I actually have this fire truck at home. As a kid I removed the hose bed, and I don't remember if the ladder or suction hose was on it at the time or not. I am saddened to learn that replacement parts are unavailable for them. It's a semi-pleasure to see what I might have had if I hadn't been so destructive as a child. Thanks for posting this Marty, you did a great job.

That crack actually makes the window look like it has a post in the middle.
    I kinda like the effect
That sculpt looks rather stunningly detailed, unpainted though.
Lights in small cars are always cool and the firetruck is big enough to accommodate that massive battery holder.

Glad there is a difference in time zones between us. Neat little trick with the LED light on top of the cab. Great job as usual.

I’m the same way. Just stumbled across this through a vague interest in vintage toys and military models. Your videos have this calming zen quality to them and have become my favorite and most effective stress relief. Sent my wife a link and she basically said the same, that she couldn’t stop watching and found the vid very satisfying. Same with my kids who could care less about this kind of thing in general but love watching along with me. I guess you are Australia’s answer to Bob Ross.
Btw, this is your best work so far. Both from a technique standpoint and the general ‘Martyness’ of it. Thanks so much!!!!
