    Your workouts are always fun, never boring! This was a particularly great variety of compound exercises.

    Really useful for my short holiday with cervical radiculopathy. Part of the recovery is daily exercise including cardio. Thank you.

    Great workout! Love the flow and nice short warm up and cool down. Perfect for my minimal time but still effective!

    Wow. What a workout. I don't usually like anything that says cardio. But this one I loved it. I actually did your lean arms, chest & back workout video I found from 2017 and then did this video. Great combination to do.

    Great short and efficient work out. Just a minor suggestion.. For me i would like a shorter pause (when you explain each exercise). Thanks for all that you do. Your workouts are my go to ❤️❤️

    Loved it can be done easy or difficult - I increased weight to 5lbs for second round. Perfect for me as have some arthritis and trying to live with it. thank you.
