I dont know if you can read this but you have changed my life. I love to listen to you watch you you have love joy peace. I been depressed n sad for decades I have been empty of life for decades. Now I find you I wish I did this along time ago. I did bloodwork last week n results showed something not good. I go tomorrow to find out the results but I thi k it's more testing. I'm afraid. A little warning, this is a nice meditation, but it ends to fast. I did´nt hear the gong, and the next meditation started rather shockingly, so no automatic play!
I get erratic myoclonic jerks.. These usually are leg jerks or diaphragm shudder. Where do I think if these? Assume they are brain chemicals or part of Vagus nerve? What do I say to them when they hit. Thx
