody and lyrics. and each member picks where they wanna sing at in every song.
So for some background on the Hyunjin struggling predebut, he was street casted so he had absolutely no dance, rap, or vocal experience. When he joined JYPE the other trainees basically ridiculed him for his lack of dancing ability and even told him “ur so good looking you don’t even have to try to debut”. Which obviously rly hurt Hyunjins pride bc they basically said u can’t get through with your efforts to just go with your looks. Eventually his insanely hard work payed off bc he’s now absolutely amazing at dancing. For rapping he obviously had no experience there, so one of the things he did to get better with his enunciation (which is what he had trouble with) he would do his rap verses with the pen or his finger in in mouth. Also regarding the rapping ,him and Han had some real issues with each other during the survival show. So one of the most famous Han vs. Hyunjin fights was when Hyunjin told Han to dance better and Han told Hyunjin to rap better, so you’ll hear that being referenced a lot in the fandom. Also han predebut was uhm. A force to be reckoned with💀 he was getting into fights with EVERYONE. even threw a wallet at seungmin for telling him to clean his room. Obviously Han is way better now and they even talk about the walket thing in the Han + seungmin two kids room episode and Han was so embarrassed of how he used to act. He rly struggled with anxiety and couldn’t open up to ppl, so he tended to lash out. And now Han and Hyunjin r like best friends, it was deadass a enemies to lovers kinda thing
Another helpful thing regarding hyunjin is that he has a dance degree from SOPA (the same school JK attended) with training in contemporary, jazz and hiphop...considering your ballet background, I thought this might interest you Pre debut han was just looking for a fight, poor thing. Him and hyunjin are now the "married couple" of SKZ so you can imagine how far they've come
So Chan is technically part of the vocal line😅 Rap line: Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, Felix Vocal line: Chan, Han, Lee Know, Seungmin, I.N 3racha = producing team
5 members speak really good English. - Chan and Felix as Australians, Seungmin cause he picked it up in 4 month in USA (😅 don't ask how, it's a mystery), Hyunjin as his college major is English and Han since he spent many years in Malaysia. The rest can at least understand and communicate (with Lee Know understanding but refusing to speak) And also.. they are all so good at everything that if you ask "Who is main dancer?" you will start a war between 3 members. If you ask who is main vocal? that is another war, same for main rapper. How do you even decide on "lead" since they all do it all? Han (considered main rapper) couldn't attend a show, so Seungmin (considered main vocal) did his fast raps in God's Menu and Backdoor. They all have center in dance breaks, the all have vocal and rap parts. Of course, they prefer something, which is why we have units.
@@Boraheartsss As for their positions, it's super hard to determine with Han destroying both sides. He is main rapper and main vocal material. What is more shocking, he sings LIKE THAT without having any vocal training, he learned it himself. While Changbin is being considered main rapper, his singing is amazing. He wanted to be a singer originally. Every time he sings it's just so good. Hyunjin despite what you said is considered more rapper than a singer. But definitely he is a main dancer. Which makes things complicated as Lee Know is their official dance leader (he leads all their dance practices) and fandom can't decide who is better. Then we have Felix who is amazing at his footwork and is taekwondo master, so he does basically all the stunts in their choreos. Then there is Chan who was originally a rapper. All the original songs are him rapping. Yet for the last two years he is mostly singing in 80% songs being able to go over 3 octaves. I.N is the one that is not best in anything but great at everything. While he mostly sings, his rap is lit, he has such a unique voice to his rapping thanks to being so "in your face" voice as you said. And when you think Lee Know is just a main dancer, the man goes and releases 3 songs in last few months that bias wrecked everyone and people started saying he is main vocal at this point lol. (check out Taste and his solo Limbo) Plus since they produce their own songs and write their parts and decide themselves who sings/raps what part, they just keep changing all the time. So their positions stopped to be official like 3 years ago and since then there is no official statement about it. Seungmin is no doubt their main vocal, Chan said so himself. He is just crazy good (but there will be ppl saying Han is main vocal because they are biased and there are no official positions. So basically everyone considers different member to be main lol) But his rapping is nothing like you would expect from a vocalist, tho. You said Han has crazy "flows" yet it was Seungmin to rap Han's parts live when Han couldn't attend the show. Well, for English it's: Felix/Chan > Han/Seungmin > Hyunjin > Changbin > I.N > Lee Know But yea, since Chan and Felix usually speak english, they all understand it pretty well. They are also pretty good with Japanese, especially Lee Know and Han since they are big anime fans and watch anime a lot. Chan is also good with japanese. You will find several anime references in their lyrics.
@@Boraheartsss who is better at it can be very subjective though. based on technicality and experience the obvious answer is lee know because of his dance crew background. however some would say hyunjin excels because of his ability to convey emotion and capture people's attention, on top of his impressive skills. but when asked, hyunjin himself picked han over felix (who's apart of the dance unit) in an interview and his reasoning was that he likes his dance style alot. I think that's what this person is trying to convey, lee know is probably the default answer for many, but there's also a ton of people (group members included) who favor hyunjin and his overall performance abilities. it's not as cut and dry as you think it would be.
@@Akkarri I dont think people call han the main vocalist cos we all know seugmin is def main vocal material they just say he can be main vocal if he was in any other group
I think you kind of forgot around changbin's part that they produce their own music, therefore allowing the members to decide on their own wether if they want to sing or rap. :)
I love stray kids so much, as someone who is an army as well before becoming a stay, I had never EVER felt a connection as deep as the one stray kids have with their fans. it truly is an amazing feeling haha edit #1 of what is sure to be many: im only 7 mins into the video and it is making me smile so much I freaking love your energy
im so sorry bro this comment is so long 😭its a whole essay in of itself im sorry if you read all this after having to read that entire guide asdfghjhgfdstghuiruyfdh
You’re totally fine! I love reading long comments haha and omg I’m seeing a lot of Han biases in the comments and I’d have to agree. He is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. To be so gifted at both rap and singing is just 👌 thank you for the information about SKZ as well! I’m looking forward to learning more slowly.
@@Boraheartsss ive seen that han biases tend to be the most active(?) im not sure if thats the right word but you can find them everywhere haha! but I look forward to your skz journey and I do hope you enjoy learning more about them
@@Boraheartsss lol Han biases are just more outspoken because he sometimes get overlooked so we are happy when reactors recognize his rapping skills. But actually Hyunjin and Felix are the most biased members.
As someone who watches tons of Stray Kids’ reaction videos, I am usually not too interested in watching a guide reaction because it is usually really long and most reactors are not very engaging. But girl! You are so fun to watch that I finished your entire reaction in one go! You are fun, energetic, engaging and honest! I am so excited to follow your journey with Stray Kids! I have been a Stay since 2019 and Stray Kids is the one and only group that I fully stan. I am sure you will fall in love with them the more you learn about them! You got me subscribed!
Hi! Great reaction💛 A small glimpse of their stories of joining the group to make it easier to understand us - STAY. About Bang Chan's story we need to write a book. He got auditioned in the age of 13 in Australia. He sang, he danced, he played a piano and a guitar. Out of 800 participants only Bang Chan got accepted. Leaving everything in Australia - his family, friends, his childhood, 13 year old Chan moved to Korea and joined JYPE. In 7 years of training he went through a lot, He had a lot of bad thoughts. He felt lonely for a long time. He made friends who ended up debuting without him, or some of them even left the company, Chan did not understand what was wrong, why they kept him in the company but did not let him to debut. He did not know what was ahead of him, he sacrificed everything for the career, and he was afraid of failure. A some point, he stopped trying to get close to new trainees because he was afraid that he would have to say goodbye to someone again and it might break his heart once again. So he just continued to make music alone. Everything went on until the first stray kid appeared in his life - Han Jisung. Han lived in Malaysia for a long time. But like all Koreans, he had to pass exams in Korea at the end of his school program. His father was a member of a rock band, so Han wanted to be an artist since childhood. After passing exams in Korea, he decided to take a few auditions. According to him, he went to audition for JYPE for fun. He wanted to see celebrities, he did not think that it would be successful. He’s now known as an “allrounder” of the group. You had a chance to see it it for yourself. In the company he became friends with Chan ,they were both passionate about writing music, so they quickly found a common language. Changbin has an outstandingly gorgeous voice. We know that he was singing before joining the company and also he has been in love with dance since middle school, especially hip hop, so he became interested in rap as well, his vocal coach suggested him to try rapping. (Thank you unknown coach, you discovered a gem) And although though Changbin's parents were against it, he auditioned for JYPE. And he got accepted. There he became friends with Chan and Han. This trio got along very well. Together they created songs that were secretly uploaded to the soundcloud. They were asking people if they liked it or how they could improve, but they received almost no feedback (there is a thread about this touching story on twitter twitter.com/chilHD/status/950022504633942016?t=PWfXbCSHS9JZSCzCO7f6rg&s=19). Seeing that Chan was taking a serious initiative, the company offered him to gather his own group, write a repertoire and train all the members, and then after the JYPE showcase, the company will decide whether they are ready to debut. Onto our vocal kings Seungmin joined the company by wining 2nd place in the open JYPE audition. Chan noticed him because of politeness of our Seungminnie. He was the only one who greeted the trainees during lunch break. Seungmin is an incredible vocalist, with incredible vocal technique, so he is responsible for the vocals in the group. I.N as far as I know, was a trainee in the junior group, but for one of the group challenges for trainees, he got into the same group with Bang Chan, where he conquered the leader with his acting skills and charisma. Chan also noted the uniqueness of the tone of voice of the youngest and invited him to join his group. Moving onto a reason why I wrote this whole history book ha ha ha 1:31:11 in Skz there are 2 main rappers it is Changbin and Han, that’s right. 2 members who are initially focused on rap, Han even attended an academy to gain knowledge in this area, it is said in the guide. However, at least 3 more, and if you include Chan, then 4 members, also have rap parts in the skz discography. Lee Know Hyunjin and Felix also rap. And I can say that they are pretty good at it. They are not main but SUB rappers means that they are SUPPORT for Bin and Han. Yes, their technique is far from being as wonderful as Han’s and Changbin’s, and their flows are simple, but they are originally the dancers of the group - danceracha. Their main focus is dancing. Minho, as it’s stated in the guide, has been dancing since childhood, he already was a professional dancer when he auditioned for JYP. He joined the company as a dancer, and since the trainees still had to rap or sing, he was working on his singing skills,On the survival show he was offered to try to rap, turned out he had a good potential, so he began to develop himself also in rap. Felix only did dance to audition for the company (he mentioned this in an interview). He moved to Korea once he got in. There in the company Chan noticed Lix and his incredible tone of voice, he knew that Felix would sound cool rapping. Hyunjin was streetcasted. a JYPE agent spotted him when he went shopping with his mom. Agent noted Hyunjin's good looking features and invited him to audition for the company. However, Hyunjin had no experience in the industry, he didn't sing nor rap nor even dance! On their show (2kids room) he said that he was so bad at dancing that he almost hated it, and other trainees reassured him that he was handsome and he don’t have to worry because a successful debut was guaranteed to him. It hurt Hyunjin, because he didn’t want to be just “a pretty face”. fortunately he met people who taught him how to enjoy dancing. This made him to train every single day beyond the norm. he studied at school in the morning, and did not come out of the practice room all day and night. Also Hyunjin chose to try rap. And during the survival show he already faced critique. His diction was really bad. Hyunjin had to work even harder, he asked Changbin for help with gis rapping. He rehearsed his lines with a pencil between his teeth to improve his diction. He tried very hard to improve and debut with the whole group In addition to all of the above danceracha are amazing singers and song writers- they have amazing self-produced songs “wow” and “taste”. So what I wanted to say is every member is good at dancing, every member is good at singing and every member is good at rap, even vocalracha, although in skz discography they get to rap not so often, because Han, Bin with the support of Hyunjin and Felix are carrying the rap line fantastically(team “Muddy Water”), leaving the vocals to Seungmin, Jeongin, Bang Chan and Lee Know (team “Waiting for us”) That is why we call them all multi-talented. We’ve never lied to new fans. They CAN do everything. Whether it's danicaing, singing, rapping or even producing a song. Every member can do all of that. Just like you said, someone better in something then the others but still. It's not like we're bragging about them, it's more like we love them all equally and appreciate their hard work. No one have ever said that danceracha are the greatest rappers in k-pop. No. We have only 2 members who are the professionals , thus they have a right to compete for that title. The other members are just doing their thing. And they’re still growing, learning and improving. For themselves for their fans - Stay. ♡ I don’t know if someone will read this long ass essay… but yeah that’s me pouring my heart out. Sorry. The connection of this boys with stays is incredible. I’ve never felt so loved and treasured. They went through hell and so did stays. But we sticked together. Giving each other love and support. It’s our safe place.. Thank you for your reaction, I did enjoy it. Really. I know how hard it is to let someone in your heart when it is already taken. I know exactly just how it feels. I hope you will enjoy your stray kids journey, they have so much to offer. Good luck❤ P. S.: I’m really sorry for mistakes I know there’s many, English isn’t my first language. 😅
I did read your long thread fellow Stay 😊 and well said - all of it. 👍🏽 I get op tho...Stays know why we dont tend to point out the old official positions...but it's not bad to point out who mostly does what or is generally strongest at what when we're introducing them to new ppl - as you just did btw...and very well too
Thank you for the time and energy in sharing this with us. I would read your novel even if it was longer. Lots of great insights. There should be a book club for history sake... lol.. be sure to save this essay somewhere..
01:49:20 "No matter how much you love Felix, Chan loves him even more" - Chris is indeed Lixie's biggest fan, he ALWAYS talks about him, like you can't call it a Chan's room, if Felix's name isn't mentioned at least once. But Lixie isn't only Chan's fav child, but totally everyone's. He is the baby of the group (with I.N, the maknea, babying Felix) and they all have a soft spot for him, it's so cute 😂 That doesn't even end within skz, during kingdom basically every idol of every group was whipped for our precious sunshine. Btw you should definitely check out the new Replay-Album with FAM and their solo songs. Especially Felix's "Deep end" which shows his incredible vocal range (yes, all of it is only him singing) and Lee Know's "Limbo" are songs whose reaction I'm most curious about. You're right, Lixie is absolutely pretty and so ethereal - just like an angel or a fairy. Him, Hyunjin and Lino (Minho/Lee Know) aka DanceRacha are the group's visual line, but thb all the members are visual-worthy. And their personalities are just as beautiful as their looks! Sadly, this guide doesn't really show Linos great personality, he is the definition of a savage (and crazy in the best way possible) tease, but he actually cares A LOT. Thank you for your reaction! Although it's currently 3 a.m. in Austria, I enjoyed every pause haha. But seriously, pause as much as you want and need. STAYs like it!
Lee know was in a dance crew with such dancers who now makes choreography for SM and so on. He was always sooooo good. No wonder members call him dance teacher and dance statue, dance machine. His energy on stage 🔥 you should watch him fancams, he puts so much into his dancing. But also he has my favourite falsettos in the group. I recommend you to listen to his song- Limbo and also unit song - Taste. You will hear his falsettos there a lot ! I also want him to debut as an actor if he would like one day cause boy has everything
So to answer some questions, none of the members are mixed race they are all Korean it’s just that Channie (yes we call him Channie) and Lix’s (Felix) parents moved to Australia so they have Australian citizenship/nationality. Channie now goes live on UA-cam every Sunday (or at other times if there is a schedule that interferes) now that vlive shut down. Lee Know was never a trainee at Big Hit, he was part of the dance crew they hired as their dancers. So he was only ever a trainee at JYP and even then he was a trainee at JYP for less than a year since Chan chose him to debut with them pretty quickly after seeing his dance skills. Channie decided that Lee Know would be the dance leader in their group since he had so much experience with dance. So whilst Chan overlooks the whole team as the leader he entrusted the responsibility of their dance schedules/practices to Lee Know. Changbin wasn’t forced to be a rapper, his vocal coach simply suggested he try it because they thought he’d be good at it and Changbin loved it when he tried it. So you don’t have to be upset, he wasn’t forced, it was suggested, he tried it and he loved it so much that he focused on rapping (although he still sings in stray kids songs when he wants to) and he’s a wonderful lyricist. I’m most sure if he would have gotten into producing and writing lyrics if he didn’t try rapping first. I would suggest checking out videos on Changbin and Han by CarKpop as he breaks down what makes them great rappers and although he does talk about their speed he also talks about all of the other things that they go into their raps, like lyricism, flow, diction, pitch changes etc…. So I think you would enjoy his vids. And finally in regards to the members ages (I’ll also add some nicknames and other names they are referred to as) we have: Bang Chan born 1997 - Channie, chris, Christopher, Christopher bang, chan, CB97, daddy, daddy Chan. Lee Know born 1998 - Minho, Aunty Lee know (this is reference to a skit the boys did as a ‘family’ and he was the aunt, a very pretty aunt so there is Aunty Lee know fan art and references), also part of meowRacha (Felix is also part of meowRacha as they both have cat like tendencies) Changbin born 1999 - Binnie, Changbinnie, spearB (Chang in Korean means Spear), Dwaekki, baby Changbin Hyunjin born 2000 (March) - Hyunnie, Hyunjinnie, jinnie, lama, dumpling, flour/ flour boy (very recent nickname given to him by Seungmin since Hyunjin likes to eat food that has flour in them) Han born 2000 (September 14th) - Hannie, Jisung, Jisungie, J.One (Han is also the word for one in Korean) Felix born 2000 (September 15th) - Lix, Lixie, yongbok, yongbokkie, haengbok (means happiness in Korean), haengbokkie, sunshine Seungmin born 2000 (September 22nd) - Seungminnie, Seungmong (Mong is the sound a dog makes in Korean), rice boy (again very recent nickname due to him eating a large amount of rice as soon as he had his braces removed) I.N born 2001 (February) - innie, Iennie, Jeonginnie, maknae on top. So you might notice that Han and Felix were literally born 1 day apart and Stay often refer to them as the sunshine twins, they also often celebrate their birthdays (usually given cakes) on the same day depending on their schedule. Han has also teased Felix saying that he is more mature and knowledgeable than Felix because he is the older of the two. Because Seungmin’s birthday is also in September the three of them are sometimes referred to as triplets and the September babies. So although you don’t want to refer to your self as a Stay just yet you are well on your way to becoming what we call a baby stay and you will always have us elderly stay (although best not to refer to us as such, just ‘stay’ is fine 😅) to help with any questions, suggestions or general support you need along the way to Stayville (Stayville is our community).
Wow!!! Thanks for the deets and omg one day apart???? Thats nutty :O I could tell Changbin fell in love with rap just by his skills cause you dont get those without giving your heart and soul, but its good to know he wasnt forced. I hate that!
@@Boraheartsss oh I forgot Lee Know also has the nickname ‘butt hunter’ when you watch their content (especially live stages) you will often catch him slapping and touching the other members butts. You will also see the other members slapping and touching the others butts just not as often as Lee Know.

Bang Chan - Leader, producer and all round perfect person thats good at absolutly everything Chris - Best friend vibes and friendliest humble artist to both fellow artists (he knows everyone), staff and STAYs Channie - Cutest, warmest and cuddliest person ever Christopher - A beast that shows up now and then and leave you on your knees And they all are different personas of the same person. Once you get to know him it is very clear who is who 😂😂
Before I was an ARMY, now I'm not anymore. They are different from what I imagined. Today I am a STAY, proud of the 8 members. They are wonderful. They all sing and dance a lot. They show their bodies and tattoos and don't care. They work hard. I love all their songs. Felix, my bias.
55:29 someone may have already said this but I hate how some stays make sure to say "changbin s one the fastest rappers bla bla bla" cause he might be BUT he also checks all the boxes for the other important skills of raping, if you wanna know more about his rapping (not even for reacting, just to watch on your own time idk) CarKpop (maybe the biggest changbin stan and big (k)rap fan) has a lot of videos on his verses
Thank you! I loved this reaction, I loved seeing/hearing your opinions and even your comparisons. And your reaction to Changbin was just great, I admire that man so much. I love 3rachas lyrics, especially Changbins. Your fangirling over BangChan was fun, and relatable, he is...just...wow. Inside and out. I have so much more I could comment, but my English is failing. Can't wait for more reactions! If you end up as a Stay/BabyStay or just an admirer, I'll keep watching, I like your way of reacting. 🫰
Thank you for the comment! And your English is great! Im glad you guys didnt get annoyed with my fangirling bc Bangchannie is just WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW and I dont think I'll be able to stop xD
You have no idea how much I love people not only reacting to skz but really dissecting it, it genuinely makes me very happy, I love how you described each member, and didn’t just scream about them, you were honest, awesome. Ty for this!
Army here ✋🏻 I’ve in the last two months binged everything about SKids-but I fucking love Han. He evokes so much emotion from me it’s stupid. So I relate to your reaction lol. His music has made me cry….and that’s hard to do. Also, I get how you have to correlate to BTS, they are my ults and literally were my only group for YEARS so don’t feel bad, and don’t listen to anyone that gives you crap. Also, thanks for the rap rant 😂 I learned a lot
YES GIRLLLLLL THAT IS WHY I STAN HAN. HE IS SO GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES THAT HE LITERALLY PLAYS WITH HIS RAPS AND FLOWS. ITS JUST CRAAAAZY. and people think what he do is easy cause he makes it look easy. Hell nahh he literally tears open his knowledge of rap everytime he does something with rap. He makes sure it has a Han stamp.
@@Boraheartsss don’t worry about it hahah! I would rather watch someone who’s really interested in them than someone who just wants to get it over with😂
When you said Hyunjin is not in the rap line I WAS LIKE WAIT GIRL you confused, so 3racha is NOT the rap line IT'S THE PRODUCING TEAM. The RAP LINE consists of Changbin- Han- Hyunjin- Felix and sometimes Bangchan and lee know. The VOCAL LINE consists of Seungmin- I.N- Bangchan- Lee know and sometimes Han and Hyunjin.
1:04:21 A lot of people mention him looking different when they first react to this hah. He's the shortest member and he also use to be really slim, so he looked pretty different back then. Now he's gained more weight, so his face is more filled out, while also becoming very interested in fitness, so he's gained more muscle mass and all that. He said that he actually trains some other idols in the gym recently. Working out is one of his main things he does other than music. ^^
Birthdates : Bang Chan - 3rd of October 1997( i think this is the only one i’m not sure of ) Lee Know - 25.10.1998 Changbin - 11.08.1999 Hyunjin - 20.03.2000 Han - 14.09.2000 Felix - 15.09.2000 Seungmin - 22.09.2000 I.N - 08.02.2001 ALSO A recommendation for a fan made funny moments video : Stray Kids moments, but out of contexts by Fluffelix
@@Boraheartsss typically maknae line starts at Han even though he and Hyunjin are born in the same year but they usually split it down the middle with the 4 oldest and 4 youngest
Love the Changbin enthusiasm as a Changbin ult bias. 😂 Love his voice, love his rapping. And you’ll probably be surprised by his look when you see him 5 years ago and now. He went from the skinniest to the buffest. There was actually an ep of their show SKZ-CODE a couple of days ago called Dwaekki’s gym where you can see the members work out. Good for their health, not so much for us. 😅 As for having a lot of biases. A lot off stays are OT8. For me, out of an 8 member group, I have 4 biases. 😅 Changbin, Han, Lee Know and Seungmin. If you think someone is rude when a member is teasing another member you’re gonna have a problem. They tease each other alllll the time. All the time. 😂 And Changbin notably being the most bullied member of Stray Kids. And 3Racha are the producers. Bang Chan hardly ever raps these days. The rapline is Changbin, Han, Hyunjin and Felix. But they mix and match. And if you’re into ships, the original ships from early days are Minsung (Lee Know and Han) and Changlix (Changbin and Felix). But again, they mix and match. 😂
icb i just watched a two hours long reaction video to a guide of my ults??? i love your reaction and the way you broke things down, it was really entertaining
Their newest album (re-play) is interesting. Its a compilation of their unit side projects + all of their solos. The solos show of their colours beautifully. Chan - Connected, Lee Know - Limbo, Changbin - Doodle, Hyun - Love untold, Han - Run, Felix - Deep end (he tries to sing a song with all of his voices and its amazing), Seungmin - Stars and raindrops, I.N - Hug me Oh and Han is known for his beautiful but sad and a lil depressing songs with amazing lyrics. My favs are Slump, Winter falls, Secret secret and Chill. But overall I think that the best way to listen to the kids is from the beginning. Hellevator was the first song created by them in a week during their survival show along with Spread your winds and Grr (and few more that don't have MVs - all can be found on their pre debut Mixtape album). Hellevator and YAYAYA are in their recent concerts lineups - that's how good they are. Just start at the begging and see them grow. Satisfaction is guaranteed. 50% of their songs have some kind of MV.
Stray Kids and 4th generation groups are unique groups, they were able to survive the restrictions imposed by countries due to COVID-19. No other bands have ever been in such difficulties before, other bands have not been banned from holding any kind of events and concerts. Sometimes it becomes interesting what would happen to 3rd generation groups if they fell under the bans associated with COVID -19 The guys are very talented and have gone through a lot of problems that other groups could not survive, Stray Kids always admire their older K-pop idols. Their music is diverse and unlike other popular K-pop groups, because they write the songs themselves, as well as their choreography, because they choreograph the dance themselves, they can create both fast music and measured lyrics. (I've been in K-pop since the 2nd generation and I have something to compare with, in every generation of K-pop there are good, unique groups that make no sense to compare.)
i feel like you'll really love their 2kidsroom series! there they talk more about their friendship and get a little deep as well, i cant wait for you to continue reacting to them :)
I feel like this guide, although filled with good information, really does Lee Know dirty when it comes to his personality. Like this guide does nothing to describe the absolute chaos that is lee know. He has more to his personality than cats and dance. I feel like it does a good job with almost all the other members (especially hyunjin, han, and felix), but doesn't take that same time for Lee Know or I.N.
tbf if we go by the sub units 3racha is more the producing team, not the rap line. The rap line is Han, Changbin, Felix and Hyunjin and the vocal line would be Chan, Seungmin, Lee Know and I.N. probably that's why the video doesn't show chan rapping too much but if you want to hear him rapping you can listen to 3racha(yes 3racha by 3racha) or Heyday
Hyunjin's choreo : ua-cam.com/video/bY_TqcsMyHM/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/2bBkSgQisbg/v-deo.html His artist of the month video : ua-cam.com/video/T-ajHVsMcKk/v-deo.html Also if you want to watch the ship videos there are many ships in skz lol but the most famous and obvious ones are minsung(leeknow and han) there is also hyunlix (hyunjin and felix) seungbin ( seungmin and changbin) changlix ( changbin and felix) hyunsung (hyunjin and han) some of the underrated and my favs are minchan ( leeknow and bangchan ) changjin ( changbin and hyunjin) Since you seem to bias bangchan and hyunjin you should see red lights by them ( be prepared to pass out lol)
You are a LIFESAVER!!! Thank you now I dont have to go hunting for these videos! And I may check out some ship videos because we love fangirling over bromance over here!
@@Boraheartsss your welcome and we sure do love bromance haha I suggest you start with minsung and hyunlix cause like minsung is sus af and hyunlix is cute af😩
You said that I.N is the actor. You should check out the commercial of LOTTE FREE he did with Lee Know. His acting was so on point that I forgot he is not an actor.
Han is SO CUTE! It's fine that you think so too, in the fandom he is sometimes known for being the "baby girl" of the group, not only because of his cute round features, but also because of his baby girl energy. You'll get to that eventually.
that was so fun to watch! I watched it periodically through my day today and made it to the end haha. I'm really glad you like stray kids!! I'm also an ARMY since 2017 and have come to love stray kids as well :)
The fact that the first thing most people say about seungmin other than his voice is that he looks like he should be in a kdrama is so real of everyone.
really interesting to hear your thoughts on skz) although as a person who wasn't enjoying rap that much before, Han and Changbin made me appreciate it much more) I love how easily Han changes flows and tones of his voice. and I adore his singing voice!
Woah. I loved this reaction and it might be my fav. Not only were you totally real but you also knew what you were talking about so you could give opinions actually based on technique etc. Gotta say, I'm gonna binge all the Stray Kids stuff you did now and I literally watched this video in one sitting.
I relate to your story on how you got into BTS sooo much!! They got me to want to learn about other groups, and then eventually Stray Kids. BTS will always hold a place in my heart, since they were my first, but I’m sooo glad I got to fall in love with SKZ and eventually stan them. They’re very special. ❤
Loook. Chan snatched my bias position from day one and has not let go. Buuut Changbin probably made me a Stay cause the first song I heard, he started it (Gods Menu) and as a fellow hardcore rap fan (mostly 90s and early 2000s rappers) my reaction was "they got real rappers in kpop😲". I was hooked. He remains my favourite Rapper in SKZ and yes...all of kpop. His flow hooked me. Learning the lyrics ...and that he writes his own rhymes? sealed the deal And yeah...Han? Real deal
When it comes to maknae line,We have 5 maknaes and 3 hyungs. The reason for that is because 4 of the members (Hyunjin,Han,Felix and Seungmin) were all born in the year 2000. So the hyung line is Bangchan born in 1997 (which is where his 3Racha alias CB97 came from btw), Lee Know born in 1998 and Changbin born in 1999.And then we have our maknae line which is the 2000 line Hyunjin, Han, Felix and Seungmin and then our actual maknae I.N who was born 2001. Fun fact, Han and Felix are known as our sunshine twins and its because they were born literally a day apart. Han's birthday is September 14th, 2000 and Felix's birthday is September 15th, 2000. And then Seungmin's birthday is a week later on the 22nd lmao September is a busy month for Stays. Even more so if you're an armystay because Jk's is the 1st and Namjoon's is the 12th lol
It's always really hard to pick a few songs to recommend because SKZ is that rare exception where I like absolutely EVERYTHING, so I'll pick a couple of units songs and solos from your favorite members. From Chan and Changbin, Streetlights is a good song to check out. For 3Racha raps, Zone and We Go are favs of mine. I'm sure 3Racha (the song) and Heyday have already been mentioned. FAM has probably already been mentioned also. It's a really hard but cute song where they introduce each other one by one, from youngest to oldest. I saw one person who said it made him want to twerk through the entire song! LOL Make sure you pick the Korean version with the MV not the older Japanese version. Another good duet is the MV for Hyunjin and Chan's song about compulsion and obsession, Red Lights. Mind blown! To put it in perspective, Hyunjin said the inspiration was Venom, and the sequel is Taste! They perform this song in concerts, all eight of them, so there's also an OT8 lyrics version. A good song to show the styles of the main rap line (Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, and Felix) is Muddy Water. Changbin's Cypher has some really good raps. Han for me is in a category all of his own. He has several solos, both vocals and raps. A favorite of mine is Alien. Run is a recent release in the SKZ REPLAY digital album, although he said he wrote it several years ago. Felix also has a solo in that album (Deep End) which showcases his wide range, not just his deep voice.
Loved your reaction in general, but especially when you talked about Changbin and Han's rap. Sure, it's also bc they're my biases, but your enthusiasm about rap was infectious. You nailed both of their styles as soon as you heard them and I don't think I had ever seen someone do that so quick. Changbin is methodic and takes his rhyme schemes very seriously, whereas Han is nearly pure instinct and writes extremely fast off the cuff. Their approaches to writing might be opposites, but they complement each other and have great chemistry performing together
Them being from 3RACHA doesn't mean they are "rap line" but rather the how they started and the producers. Changbin, Han, Hyunjin and Felix do the rap in most of the songs. Chan and Lee Know are more vocalists than rappers (although they do in some songs).
Changbin actually changed from singing to rapping before joining the company, the vocal coach that was mentioned was a mentor in a dance academy (he had no interest in singing or rapping at the time, just dancing) those at the academy actually made him take singing lessons and while his voice was nice he actually got way more confident after getting the advice to try rapping (because of his sense of flow) he wrote his first self-produce song and used it on his audition for JYP
Enjoyed your reaction and look forward to following your Stray Kids journey. Changbin's tutor did the world a favour by recommending he try rap. He is a great vocalist, sweet smooth vocals, but his raps are fire! He definitely loves it and is not being forced. He's one of the Stray Kids producers and remember they have full control over their work, every aspect of it, so they each decide which parts they want to take in each song. This is one group where you don't have to worry about people being forced into things, they get lots of opportunities to showcase their own style and talents and work on creative projects of their own for each album. Han is a very emotive guy, he feels deeply and expresses himself and those feelings in his lyrics, you will get to know which songs are written by Han, he definitely has his own style. And not only in rap.
I really like your reaction and how you feel really genuine about it ! (long comment coming) I like the discussion around 53:00 : for me, rap is not only about the lyrics and poetry. Yes it plays a big role, but personnaly it is as equally important as flow, delivery, voice control, inflection, rhyme schemes etc. And as you said speed doesn"t matter to be a great rapper, but faster flows allow you to be more creative with it (i'd say 7 to 9 SPS are the most interesting ones). It's a weapon like many others that rappers can use. I both hate when people talk about speed bot saying : "speed doesn't mean good" to criticize a fast flow without seeing (as you saw them and that's why I was pleasently surprised) the intricate rhyme schemes, flow switches etc. OR "your rapper can't rap fast, he's not good" which is also stupid because some slower flows can be harder to do etc. The rapline in SKZ is officially changbin, han, hyunjin and felix while the others 4 are more about singing. But the real rappers are changbin and han and they currently are the best 4th gen rappers. And might be the best rapline in kpop overall. Here some real good shits : Han - I got it ua-cam.com/video/OjpWWnU8tb0/v-deo.html 3racha - zone (both changbin and han verses are insane) : ua-cam.com/video/J7o-UGHiW5A/v-deo.html 3racha - 3racha : ua-cam.com/video/cHLm_Gkcchk/v-deo.html 3racha - heyday : ua-cam.com/video/pjM_yb_K07I/v-deo.html The duo in action : ua-cam.com/video/Yhb2g3TqiJ8/v-deo.html There is many more, especially shorter verses inside skz songs that are insane as well. And to be more precises about the changbin part, he didnt become a rapper because he couldn't sing but because he really loved it. In fact, the full story is : he went to an academy to learn how to dance and sing, but here they told him to give a try as a rapper. Hence, in high school he never ceased training as a rapper by first doing covers, then writing his own lyrics and finally auditionning at JYP as a rapper with his own verses. Then, as trainees with han and bangchan, they started doing rap oriented projects before officially debuting in SKZ.
However, I disagree about the eminem part at 1:33:00, em has tackled many interesting projects and it's lying to say he raps nonsense especially in his early days. Songs like rock bottom, sing for the moment, role mode, white america, careful what you wish for etc. However, he's better at what story telling, even if you think it's non sense for you and you might not like it, his songs are like movies : 8 mile, lose yourself, stay wide awake, hello etc.
I am sure Changbin fell in love with rap or he wouldn’t have been as good at it! I definitely enjoy his rapping. Thanks for the song recs I’ll be sure to check these out soon! Music is definitely subjective so I understand your point. For me, I just feel like people focus on speed as if it’s the end all be all. It definitely takes talent though, just for me it’s nowhere near something I care about when there are soo many more important elements to rap than how fast they can do it. As for Eminem, yes he does have some deeper songs. But he’s not known for it. It’s something he does every once in a while. Older Eminem was better for sure. This new era of Eminem I do not enjoy. Even if he’s one of the greatest MCs ever, he just never raps about anything lol
the way my brain splits the group is the 3 oldest the 2000's babies and I.N. but when they need to split up Hyunjin is grouped with the older members as needed
As a STAY I want to say thank you for appreciate them, every single one of them. 🥹Your reaction made me smile, specially Bang Chan part 😁, in the fandom I feel like of them. Your reaction made me smile, specially Bang Chan part 😁, in the fandom I feel like no matter who is your bias Bang Chan hold a special place for every STAY. When you kept saying “look at him” this is what every stays doing 😂 You might like : Red Light - Bang Chan & Hyunjin 3RACHA - Bang Chan, Changbin, Han HeyDay - Bang Chan, Changbin, Han Maze of Memories OT8 from SKZ 2021 And maybe Freeze and Double Knot Silent Cry is pretty good too To get to know there’s a lot and lot of stays’ edit if you don’t want to watch skz content but if you want skz code, 2 kid room or SKZ Talker are cool to watch.
8:30 To clarify, there are no positions in the group anymore, just because the guys and even JYP stopped using them lmao, They mostly use the units to describe where their focus is "mainly" on like 3RACHA is their producer team, DANCERACHA the ones mostly on charge of choreography projects, and VOCALRACHA (that one is just self-explanatory lol), of course there are members that normally rap, dance or sings, etc, like Han, and Changbin are the ones that normally rap (a lot of ppl still describe them as the main rappers) and Seungmin is vocal in the majority of their songs (you could say the main singer, yes), but we still mostly use the units! :) Either way, since they're all multitalented ppl (letsgo woo), some of their positions could vary a lot depending on the song and their lyric distribution, this takes me to the next section I wanna talk about: 1:21:24 HAN THE ALL-ROUNDED KING (he is one of my favs, I'm sorry he is just amazing, so imma about to talk abt him cause I want to), he definitely focuses more on rap/hip-hop as I think you could tell lol, and is also really good at writing songs (part of why he is in 3racha ofc), and can freestyle pretty well (ex: 1:36:35 ), but even if he would mostly rap, he IS actually wonderful at vocals too, he has one of the highest vocal range between skz members and sings a lot of the highest and hardest notes in their songs, there's even songs in which he would rap and immediately switch to vocals cause he is just *amazingly* good at both, and does both in their group. Someone probably recommended it already but if u wanna hear more of his rap u should listen to "I GOT IT" by Han, he also has a lot of solo songs written by himself where he talks about issues that he has overcome throughout his life, so if you want to also check that out ;)))), HE HAS ALSO great stage presence, expressions, and a fantastic sense of humor, he just sets the mood in their group yknow yknow, but that's a talk for another day. 10:30 btw this is their performance of "MIROH" in the first ep of kingdom, u can check it out on mnet youtube! I also recommend reacting/watching to all their performance of kingdom because they're all pretty much amazing (pspsps u also should watch more content of 3RACHA cause their dynamic is great, but anyways that's all) (this was me mostly talking about han so sorry)
Not me watching the guide and reading through the comments learning MORE things about skz from Stays explaining Stray Kids history 101!! 🤯 I considered myself a baby stay, but after all the hours I have spent obsessing over these incredibly talented men, I'm hoping to be full stay-level status lol! Bang chan was also my window into Stray kids and is my ult bias, but all the boys are just so special- you just can't help but feel proud and wish them the best! ❤️ and might I add that Stays seem to be a very loving bunch to other stays and their boys! Chan says he will protect all stays, but I feel the dedication stays have back to skz and it is awe-inspiring 💞💞 I'm subscribed!! Can't wait to follow along with you on your Stray Kids journey!!
girl I wanna hear more about your knowledge about rapping, I loved listening to you! If you could like...make a review to their songs, I think you'll certainly love it! I really like your personality and you seem to be a very cultured and intelligent person, I like you so much
Bang Chan is so precious, like that is a BEAUTIFUL man! If you ever get the opportunity to see SKZ live i'd recommend it because his personality SHINES on the stage!
Their clips are what you want to see in other groups, regardless of the 3rd or 4th generation, Stray Kids clips are a guarantee of the quality and uniqueness of the video shooting.
I don't think Changbin was told he has to rap because of his tone but to just try it out because he'd never done it before and his voice would suit it. He tried it out and loved it and I don't think that's a negative thing inherently because if he didn't enjoy it or like it he could've said "I'm going to stick with singing" because the suggestion wasn't because he was bad at singing or didn't have the talent for it. Some of my favorite rappers who have amazing lyricism in kpop became rappers because they tried it out as trainees and realized that they have stories to tell and the extent of their creativity. Sometimes trying out things helps people discover their passions. For me I always doodled mindlessly but never thought much of it and one of my classmates told me to try out an art class and I discovered my passion for painting through it.
Watching this video reminds me of when I watched a reaction to the same person who made this introduction to straykids video lol. She is also army and suga is her ult. She said she wouldn't like them like how she loves bts. Watched her fall in love with them till she now has stray kids tattoo and making introduction videos lol. We will see how it goes with you young lady.... hehe
I’ll never switch from BTS to Stay. I understand that some people do but my connection with BTS goes far beyond them being the best and biggest in the world. I don’t even care about that. My journey with BTS was a very personal and life changing experience. But I can and do love other groups like TXT so I’m sure I can come to love Stray Kids as well ☺️
There were some *analyses for Han's rapping* . While most people rhyme at the end of bar, end of triplets etc., he usually does it at the start. He rhymes the starting points. And then he changes rhythm suddenly about in the middle and you are like "huh, what was that? that was so out of nowhere it makes no sense." but then he does it again several bars later which ends up rhyming with the first one and suddenly it all makes sense
#1 Thank you for your service! I'm an 11yr US Army Vet and I gotta show love to my fellow sister in arms! My 1st duty station was in Korea in 1998-99 and I'm kicking myself now for not learning the language while I was there. I actually went to Michael Jackson's "MJ and Friends" 1999 concert in Seoul featuring Blackstreet, Boyz II Men, H.O.T. (the pioneers of kpop in my opinion), Luther Vandross, Mariah Carey, and many more. I appreciated that experience at the time but not as much as I do now. Now I genuinely cherish that memory so much. I still have my ticket stub 🥰. You said you were stationed in Japan, I'm assuming Air Force? You don't have to share that info if you don't want to 👍. My parents were Air Force, and both my grandfathers were Marines and Navy 😉. We love our military in my fam! #2 I absolutely LOVE your personality, vibe and opinions! You hit the nail on the head with so many things you said! You are funny, keep it real and I have no problem with your comparisons to BTS bcuz it's only natural to compare people to your favorite artists. Prince is my favorite western artist and I find myself comparing people to his genius self lol. #3 StrayKids are my ult group but I absolutely love and appreciate BTS as the GOAT's of the industry! They broke through the international glass ceiling and I must give them their flowers for that 💜💜💜! I went to see the "BTS: Yet to Come in cinemas" last night with my daughter. We drove almost 2 hrs to the nearest theater showing it and it was absolutely AMAZING! Those 7 men have earned their titles and awards. My biases are Hobie, Jin and RM but I love them all. Like, how can you not? They are amazing! I'm the same way with StrayKids. I absolutely, wholeheartedly, adore and love them all equally but if someone put a g** to my head, I'd have to say Changbin. He's just something else 🥰. You'll see what I mean once you get into them and see their sense of humor and personalities. #4 Count me in as a subscriber because I'm so excited to watch you deep dive into StrayKids. I'm going to predict that you'll be a 3RACHA bias 😁. Or at least a Chan bias with Han and Changbin wreckers...and maybe Hyunjin will be your wrecker wrecker lol. I'm 100% certain that if you dive into StrayKids you'll become a STAY. We're both traveling in opposite directions. I'm becoming ARMY and you're going to become STAY. I just know it 🥰. Neither of us will give up our ult group bcuz they have special meaning to us but we will definitely be able to stan the other group without regret. I'm looking forward to following your journey into the cooky, crazy, circus of STAYville!
I.N Yang Jeongin is 23 Seungmin is 24 Lee youngbok Felix is 24 Han Jisung is 24 Hwang Hyunjin is 24 Changbin is 25 Minho aka Lee Know is 26 and Bang Chan is 27
When you said no one else compliments somone like chan does to felix... I was like, wait until she founds out how much hyunjin compliments seungmins singign skills lol
As an Army since early 2017, I never thought I would fell so much in love with another boy group and here I am. I am sooooooooo in love with Straykids now especially after getting to know them better. You will love them as each of them are soooooo talented, hard-working, all rounded, humble, real, kind-hearted and funny as hell. I went to SKZ's concert last month (fyi I've been to several BTS concerts since their Wings concert in 2017 and the legendary Wembley concert too) and OMFG their live performance just blew me away (Felix's voice Jesus Crist) and their visuals are just 😍🤩😘😋PERFECT!!!!! Anyways, love your reactions and enjoy your journey of becoming a stay!!!! 🤣
Girl I just finished half of your video and trust me I was just like you when I first started to get to know SKZ by comparing them to the BTS members hahahahaha and Jimin is my bias in BTS and I also thought Hyunjin's dancing style and his passion towards dancing is similar to Jimin and he then became my bias in SKZ lol (althou later on after I watch more videos of SKZ, my ultimate bias changed to Felix (cause who doesnt like our cute pretty princess lol)
Dang, I feel like we're buddies now! I love listening to long videos like this of people enjoying things I like while I do laundry and stuff. Keep up the fun videos- I'd love to hear your thoughts on more stray kids music 🥰
when you talk about changbin rap on mirror mirror i was like (and the verse is not even over) like you should react to his whole verse and even the whole song! Iam so happy to hear someone talk about changbin's rapping skills because he is amazing and not a lot of people really take the time to talk about it so thank you !!!
When the guide said third overall it was about boy groups only. At the start of 2022, Stray kids were 3rd behind BTS and Exo, now they are second. They are fourth overall behind BTS, Black pink and Twice In the kingdom performance for the people you ask, first it was Seungmin and then it was Han. So in 5 years, Stray kids released 16 albums + 2 albums to re record their older songs in ot8 version (since they were 9 in their first year) + a gift for us last december. So they have more than 130 songs ! Our fandom name is Stay because in their name Kids is about the members, so you are left with Stray. When you take out the R in Stray for the Reason, you are left with Stay because we are the reason they exist. That's why all of their MVs end with "You make stray kids stay". The former back up dancer for BTS is Lee know not Yeonjun ! But it was the person you pointed out ! I got into stray kids with Felix and Chan but now I'm proud Lee know ult, Seungmin, Changbin and Han bias ! But your obsession with Chan is legitimate ! Oh and just so you know all the members are 100% koreans, just that Felix was born in Australia but both his parents are koreans and Chan moved to Australia but same both his parents are koreans. 3racha is pronounced threeracha and it's a word play with Siriracha. And it's not a 100 songs between each other, it's each of them. Chan has 139 songs credited, Changbin has 125 and Han 122. But all of the members have credits, all of stray kids members are in the top 50 most credited idols of 4th gen. The one with the less credits have 15 songs. It's okay to be wrong you are learning ! But the person you pointed out was in fact a BTS back up dancer ! He is the main dancer and dance leader of skz ! I always say and will always say Stray kids is Chan's group not JYP entertainment's group. That's why I love Stray kids ! You can clearly feel how much they love music and making their own music ! Wait you're a Bamtori (Beomgyu stan) ???? Me too ! He is my ult ! Chan's room is actually not every sunday, it's one time a week. For example this week it was saturday ! But he has been going live one time almost every week since 2018, so it has more than 190 episodes. Now he goes live on UA-cam ! They are not on Weverse because they are on Bubble ! Every JYP entertainment artists are on Bubble. They just added the Bubble community service but you add to buy something to have access to it. Oh and since you're an army ! Chan and Jungkook are friends ! Soul dance is a big dance crew in korea. Many former members of Soul dance are now choreographer for big groups. Lee know was never part of Big Hit, he was a back up dancer for BTS but never part of Big hit. He joined JYP entertainment 3 months before the survival show. You can watch the survival show (on skzflix for link) but be prepared to be hurt. I would not recommend you to react but maybe watch it for you. Stray kids don't have positions anymore but we still admit some. Han and Changbin as main rappers, Seungmin main vocalist and Lee know main dancer. But Lee know is also dance leader and this position still exist even if they stopped having any positions. They did not force Changbin to be a rapper, his teacher told me to try and he liked it so he became a rapper. When we talk about Changbin rap, we most often bring Mirror mirro because the way he changes flow ! Changbin is also my favorite skz rapper (and rapper in general) but I feel like Han raps in so many different ways so I'm more impressed by Han This guide is going in age order : - Chan 1997 - Lee know 1998 - Changbin 1999 - Hyunjin march 2000 - Han 14th september 2000 - Felix 15th september 2000 - Seungmin 22nd september 2000 - I.N. 8th february 2001 (next week !). Psycho is a Red velvet song ! But the cover is not a stray kids cover but it's the 00s liners cover (with Daehwi of Ab6ix for example). Actually their sub units doesn't have anyting with the lines they are in. The rap line is Chan, Lee know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han and Felix. The vocal line is Chan, Lee know, Han, Seungmin and I.N. And the dance line is Chan, Lee know, Hyunjin and Felix. A full song of Han ? He is the member with the most solos, he has 6 solo songs ! For rap we can talk about I got it. For vocals we can talk about Alien. And the other are mixed : HaPpy, Wish you back, Close and Run ! And you're absolutely right about the feelings in Han's voice ! My favorite solo song of stray kids (out of like 20 songs) is Alien because you can feel the lyrics without reading them. Your break down because of Han's first rap in Venom is felt ! It's my fav part of this song since day 1 ! I love the changes in flow and everything ! It was Changbin talking about Han ! Because Han is one of the members that suffers the most with his mental health. That's why his lyrics hurt me so much when I read them but they are important for me ! Felix had long hair during NOEASY era in august/september 2021, with Thunderous. You can have as many bias and bias wrecker as you want ! Han was my bias wrecker for months so I had to admit that he became my bias. Felix has actually a huge register ! He even sing sometimes in falsetto in some songs ! I feel like the clips they showed of Felix's voices is not the best to show his voice ! Like Ssick or Hero's soup are way better example ! And now Deep end, it wasn't released when this video was made. Felix is rhe baby of the whole group, even I.N. the youngest is found of Felix ! Jilix duo (Felix and Han) is called the twins because they are born one day apart and really are acting like brothers ! The one who said "he is mine" was Felix but he said it while like gritting his teeth. And it was about I.N. Your reaction to Love poem was so real ! Everytime I watch this performance I cry my eyes out ! And the association between 3 incredible vocalists gave us that (Seungmin obviously, Eukwang from Btob and Jongho from Ateez). You like ballads ? Stray kids doesn't have that much ballads but I have to recommend Neverending story (or Story that won't end) ! I mean you light need to know that Chan absolutely love hugging Seungmin and is always glued to Seungmin. I agree with your comment about Maknae on top, that's why I really prefered the solo he released in december called Hug me. Fun fact Jeongin got his braces taken off the 17th of january 2019 and Seungmin got his off the 18th of january 2023. So they celebrated it the same way : making a live to eat curry ! Skz talker has actually the most episodes of all the different show they have. But it's definetly really interesting ! I once spend the whole night watching episodes and I was so interested ! In conclusion I really liked your reaction ! I hope you'll continue to dive into skz and stayville ! For music you can do as you want but maybe either start from the start (so their pre debut album) or go like all of their title tracks and then the b sides. Maybe tell me which one you wanna do and I can tell you the orders of the albums or songs ? Knowing all of their discography in order is somehow practical. Sorry for the long comment and I hope you'll enjoy the time.you spend in stayville !
OK! *So when I saw your video pop up for me as a HUGE STAY , But I didn't know who you are so I thought about skipping it, and that it would be boring AS HELL, cause I have watched *A LOT* of people watch this exact same guid, at least 10 times...* BUT! I'm so glaad i've stayed! You are amazingly funny, super smart, fun to listen too, i've never skipped once when you've sugested to, and I had so much fun watching you get to know my FAVORIT KPOP group EVER! And loving them too!!!!!!!! *AWESOME FIRST VIDEO!!!* You've definatly earned my subscription to your channel!
seeing as you really like self produced groups i would also recommend getting into seventeen! they’re under the same label as bts and one of the members (hoshi) was recently in suchwita. one of their members is the main producer for the group and they all help work on lyrics and choreography. they’ve explored many different genres throughout their now 8 year career and i’m sure you’d enjoy them!! best guide i can recommend is the super long seventeen guide (divided into 4 parts the intro and unit videos as they work similar to skz that they are separated by units)
i've noticed a lot of army ends up stanning stray kids and it makes sense because they're similar in a lot of way! self producing, authenticity, humor, and all around talent! (also i'm dying bc your thirst over bang chan is SO real)
When you spoke about “ships” instead of units and when you finally UNDERSTAND I just splashed tea out of my mouth on the phone screen. It so funny. I like your reactions
So for Lee Know, his backstory is that he was a professional dancer before he was an idol. Lee Know was in a dance crew and he competed in competitions like WOD when he was in highschool. He got a call from JYP and was invited to audition but he didn't hear from them for a while so he thought he didn't make it, so he just continued on his journey as a dancer and thats when he started working with BTS and became one of their dancers. Years later, he got another call from JYP and was invited to become a trainee, so he left dancing for BTS and then became a JYP trainee in 2017. He trained for less than a year before he debuted with Stray Kids. Out of all the members, Lee Know had the shortest trainee period. He also holds the record for fastest person to learn all of JYP dances. Apparently it takes months to learn the dances but Lee Know mastered them in 2 weeks,
Another group id recommend is Ateez ( the guy that stuck his tongue out at 1:40:40 is Ateez’s San ) they’re my ults together with stray kids and i think you’d like them, they’re SUPER funny and some of the most genuine kpop idols i’ve ever seen
I adore your personality, you are hilarious, as a fellow black kpop fan I love finding someone who acts like me when I rant about kpop artist and good music
WOWZERS!!!! You guys are awesome thank yall so much for the links T.T
I've since learned that 3racha is not exclusive to the rap line, Lee Know was not in BigHit when he was a backup dancer, Changbin wasnt forced to rap, Bangchan is indeed the same age as Jungkook, and Han is a talent that only comes around every few years xD
I will be reacting to 3racha (the song) next and then jump into some other videos to see more about the members personalities! Thank you guys again for joining this journey and who knowsssssss maybe I'll be adding 'Stay' to my resume soon XD
EDIT: Just so I can have it all in the same place, reply to this with song recs I should check out from SKZ!
All of these are their solo songs from their newest replay album, here are the rest if you want to check them out as well ( ALL of these are incredible btw, but according to what i saw in your reaction I think you’ll enjoy the 3 I mentioned earlier the most ) :
- Connected ( Channie )
- Limbo ( Lee Know )
- Love Untold ( Hyunjin)
- Starts and Raindrops [ one of my favourites, i love the title as well omfg ] ( Seungminnie )
- Hug Me ( Innie )
OK HOLD UP
I JUST REMEMBERED SHIPS EXIST
i know you said songs but whatever
Lets start of with the most popular skz ship : ✨minsung✨
here is a video with some of their moments ( Its a year old, so there is a TON of new moments but i feel like this is a good start )
part 1:
ua-cam.com/video/yrgTV0Co9sY/v-deo.html
part 2:
ua-cam.com/video/m9tFM6_Ycg0/v-deo.html
EDIT : Minsung = Lee Know and Han ( Minho and Jisung ), they are the superior ship
ALSO
here is a video of Chan being cute on todays Live : ua-cam.com/video/Y_oF7y-7bVE/v-deo.html
its really short so you can do like a reaction to a longer video and then to this at the end
not much is happening but cmon like THE Bang Chan is on your screen so obviously a lot IS indeed happening
he's so adorable tho, i love him
For meaningful lyrics I'd recommend listening to 'Secret Secret' and 'Silent Cry' as a pair (with lyric videos, there are no MVs).
Two kids room series is fun to watch if you want to know their personalities and personal life
yea fr my bias changes like everytime i watch a new skz code ep or new skz compilations😭
I had to go through every member to get to ot8 it's so hard to pick a bias when every members so amazing 😭
My bias based on mood. I can change every minutes 🤣🤣🤣
@@siruiii FR
so real
@@von1glik I see so much Lee know bias fans even among non fans , plus more korean fans , he got much popular though these days which I am glad
Lol
Enjoy your Stay journey! :-)
Pretty sure he auditioned for CUBE Ent. first but didn't pass so he auditioned for JYP Ent. and got accepted
That's is the big reason why i stan this group ❣️ I loved Straykids soo soo soo much ❤️❤️❤️
I will STAY forever ❤️
I've come to the realisation that Han was a special bean unlike anything we've ever seen!
I might also add that yes, he isn't in the dance line, but his dance is really really good, his stage prescence and facial expressions are top notch. He is indeed a real all rounder
10:54 Han - one of the main rappers, vocalist, producer (part of 3racha) :D
1:21:32 nope.
1:24:07 Han's songs I Got It (rap song, to his haters, lot of wordplay so the lyrics might not make sense sometimes)
1:33:58 Changbin.
Thank you for the song Rec! I’ll be sure to react to that soon.
Yes that's all true,👍❣️
oh and when we say they 'produced" their songs, they made it from scratch, all of it. topline, beats, melody and lyrics. and each member picks where they wanna sing at in every song.
Thats crazy! Hyunjin really became a monster at dance! It's funny to find out Han was like that when he looks so adorable haha
Another helpful thing regarding hyunjin is that he has a dance degree from SOPA (the same school JK attended) with training in contemporary, jazz and hiphop...considering your ballet background, I thought this might interest you
Pre debut han was just looking for a fight, poor thing. Him and hyunjin are now the "married couple" of SKZ so you can imagine how far they've come
So Chan is technically part of the vocal line😅
Rap line: Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, Felix
Vocal line: Chan, Han, Lee Know, Seungmin, I.N
3racha = producing team
5 members speak really good English. - Chan and Felix as Australians, Seungmin cause he picked it up in 4 month in USA (😅 don't ask how, it's a mystery), Hyunjin as his college major is English and Han since he spent many years in Malaysia. The rest can at least understand and communicate (with Lee Know understanding but refusing to speak)
And also.. they are all so good at everything that if you ask "Who is main dancer?" you will start a war between 3 members.
You determine it by who is better at it. Just because they do it all doesn't mean they are all equals.
(check out Taste and his solo Limbo)
Plus since they produce their own songs and write their parts and decide themselves who sings/raps what part, they just keep changing all the time.
Well, for English it's: Felix/Chan > Han/Seungmin > Hyunjin > Changbin > I.N > Lee Know
But yea, since Chan and Felix usually speak english, they all understand it pretty well.
I love stray kids so much, as someone who is an army as well before becoming a stay, I had never EVER felt a connection as deep as the one stray kids have with their fans. it truly is an amazing feeling haha
edit #1 of what is sure to be many: im only 7 mins into the video and it is making me smile so much I freaking love your energy
im so sorry bro this comment is so long 😭its a whole essay in of itself im sorry if you read all this after having to read that entire guide asdfghjhgfdstghuiruyfdh
Yes we han biases are everywhere always watching👁👄👁👀
As someone who watches tons of Stray Kids’ reaction videos, I am usually not too interested in watching a guide reaction because it is usually really long and most reactors are not very engaging. But girl! You are so fun to watch that I finished your entire reaction in one go! You are fun, energetic, engaging and honest! I am so excited to follow your journey with Stray Kids! I have been a Stay since 2019 and Stray Kids is the one and only group that I fully stan. I am sure you will fall in love with them the more you learn about them! You got me subscribed!
Hi! Great reaction💛
A small glimpse of their stories of joining the group to make it easier to understand us - STAY.
Onto our vocal kings
Seungmin joined the company by wining 2nd place in the open JYPE audition.
Moving onto a reason why I wrote this whole history book ha ha ha
1:31:11
in Skz there are 2 main rappers it is Changbin and Han, that’s right.
He tried very hard to improve and debut with the whole group
In addition to all of the above danceracha are amazing singers and song writers- they have amazing self-produced songs “wow” and “taste”.
So what I wanted to say is every member is good at dancing, every member is good at singing and every member is good at rap, even vocalracha, although in skz discography they get to rap not so often, because Han, Bin with the support of Hyunjin and Felix are carrying the rap line fantastically(team “Muddy Water”), leaving the vocals to Seungmin, Jeongin, Bang Chan and Lee Know (team “Waiting for us”)
That is why we call them all multi-talented. ♡
I don’t know if someone will read this long ass essay… but yeah that’s me pouring my heart out.
Good luck❤
P. S.: I’m really sorry for mistakes I know there’s many, English isn’t my first language.
😅
This was such great info, even for myself! Thank you for this comment!
And finally in regards to the members ages (I’ll also add some nicknames and other names they are referred to as) we have:
Bang Chan born 1997 - Channie, chris, Christopher, Christopher bang, chan, CB97, daddy, daddy Chan.
Lee Know born 1998 - Minho, Aunty Lee know (this is reference to a skit the boys did as a ‘family’ and he was the aunt, a very pretty aunt so there is Aunty Lee know fan art and references), also part of meowRacha (Felix is also part of meowRacha as they both have cat like tendencies)
Changbin born 1999 - Binnie, Changbinnie, spearB (Chang in Korean means Spear), Dwaekki, baby Changbin
Hyunjin born 2000 (March) - Hyunnie, Hyunjinnie, jinnie, lama, dumpling, flour/ flour boy (very recent nickname given to him by Seungmin since Hyunjin likes to eat food that has flour in them)
Han born 2000 (September 14th) - Hannie, Jisung, Jisungie, J.One (Han is also the word for one in Korean)
Felix born 2000 (September 15th) - Lix, Lixie, yongbok, yongbokkie, haengbok (means happiness in Korean), haengbokkie, sunshine
Seungmin born 2000 (September 22nd) - Seungminnie, Seungmong (Mong is the sound a dog makes in Korean), rice boy (again very recent nickname due to him eating a large amount of rice as soon as he had his braces removed)
I.N born 2001 (February) - innie, Iennie, Jeonginnie, maknae on top.
You have I.N born in 2021 instead of 2001😭😭🤣🤣
@@mazzy305 in addition to all of the above Lino is also a Devil/Evil Bunny and I.N is ofc Baby bread
@Lyanda💫 whoops, I was writing it around midnight! I'll edit it to correct the date 😂
If someone didn't mention this - Bang Chan actually named the group Stray Kids - the show was named after the group, not the other way around. 😘

Bang Chan - Leader, producer and all round perfect person thats good at absolutly everything
Chris - Best friend vibes and friendliest humble artist to both fellow artists (he knows everyone), staff and STAYs
Channie - Cutest, warmest and cuddliest person ever
Christopher - A beast that shows up now and then and leave you on your knees
And they all are different personas of the same person.
The fact that 1:36:36 this was a freestyle rap is still mindblowing to me 🤯
Han is really a rap genius and more people need to talk about it!
38:42 they are not on Weverse, but now that vlive has shut down Stray Kids do all their lives on their UA-cam channel :)

YES GIRLLLLLL
THAT IS WHY I STAN HAN.
I love your reaction so much, it’s rare to see someone reacting so genuinely to a guide (: looking forward to more reactions to them!!

They def all can rap 😭 but yeah the official rap line is that
1:04:21 A lot of people mention him looking different when they first react to this hah. ^^
Bin's rap flow is insane, i think more people should recognize that.
21:49 stays might all have different biases, but i think we all have a soft spot for Channie LOL
Birthdates :
Bang Chan - 3rd of October 1997( i think this is the only one i’m not sure of )
Lee Know - 25.10.1998
Changbin - 11.08.1999
Hyunjin - 20.03.2000
Han - 14.09.2000
Felix - 15.09.2000
Seungmin - 22.09.2000

Wowwww so Maknae line actually starts at Hyunjin? That’s a lot of Maknaes 😱 also thanks for that recommendation I’ll probably get to that one next!
Also you were asking for a song from Han so i recommend Han’s “I GOT IT”, his rapping skills are incredible
As for having a lot of biases.
Chan - Connected, Lee Know - Limbo, Changbin - Doodle, Hyun - Love untold, Han - Run, Felix - Deep end (he tries to sing a song with all of his voices and its amazing), Seungmin - Stars and raindrops, I.N - Hug me
Oh and Han is known for his beautiful but sad and a lil depressing songs with amazing lyrics.
Bang chan is the biggest felix stan ever, I love that you got that just from the guide lol
Stray Kids and 4th generation groups are unique groups, they were able to survive the restrictions imposed by countries due to COVID-19. No other bands have ever been in such difficulties before, other bands have not been banned from holding any kind of events and concerts. Sometimes it becomes interesting what would happen to 3rd generation groups if they fell under the bans associated with COVID -19
The guys are very talented and have gone through a lot of problems that other groups could not survive, Stray Kids always admire their older K-pop idols.
You are so funny! I`m not even 30min in and I`m really enjoying hearing this while i work! can`t wait to watch more videos from you!
1:21:25 Oh gurrll, you def gonna get HANned haha
I feel like this guide, although filled with good information, really does Lee Know dirty when it comes to his personality.
Like this guide does nothing to describe the absolute chaos that is lee know. He has more to his personality than cats and dance. I feel like it does a good job with almost all the other members (especially hyunjin, han, and felix), but doesn't take that same time for Lee Know or I.N.
I agree! I feel like I didn't get much info about Lee Know outside of him being a dancer. If you have any Lee Know videos I should watch link me!
tbf if we go by the sub units 3racha is more the producing team, not the rap line. The rap line is Han, Changbin, Felix and Hyunjin and the vocal line would be Chan, Seungmin, Lee Know and I.N. probably that's why the video doesn't show chan rapping too much but if you want to hear him rapping you can listen to 3racha(yes 3racha by 3racha) or Heyday
oh and Zone is also a good song where he raps
Hyunjin's choreo :

ua-cam.com/video/2bBkSgQisbg/v-deo.html
His artist of the month video :
ua-cam.com/video/T-ajHVsMcKk/v-deo.html
Also if you want to watch the ship videos there are many ships in skz lol but the most famous and obvious ones are minsung(leeknow and han) there is also hyunlix (hyunjin and felix) seungbin ( seungmin and changbin) changlix ( changbin and felix) hyunsung (hyunjin and han) some of the underrated and my favs are minchan ( leeknow and bangchan ) changjin ( changbin and hyunjin)
Since you seem to bias bangchan and hyunjin you should see red lights by them ( be prepared to pass out lol)
Now I just hear Felix announcing Red Lights and Chan stopping him 🤣
You said that I.N is the actor.
IM SO GLAD SOMEONE THINKS THE SAME LIKE I THINK ABT HAN’S RAP- han is INSANE and I’ll never stop talking about it.
that was so fun to watch! I watched it periodically through my day today and made it to the end haha. I'm really glad you like stray kids!! I'm also an ARMY since 2017 and have come to love stray kids as well :)
The fact that the first thing most people say about seungmin other than his voice is that he looks like he should be in a kdrama is so real of everyone.
really interesting to hear your thoughts on skz)
although as a person who wasn't enjoying rap that much before, Han and Changbin made me appreciate it much more) I love how easily Han changes flows and tones of his voice. and I adore his singing voice!
Woah. I loved this reaction and it might be my fav. Not only were you totally real but you also knew what you were talking about so you could give opinions actually based on technique etc. Gotta say, I'm gonna binge all the Stray Kids stuff you did now and I literally watched this video in one sitting.
As an ARMY-STAY, I love your reaction! Thanks for discovering into Stray Kids. Look forward to see more skz reaction! 💕
Yes! I owe so much to BTS for bringing me into this world I’ve found so many groups I love now 💜
Learning the lyrics ...and that he writes his own rhymes? sealed the deal
And yeah...Han? Real deal
Ok girl you got me !! Your reaction to SKZ is so cute and funny. I’ve fan hard over SKZ for a while now. Thanks for giving the boys a chance ❤
Changbin actually changed from singing to rapping before joining the company, the vocal coach that was mentioned was a mentor in a dance academy (he had no interest in singing or rapping at the time, just dancing) those at the academy actually made him take singing lessons and while his voice was nice he actually got way more confident after getting the advice to try rapping (because of his sense of flow) he wrote his first self-produce song and used it on his audition for JYP
im crying when someone realllly appreciate changbins talent
(long comment coming)
I like the discussion around 53:00 : for me, rap is not only about the lyrics and poetry.
Here some real good shits :
Han - I got it ua-cam.com/video/OjpWWnU8tb0/v-deo.html
3racha - zone (both changbin and han verses are insane) : ua-cam.com/video/J7o-UGHiW5A/v-deo.html
3racha - 3racha : ua-cam.com/video/cHLm_Gkcchk/v-deo.html
3racha - heyday : ua-cam.com/video/pjM_yb_K07I/v-deo.html
The duo in action : ua-cam.com/video/Yhb2g3TqiJ8/v-deo.html
There is many more, especially shorter verses inside skz songs that are insane as well.
When you kept saying “look at him” this is what every stays doing 😂

To get to know there’s a lot and lot of stays’
edit if you don’t want to watch skz content but if you want skz code, 2 kid room or SKZ Talker are cool to watch.
Either way, since they're all multitalented ppl (letsgo woo), some of their positions could vary a lot depending on the song and their lyric distribution, this takes me to the next section I wanna talk about:
1:21:24 HAN THE ALL-ROUNDED KING (he is one of my favs, I'm sorry he is just amazing, so imma about to talk abt him cause I want to), he definitely focuses more on rap/hip-hop as I think you could tell lol, and is also really good at writing songs (part of why he is in 3racha ofc), and can freestyle pretty well (ex: 1:36:35 ), but even if he would mostly rap, he IS actually wonderful at vocals too, he has one of the highest vocal range between skz members and sings a lot of the highest and hardest notes in their songs, there's even songs in which he would rap and immediately switch to vocals cause he is just *amazingly* good at both, and does both in their group.
I also recommend reacting/watching to all their performance of kingdom because they're all pretty much amazing
(pspsps u also should watch more content of 3RACHA cause their dynamic is great, but anyways that's all) (this was me mostly talking about han so sorry)
But I can and do love other groups like TXT so I’m sure I can come to love Stray Kids as well ☺️
@@Boraheartsss I never said you would switch. There are many people including myself who is Army and Stay.
I just came across your channel. Can’t wait to see more SKZ reactions :) ❤
There were some *analyses for Han's rapping* . While most people rhyme at the end of bar, end of triplets etc., he usually does it at the start. He rhymes the starting points. And then he changes rhythm suddenly about in the middle and you are like "huh, what was that? that was so out of nowhere it makes no sense." but then he does it again several bars later which ends up rhyming with the first one and suddenly it all makes sense
you saying chan is felix biased is so accurate lmao
YOU WENT YO WEMBLEY??!!!! Ahhhh you lucky soullll 😭😭😭💜💜💜
Omg the best SKZ content was the 4th anniversary zoom call! 😂 Poor Chan. I laughed for an hour straight at that chaos.
When the guide said third overall it was about boy groups only. At the start of 2022, Stray kids were 3rd behind BTS and Exo, now they are second. They are fourth overall behind BTS, Black pink and Twice
In the kingdom performance for the people you ask, first it was Seungmin and then it was Han.
Changbin is also my favorite skz rapper (and rapper in general) but I feel like Han raps in so many different ways so I'm more impressed by Han
This guide is going in age order :
- Chan 1997
- Lee know 1998
- Changbin 1999
- Hyunjin march 2000
- Han 14th september 2000
- Felix 15th september 2000
- Seungmin 22nd september 2000
HELP the way you were freaking the hell outta Han's rap was so fucking funny 😭😭
OK!
*So when I saw your video pop up for me as a HUGE STAY , But I didn't know who you are so I thought about skipping it, and that it would be boring AS HELL, cause I have watched *A LOT* of people watch this exact same guid, at least 10 times...*
BUT! I'm so glaad i've stayed!
You are amazingly funny, super smart, fun to listen too, i've never skipped once when you've sugested to, and I had so much fun watching you get to know my FAVORIT KPOP group EVER!
And loving them too!!!!!!!!
*AWESOME FIRST VIDEO!!!*
You've definatly earned my subscription to your channel!
Deep end by Felix is amazing to hear another side of his voice
also bangchan came up with the name stray kids, their logo is his hand writing!!
That’s our leader!
seeing as you really like self produced groups i would also recommend getting into seventeen! they’re under the same label as bts and one of the members (hoshi) was recently in suchwita. one of their members is the main producer for the group and they all help work on lyrics and choreography. they’ve explored many different genres throughout their now 8 year career and i’m sure you’d enjoy them!! best guide i can recommend is the super long seventeen guide (divided into 4 parts the intro and unit videos as they work similar to skz that they are separated by units)
The backups dancer to bts 2016-2017 was Lee know aka Minho
i've noticed a lot of army ends up stanning stray kids and it makes sense because they're similar in a lot of way! self producing, authenticity, humor, and all around talent!
Girl i'm in love with your personality already 😂🤍 i hope u'll be a stay SO SOON 🥺
