Inspired by a CNC carved coffee table. Minimalistic piece with shades of blue that evoke an arctic landscape.
Poplar/Epoxy Body
Maple/Epoxy Neck
1 hand wound pickup
No controls
Great guitar and effort. Just as a side, my school tech studies teacher would have a heart attack with the complete lack of safety gear.
One of the best builds I've ever seen.
El mejor 🤩
I’ve watched many many guitar builds. I’ve skipped over many guitar builds. I stumbled across this one and was intrigued by your concept and had to watch.
There wasn’t a disappointing second in your video capture of the build. This guitar was masterfully built and your concept is brilliant.
This sir is a work of art. Great job and presentation.
everyone can build a guitar, but not like that with that paint job
The guitar screams Miami. I love it!!!
Painted fretboards and strings is always a polarizing choice, but I think in this case it works so well. Love the dedication to the theme. Even the nut is blue translucent.
Beautiful
best guitar for surf rock
Surfing ice caps
love the attention to details, even the white strings, damn.
What a work of art.
I know this is old but i came here to say this is literally the prettiest guitar ive ever seen in my life

Giving new meaning to the term "swimming-pool rout." Really nice details -- the pickguard, the fretboard, the binding. Above and beyond.

Really Cool build 😎 I especially like the creativity of the pick guard
I’ve been a fan of doing “ghost” pickguards lately!
Brilliant 👍😊👍

That's some nice out of space esquire
Sorry I missed this build. Very cool effect.
love the blue skunk stripe
That's cool
Thank you Joshua!
This is BY FAR the most attractive guitar I've seen. PLEASE do a similar one in red/orange/yellow and satin black? It would would HOT (literally because fire colors).
A whole series on the color wheels perhaps !!
@@miamiguitarscustom That sounds amazing. ❤❤
I'm currently building my own guitar as well. I'm nowhere near as professional as you are though, and I'm basically just following a blueprint I found online, except min has three stripes of oak through the middle.
sick
This is a cool guitar.
Thanks for the cool comment 🙏🏻
I voted for you! Your design is truly stunning! 💖
Much appreciated. Thank you so much ☺️
@@miamiguitarscustom you’re welcome! 💖😊
Holy cow... no idea where to start with this. What an amazing looking guitar! Tonewise we didn't learn very much (assuming that bit of strumming at the end was this guitar) and I don't see even a volume control anywhere on the final build, but in terms of originality and just pure good looks, this must surely be the winner! The integrated/routed 'pickguard' was such a cool idea but I'm guessing your plans changed from having controls to not having any not long after you shaped it? White strings too. Jesus, man, you thought of everything!
It was a minimalist build by design. Wanted to omit as much wires as I could to preserve the clear top and not have to drill into it and create a cavity that would distract from the theme
That’s gorgeous, I could stare at that all day
I wish I still had it 🥲 I miss looking at it
@@miamiguitarscustom you can make another, better then this, this will look like trash in comparison, you got this. I’ve got no ideas man but I believe in your craft, you got this next one
Great work of art. It is beautiful. Was the ending how they guitar sounds? Also. Where are the control knobs
molto bella e originale
Grazie Mille!!
NICE
Have to say though. It is a lovely guitar
I don’t even know where to start, this is amazing. Watching you build this guitar with such craftsmanship was such a treat, a white fretboard, neck, and a headstock that matches the design on the body, beautiful. Your sense of style and aesthetic is great, a new and exciting twist on a decades old design.
How/where did you get the white hardware? I plan on including white hardware in a future build myself.
Hey thanks so much for commenting I really appreciate it. The white hardware is regular chrome plated hardware that I painted with white enamel paint spray
@@miamiguitarscustom thank you!
Form elevated above function.
iMaravilloso!
Forty shades of green next?
Hi man! First of all beautiful build! I love the skunk stripe idea :D
Question for you, are all the epoxy layers the same shade and it's just an effect or were you doing the mix a bit clearer every time? I'm doing something similar for a project and I wonder how to get that effect. Thanks and congrats!
Yes each layer a bit clearer !
Beautiful job
I'm not one for the white color palette, either way nice guitar.
Unbelievable…
Jaw dropping. I wonder if there would have been room for a rear-mounted recessed jack socket for a 90 deg plug, so you didn’t have to drill into the side of the body.
A minor point though. Beautiful guitar.
If only I thought it sooner
It’s really beautiful 🤩 .
What is rather dissonant is the big and deep bore for socket and pickup. Maybe it would be possible to hide a miniaturized signal transmitter and it’s battery under the bridge and the pickup, preserving the optical pattern of blue shades in the guitar body.
Sounds interesting. Any idea where I might find something like that ?
@@miamiguitarscustom
I made a super quick googling and I didn’t find “socketless” transmitter/receiver, but they’re very small and have the possibility to tilt the unit when plugged. So I think 2 options suitable:
_ vertical female socket under the bridge with a 90 degrees recess for the device with the advantage of easy removing and charging;
_ you could also remove the “jack” (male socket) and create a dedicated housing with a cover panel.
You can find them pretty everywhere.
Congratulations again
beautiful. how much does it weigh?
