pure magic....wow
Help spread the word about the incredible, late, great Michel Petrucciani. His physical disability left him in chronic pain, but he played through it, heroically. Nobody sounded like Michel.
He either played through the pain, or it played through him. Nobody sounded like Michel.

His disability played an important role in the development of his dramatic skills in playing piano, it helped him out in focusing on his music, making him learn to reach a new dimension, where the disease itself wasn't able to reach... at least for a while. Truly a master of his own life.
@@deimos2k6 That was a beautiful point you make. Reaching out to a new dimension where disease cannot be. We all have a tendency to cave in to our various problems. He really showed the way to be.
Utterly intoxicating. The dynamics, the accuracy, the musicality, the speed!
Exceptional piano player. We set our own limits. Michel was the perfect example of how far we can go regardless of any limitations we could have.
Well said.
A gem !
Great rendition of Miles' music !
Quelle merveille. Une ligne directe entre l’âme et le piano.
Non laurent
What a great jazz blues piece!
Menos mal que los que no se tendrían que morir, felizmente, no mueren del todo y nos dejan tanto ARTE. Gracias una vez más, querido Michel.
Muchas gracias ..
Why isn't he one of the most famous people of our lifetime?
Amazing and Wonderful!
Gigantic. Magnificent. Very impressive. 10:01
Un gigante en un cuerpo pequeño
C'est un bijou ce mini concert !
I have been listening to jazz for 25 years, and I just found out about this amazing guy!
Yeah me too! Little longer than that. You think, how have I not heard of this guy.
For me he's up close to Jarrett. And I find myself coming back again and again. Some music so good it takes you body, mind, and soul. And you can't refuse it. Enjoy!
This introduction oh the song « Rachid » is amazing … great record (again !) 17:12
MICHEL IS THE BADDEST 🎹 🙏🏽✊🏾🙏🏽

Sainte Trinité Païenne : Holy Spirit du jazz : jubilatoire de bout en bout...
Love Michel's work... such an under appreciated talent! Keep sharing this!
we will do it
As a 90's kid who's Dad was addicted to Jazz all I can say is I can't find enough of his work to satisfy.
Hey - from which DVD is this????
I must buy it!
He got quite a large pair of hands for someone so small. He could play octave from above the keys like an average male painist. A lot of women can't do that.
Yea, damn these sausage fingers of mine!!! He's got real dexterity tho!
Comment il fait pour jouer du piano les yeux fermés ? Les touches du clavier sont en brailles ?
A VRAIE DIRE, IL EST MORT EN 1999, AUX USA.
A full equip😅
That synthesise was way too loud. I couldn’t even hear the main guy Michelle I could not hear him at the end or you could hear was the synthesiser where was the mixer why was he not mixing it right completely ruined the tune on the third song
MARAVILLOSO Y UNICO.....
