  • In this video, you will learn how to train alone to prepare for the game. This is a quick video to go out on the soccer field and train hard so you can prepare yourself for the soccer games. Individual training session that you can perform on your own with only a football and a set of cones or if you don't have cones, shorts socks anything you can find. This solo soccer training sessions designed to help you get an incredible cardio and technical help that you need to take your game to the next level. You will improve your dribbling, fitness, first touch, awareness and shoulder checking abilities. If you want to be a professional football player, make sure you do these drills few times a week alone on the football pitch.

    Ok, I always do dynamic stretches but there are some stretches that is done by standing or sitting. Which one do you prefer??

      Doing this once won't help you and this is only dribbling and fitness training alone program. I am making more on other attributes such as shooting etc. If you want these trainings to help you, you need to be doing every week few times.
