    In this video, we learn about how to model out the two sides of a talent marketplace (acquisition & retention of job seekers and employers), scale up monetization, and ultimately build a profitable business.
    Talent marketplaces (aka job board) are fantastic high-margin businesses that can very often be totally bootstrapped. The trickiest part is generally onboarding the employers and getting them to post jobs (and pay to do it!). Once you can get some job posts live on the website it is far easier to acquire the talent side.

    Hi, thanks for sharing the modeling process. Any finops stack you sold recommend to use for Tech? (how do you tracks cohorts for instance? Is there a single source of truth you export from (accounting?) ? Or is it a composite? Thank you
