How do you prevent the WIFI connector (and 13.3 " also has a thick LCD connector and thick web cam connector) wires from stripping/kinking due to the cover and hinges rubbing on them. I find there is not room within the hinge connection to fit the cable connectors from the cover/screen to the laptop.

That shouldn’t be a problem. It has got enough shielding to prevent from damaging. That’s how it comes by default.

Sir,changing hinge is mandatory ?
Depends on your hinge condition. If it is too tight , it can break the cover again . So better get this changed together.
