200 lbs ueber slingshot with assault rifle scope!

- The medieval style slingshot crossbow is maxed out this time! The thickest bands on the market, 20 mm spear gun rubber, is attached to the weapon. It is super hard to draw, but it can flatten a 22 mm lead ball and make it mushrooming to 26 mm...
A scope from a German Army Heckler + Koch G 36 assault rifle is attached to give the lethal weapon great accuracy. This may be the most devastating hand held slingshot ever!
As a bonus, four interesting new slingshots are presented as well.

am i the only one who watches the cats jump when he shoots these?
Lol i was just about to comment about the cat jumping

That's a damn wonderful slingshot. Joerg has excellent craftsmanship.
This man is the model of a happy citizen that loves what he does, who he is, and knows his profession better than anyone I've ever seen. Cheers to him!
I love this guy hahaha the faces he makes everytime he shoots one of his sling shot weapons are simply priceless. You can see the pride, excitement, relief, and sense of achievment, mixed with the power he feels. He never lost his inner child and I commend him for that!
Your wife seems like a nice lady. It's nice that she is willing to help you shoot your videos. I hope you support her hobbies too. One of these days she should be in a video without a zombie mask; assuming she wants to be. Without her your videos wouldn't be as good as they are.
purplemutantas
Frank shot himself in the foot, that's why he's so mad.
How can you possibly be this insecure
Those cats are very relaxed in spite of all the shooting. They must trust Joerg.
The Bob Ross of slingshots and survival.Soothing voice with absolutely genius content.
Welcome to The Slingshot Channel. Inventions and stunts, that's what we do.
Wow VERY nice slingshots you do very nice work sir.
Very nice
At this point, you need a Discovery Channel show.
At least I am smart enough to know the difference between recoil and ricochet. BTW that was a lead ball. They do not bouce back much, the deformation absorbs most of the energy.
It amazes me at how everyone seems to notice how big this mans chest is, even tho anyone would have a chest that big from pulling slingshots for so long, Yet they cant seem to notice or even attempt to give him a complement on the craftsmanship of the weapons he makes from scratch. You truly have a superior talent when it comes to crafting and shooting slingshots my friend. Keep up the great work.
lucky that didnt ricochet on you
5:41 Cat jumps into bush :P
Probably escaping not to be the next target :D
This guy ROCKS. Designs are simplistic to the point of Genius. I will be watching EVERYTHING he puts out. Awesome stuff!
What part of "lead deforms and the ricochets are harmless" did you not understand?
Dude is seriously attracted by slingshots...:)
did you guys see the dog
yeah what ever it was
this is mone of my favorites this upgrade made it so beautiful and elegant! i wish there were more like this! i love bolt shooting slingshots
First video I've watched of yours as of yet. Frankly, I'm very impressed with both the form & function of your tools! This brings back so many great memories of Slingshots past. You would be a perfect fit for any show on TLC/Discovery, I hope to see more of your work in the future. Best of luck to you!.
What the hell was that in the background at 1:02 any 1 else see it?
Look again at about 5:40 the bushes behind him lol
3:38 ;)
Toaster Bowl i wanted to post that D:
I think it was a cat
It's a cat
2:11 thats not how you handle a deadly weapon, you actually aimed it at your wife and the angle it's it would take a leg off. I know it's a three years old video and hope you got little bit more sense since then.
KalleKofot Three years passed, and I still pity those poor gun training brainwashed Americans.
JoergSprave Ich bin Schwedisch.
JoergSprave HAHAH!!
JoergSprave Maybe he likes Whiskas :]
I point my weapons at all sorts of stuff and I never had problems in the 14 years of my life
Youa re mistaken. This is Germany. We have lots of guns. I, for one, own 34 fully licensed handguns. But homemade weapons are much more fun.
Because the many issues of running a business would spoil my wonderful hobby. I don't care for the money.
why am i only finding this channel now!? so many incredible builds :D.
thank you for uploading
You are getting very good at making your slingshots, watching your older videos up until now it's kind of cool to see you evolve your designs. I know this video is old but i can't wait to see you continue to hone your craftsmanship skills.
Those slingshots you showcased at the end were incredible, and you're a mighty fine craftsman. Of course, you don't need my opinion to affirm your skill; it speaks for itself.
I have never met you or your wife (bless her) BUT I do know that she is the soul of Patients!
I just recently found your channel, and I'm already on a binge watching spree. Your content is amazing and I subbed.
This man is the John Browning of slingshot design.
I love the serious and slightly satisfied look on his face EVERY time he fires a sligweapon. Makes me chuckle
those slingshots at the end of your segment were beautiful. i especially like the skeletore!!!
Joerg? I cannot tell you how glad I am that men like you exist in the world.
You.... believe you know more about guns than the engineers at H&K? Wow.
This is great! The full auto mini is my favorite! Keep up the good work!
you really enjoy shooting those things... the smile one your face after each time you let go... priceless...
I can hear the excitement in your voice as you talk. Its awesome.
i find something really sexy about those oldschool lever-style triggers
i love to see this man be so passionate about wood, good job Jörg i really enjoy your videos!
I love the second slingshot the wood and horn one it's soo nice I love them all
Very impressed by the 200 lbs crossbow, next time test it on an old surplus ww2 m1 helmet. Keep up the good work man.
i think rather than selling them you should make a museum with all the slingshots you made with all the videos showing you firing them :D
i dont know about other but i would go to that musem
Did you see my Blunderbus crossbow?
Well, I'd like to. But this is a hobby channel. I don't have the space, time and money to do more of the big babies. When I made the cannon, I had to take a full week of vacation. When it was ready, I had to drive 200 miles to shoot it at a friend's place. No way I can do that more often than once a year, tops.
I absolutely love these videos, keep up the great work
I don't know of a single case where my inventions have been used for a crime, but I know many people who have plain old fun with them. I don't think we should give up fun things just because some idiots are around, too. Serious criminals use firearms anyway, it is easy enough to get those if you are willing to break the law.
you could make a living by selling these awesome slingshots!
that moment when he shoots and looks back into the camera... totally worth it
That is the life, getting to make awesome wood weapons and being to demonstrate ridiculously highpowered ones too. awesome video :D
he has a very serious death stare after every shot he takes
Awsome videos man. I have been shooting, for a long time. Not sling shots, but rifles pistols shotguns and bows. And what you do with slingashots is amazing.
you sir are a craftsman of which there are not many left in this age.
Glad to hear you also like Handguns. I'm a very avid shooter. I really like your slingshots. They look really good and seem VERY powerful compared to slingshots I have bought from the store. Even when I bought the "extra power" bands they weren't anywhere near as powerful as the ones you show in this this video,
You sir are a beast!
Just imagining you inventing "real" weapons makes me go pale.
People like you create the shoulders of giants for us to stand on.
A bow/crossbow is a real weapon lol it's a true man's weapon I know iD rather take chances with a bullet t then have a 18 inch barbed bolt go thru Mr or worse stuck half way thru haha can't get anymore proper then bows and slings and crossbows any suit can pick a gun up and dress up it takes time skill and effort to use a crossbow not just load and Emptu mag hahaha
"My camerawoman" :D
nice craftsmanship! Love the little shooters...I remember my dad teachin me how to make one out of a wire coat hanger..
That's one cool cat in the background. He barely even flinched when you were shooting!
Nice. Excellent features on the hand held models. We all enjoy your creativity and products. Brilliant, honestly. .keep up the good work. Decent camera and editing.
That 2nd antler slingshot is amazing!!!!!!!
joerg the second antler slingshot was a work of art bro. nuthin like i got in my vids
I love slingshots since my father gave me one as a gift. I still got one badass slingshot. One question: why your slingshots do not have a forearm support? I really like to watch a big man smiling like a child! Keep it up!
+Julio Bengochea Slingshots with Forearm Support are illegal in Germany.
+Yeggster Shane thanks for the info!
Have you noticed that he always gives the camera a quick look of death right after shooting a sling shot and right before he smiles and goes back to his fun self??
your 6 circles slingshot looks awesome! it's my favorite!
I agree. I own quite a few guns(I am an American, after all), but making something with your own hands rather than going out and buying something is far more satisfying, especially when it is as badass as the stuff you make.
Haha love how you put "Thanks and bye bye" on the end. I like the way you say it in real life too :)
He is like the Bob Ross of crazy slingshots
You are such an artist.. I'm just so impressed with you. You are another Leonardo da Vinci.. Seriously.. Your potential is out there.. Amazing.
Kudos from Montana. Awesome demonstrations and videos!
What kind of rubber and pockets are you using? I've purchased a few slingshots and have never been impressed. Your simple shooters look like exactly what i want to make. Awesome stuff.
You sir, are AWESOME! Someone mentioned Discovery Channel and I agree! I would love to buy one of your slingshots.
Wow, amazing work there, good luck with future projects!
I don't disagree, but unfortunately it would also make the weapon illegal here in Germany. Police has youtube, too...
the six circle slingshot looks really cool! awesome video man, the bit about the camera woman helping you out and the cats walking around in the background made me laugh
Wow, i love your creations Joerg, you are awesome.
just found your channel. I'm VERY impressed by the power of your slingshots, but i find the word work equally impressive. Do you do any type of decorative/functional word work like dressers, headboards, or any type of furniture or art?
I am really enjoying your channel. it has inspired me to build a slingshot of my own. The concept is Cowboy Slingshot. I am making it from the grip of an 1851 Navy revolver and a cowboy spur. I will post pictures of it on your forum when it is finished. thanks for the hours of entertainment.
This is possibly the only time a non gun channel actually used the term "assault rifle" correctly.
You always make an "angry" face, for 1-2 seconds after fireing a shot. Did you guys noticed that ?
I like it ! keep up with good work.
wow that slingshot cross bow thing was awesome. i want to see u shoot at a target much long distance
Love how the cats are so used to the sounds of the slingshots that they barely pay attention to it.
Jörg you could measure the muzzle energy of that crossbow.. I would really like to know how much it can get...
Needs to be some way of finding out how much energy that slingshot creates when it hits something. Great video!
I love this guy so much. He's so proud to how us his work. Keep up the good work!!!
great stuff as always, since ive started watching your videos ive made a couple of slingshots myself they worked out pretty good
awesome, i love the antler one. it would be cool to find an antler that grew just right so with minor modification could be used as a slingshot.
those are lead balls tho, way more maluble then the steel ones you normally used, still an amazing slingshot! good job
No store. No sales. Believe it or not, I never sell.
Another great vid! You are a very talented craftsman!
you sir is a genius with a rubber band
Great inventions. Thumbs up.
Don't understand why so many people are hating, your videos are awesome! I'm definitely going to use some of your ideas in my engineering classes lol
Very nice job! I have not seen this kind of quality....Ever!!!
As a certified gun nut, I agree that these are at least as interesting. Although I am thankful they are easier to buy here.
i watch each and every one of these episodes with childlike amazement and is definitely one of my favorite channels keep up the good work this is fantastic
Hey really nice design of the slingshots, I liked it very much. Keep exploring!
3:37 Lol the cat gets spooked when joerg shoots,
Ladies and gentlemen, let's have a big round of applause from the Snark Knight.
Your phrase "using science to create amazing innovating (should be innovative btw) inventions" implies that only by contributing to a field of science can you do something great. This belittles the fact that these slingshots are incredibly awesome and some truly are innovative. Its not about relative greatness to you or me, its about absolute greatness.
Also, since Science is actually a method, are you expecting him to use rigorous tests, peer review, etc. to make these crafts?
I honestly don't mind what type of slingshots you make (large or small), your videos are always great :)
He said in the video it was very accurate. And this guy obviously knows what he's talking about so I'll take his word for it.
I did, im sure you hate people telling you what to make but adding a lighting mechanism to the blunderbuss and shooting fire bombs would make an amazing video.
