i have a b18c swap in an ek hatch, its a semi type r replica so i have a type r gauge cluster, it recently has been falling down below midway on the temp reading after driving long periods of time, it would act like the engine was getting cooler as i drive which is not true. then it got really bad so that the gauge barely come above cold ever. I replaced the sensor next to this one which did nothing but was cheap so thats fine, replacing this one as soon as i can find where to order one. hoping it fixes the issue along with some idle surge issues i have and rich condition, not the best mpg
Thanks for this bit of knowledge bro. I have an integra with ZC engine and my gauge goes to hot every time I turn on the ignition then goes back to cold when I start the engine and it keeps jumping. Now I got to get one of these sensors

I found that the wire broke and fell off. I fixed it thanks to u. You're my hero man😄

my connector for the coolant temp sensor has become detattched from the wire do you know where id get a new one?
Quick way is to pull one off at the Junkyard place.. good luck
