So true. I think after a while they’d recognize their friends reflection once the curiosity wares off. Comparing these lions to other creatures, I’d say they rank pretty high!
@@yLezTilez I suspected that had part to do with why the male didn't get aggressive. 1. it couldn't smell another scent 2. the female with it looked like his female, who was standing next to him. Probably the biggest curiosity was why there wasn't water behind the mirror. Also might explain his pawing at it. He was looking for a splash.
I don't care what anyone would say different if I was to say... THE MALE LION IS JUST SO MAJESTIC & GEORGOUS, and that ROAR he puts out for ALL to hear 👂 that's why we ALL know who the hell he is!!! #kingofthejungle
Lioness: "This mirror makes me look fat!"
Male lion: I look fab!
😁
🤭😂😂😂🤦🤦😂😂
😂😂😂😂
They sure did recognize themselves somehow. Very intelligent Creatures.
They are incredible animals. Interesting reaction of the lions. 🦁🦁
Surprised to learn that the male lion is smart enough to check the back of the mirror.

That reaction is the opposite of smart.
@Largest...He is The King of the Jungle. Very majestic looking.🦁
He's a hippy - it's all the rage in the lion kingdom.
Lmao right he like “wtf”
@@LPVince94 I think the fact they are searching all over the mirror is smart.
Females search a way to open i guess, because they check the corners and the sides.
The male isn't as "pragmatic" as the females thought. But the fact he check behind, prove he isn't a robot as Descartes would says.
When the lion tried jumping on the camera 🤣🤣🤣
Amoooooo ! 😊
Forget the mirror thing... I am still fascinated by the insane amount of mane on the Lion. Truly majestic.
They come from a special region in Africa & not ironically the Serengeti. I think it's in the far north Highlands or the deserts by the sea. The females are beautiful too. Endangered of course.
That Lion's mane is the Biggest I've ever seen. Goes down half his body
Subscribe to me plz it is one of the remaining great barbari or Atlas mountain lion.....extinct in wild....but some specimen are remaining in Germany and Morocco....
Boobs
The male lion is a barbery - very rare
I was just thinking the same.... .
its cuz he never fought other lions in his life. its zoo lion
L
Such amazing majestic creatures!! The male is the epitome of the perfect King of Beasts!!!
Hello Nancy
How are you doing?
Those lionesses are the real Golden Girls!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍
Lions are staring at the mirror confused and thinking: " We need to stop eating the zebras from the south. I think they eat that funny grass"!
Because I'm worth it
L'Oréal
That male lion is so cute 😊.
I love the way these lions, just like house-cats, look behind the mirror to see where that 'other cat' went!
Female lion: Honey, U are the POWERFUL HANDSOME BARBARY LION KING, U gotta figure this thing out?
Male Lion: Yes my Queens, I'm tryin very hard but it knows my every moves lol
Purely instinctive creatures. They do not know that it is a reflection of themselves. They walk around back to see behind as if it was a real animal. Amazing
A very simplistic way of thinking. Why don't you imagine seeing your reflection for the first time on a shiny surface?
@@so9487 Animals can't reason
@@ArthurVerhulstYes they can reason, to some extent.
What a gorgeous lion he is! And such a healthy looking pride.
He’s a handsome looking boy, love his mane 💖🦁💖
Imagine the testosterone that lion has for it to have that much mane.
I think thats Barbary lion different than the common African lion , sadly they are extinct in the wild ,there is few of them kept in captivity for breeding programmes to ensure their future survival
I've heard how that's a mark of testosterone level, still I don't like lions with all that type of mane specially that goes that far back down their back, not as handsome
@@truthrights6140
wow that's mean. come on it looks epic. and it protects the animal from insects
@@captainvoluntaryistthestat3207 I know it has its role n nature, defense, etc. Still I've always kind of felt that way

Was für ein prächtiger Löwe..
🦁♥️👍👍👍
I ja kažem das es so ist. Die Löwen su baš interesantni 🙂
1:02 that roaring cuteness do not match to anything the most handsome boy
The large mane is a signature look for the Barbary lion.
It's a subspecies from North Africa that is extinct in the wild.
Majestic! Gorgeous animals - loving their tiff. [green eyes today]

Glorious dark mane covering more than half its body 😍🦁

This type is called Atlas lion and it differs from the rest of the lions in central, western, eastern and southern Africa. This family was present in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, North Africa, who has thick hair to bear the degree of coldness in these mountains. Unfortunately, this type of lions became extinct in its original homeland, Morocco.
@@samidove6476 how did they reach extinction?
@@HenryDube72
The French colonization of Morocco in 1925 led to the extinction of this family of lions. Wars were taking place in the mountains, the place of this faction of lions, between the Moroccans and the French soldiers. When they encountered the lions in the mountains, they were being shot. Harming, killing many of them. But Morocco kept some of these lions in captivity in order to reproduce and not be killed

*looks at mirror then faints*
yeah she is very beautiful. beautiful queen for a handsome king.
More like "Idiots" lol 😂
If the lion is thinking about another lion in the mirror when he is having only one doubt, where is the smell of another lion? because of that lion is confused.
And they had to pick the shittiest mirror in the world to do this?
Think they picked aluminium so it wouldnt shatter if they attacked it.
And they did a shitty job of prepping/polishing the surface, made it too thin (so it's easily damaged - first day!), and too flimsy. This was the poorest attempt I've yet seen at this. Gay. THIS is how it's done: ua-cam.com/video/z48pJP28SIg/v-deo.html
So much for german engineering.
I'm not so sure , if the male lion thought he was looking at another male lion he doesn't know then he likely would have attacked but he didn't .
the lioness keeps thinking "haven't you ever seen yourself in water before you idiot?"
Ist unglaubisch und intresant
