Thanks for the video. However it looks like you have the side supports (parts 6 and 7) around the wrong way. Note page 11 of the manual says in red to make sure that they are facing the correct way. This is 6 to leg 2 (left) and 7 to leg 3 (right) and the distance from the first hole to the front should be 225mm. I don’t a recall you mentioning this and you have the side support number 6 on the right instead of the left. This is only an issue because the leg supports are horizontally longer at the front and it needs to match. Just letting you know to help anyone watching because I did the same thing :)

It would be nice if you would show us how you took the apart because its not as simple as you make it look. You already took it apart before the video and removed the chrome piece on the outside of key fob so it was easy to take apart with your hands but how did you take apart the key fob the first time?

Thanks, I was able to fix mine. In my case the hammer was rotated. Just pushed it back to position.

Im also from brisbane and fitted one of these chinese units in a rav4 yesterday! They are great, but im wondering, our rav had some extra plugs that went into the old head unit that arent used in the new one, but everything is working fine including steering controls. i wonder if they were for the old microphone? also i dont have the passcode to get into the advanced settings.
