Wow. What a workout. I don't usually like anything that says cardio. But this one I loved it. I actually did your lean arms, chest & back workout video I found from 2017 and then did this video. Great combination to do.
Great short and efficient work out. Just a minor suggestion.. For me i would like a shorter pause (when you explain each exercise). Thanks for all that you do. Your workouts are my go to ❤️❤️
