      @@ericathornton8364 less manipulation like no tight braids like box braids or tight weaves/ ponytails. Treat your hair gently like a baby baby it. Detangle/comb when wet and use castor oil or olive oil on it if it's not noticeable you can hide it with wigs or your own hair like a makeshift toupee. If you do get braids let it be knot less box braids or feed in braids.et your hair breathe.

    • @NikkiNichelle.
      @NikkiNichelle.  5 років тому +1

      Erica big chop journey don’t worry, I had that situation at one point, actually while recording this video. My spot was dead center in the middle of my head. What I did was use Jamaican black castor oil from the hair store and massaged it on the spot Literally every other day (massaging promotes blood flow). If you stay consistent with that, it should grow in no time.

      SQueen Rob Hey, if you’re still ok with transitioning then I would say to just continue doing what you’re doing but if you’re 100% over it then maybe just getting it over and done with would be a better option. With that at least you’ll be able to learn your hair all over again. ❤️
