Love the sactionals! I did have 3 strong helpers to unpack everything (about 16 boxes) and then another 2 strong guys to help with all the covers. After watching the "how-to" videos, the covers went on quite well - with muscle of course! The process of ordering was helped by the awesome people at the store. It took only 6 days to get everything. The whole process went very well! We love how comfortable, flexible and of course, washable everything is! AWESOME sturdy furniture!
Putting mine together was quite a workout-my hands took a beating too. Plus, there was all the leftover packaging to deal with. But after getting it set up and giving it a day (since I got off to a rough start with this couch), I really like it.
Love my sack!!! Just put it together . Already rearranging it. Wish they included the block set for what this costs. Took me 6 hours to put 6 seats and 8 backs together Its not technically difficult . Its physically demanding. Everything is heavy because its all real wood. not Ikea particle board. and pulling the fabric on takes its toll on your hands and back. But its a quality product. No regrets. Plan to spend a full day on this but
Is the storage seat any different in terms of the way it feels? I mean, does it offer more support, or less support? Does it feel somehow loose compared to the normal seat? I’d like to get all storage seats on the one I’m going to order, but, I have to think that they must feel a little bit different than the standard non-storage version. I’d love to hear from somebody who knows from experience.
We can't even get get the the corners of the seat frame covers over the base. The seat cover is simply not big enough. We're having a similar issue with the sides. We have one partly on, but even though the seams are aligned, we simply can't get it on far enough to fold over the velcro. On your videos, it looks easy and fits perfectly. I'd love that to be the case, but it simply is not true with ours. Customer Service is willing to send a set of covers from different batch, but says they haven't heard this from anyone else.
Hi @@alamandrax, thanks. I could have used power tools and it wouldn't have worked. I eventually took a side unit and its cover to a local store and the staff couldn't do it, either. We ended up getting replacement covers that did go on fairly smoothly without too much effort.
We had the same problem, the back and arms are just really hard to do, as they are supposed to be tight so they look like real upholstery especially the backs and arms. I promise, they will fit. I will NEVER be drying these covers however. Good luck😊
@@lynetteresendez3681they weren’t just tight. They literally would not fit. The store employees couldn’t made them fit, either. We had them replaced, and the replacements did fit.
My sister and I had the same trouble. I’m telling you we must have lost 10 pounds putting those covers on! We still have not put the darn thing together.
I am with you 100%. I am beyond angry right now as I am one person and have nobody to help me. Un-bagging it alone was like doing crossfit. The shoes don't align, and my floors are now scratched up, and I am a very careful person.
Not sure why the zippers are not on the very sides...nor why they are not textualy labeled for each piece... because when I opened all my boxes, they were just laying all around, and I can't figure out what goes to what and HOW. I've just about given up for now, it's too stressful. Maybe you guys should make a video that names each piece, with the dimensions, then show the cover it goes to... with those dimensions, and show how it goes on in that order.
I just got the covers and started to put the pieces together. The hardest part is getting the cushions out. It took me over an hour for 1 and I had to lay down down. They are so compressed that even after finally getting the top of the cushion free, it was almost impossible to get the rest of the cushion free. There has to be a better method for packing this. The video show a young, fit man and it's easy for him. What about women or an elderly person.
Took us a bit more time than that, like about two days, but it does fit and looks great. We’re two women so maybe the strength issue slowed us down. But I love it.
Too many whiners.......watch the video and take it slow......its not as difficult as many make it. I was one guy doing it, and it was as I expected. About 45 min per seat, making sure everything is tight. Everybody today wants everything done for them. Especially lazy rich people. Its the best sofa Ive ever had, well worth the money, it really does look professionally upholstered as the video does, because i took my time and followed the video. Patience, People ! And its gotta be the best UA-cam instruction video ever done. Thank you Love Sac Sean !!! 🥰
Watching this video it is clear your cover has been used over and over again and slides so easily. As a first time install, it is a nightmare! Having the covers installed (and properly aligned) for you should be included at minimum. Truly. This installation is NOT accessible for anyone with dexterity/grasp issues. My fingers/nails and first knuckles are all sore and torn up and this was just a loveseat. For the amount of paid for this furniture, delivering with covers installed feels like the bare minimum.
I’m in 10 grand on this LOVESAC and Im putting it together and it’s not a great experience. I’m super organized. Watched every video. But I’m doing this alone and would much rather dropped another $500 for delivery and installation.
@@rebeccaoliver7977 They do not respond t any questions or concerns. This company doe not care once the product is sold. You make it look like it slides right on. My didn't go one that easy especially the sides
What is the color of the fabric on the seat cover in the video?

Would have been great to LABEL THE COVERS!!!!!!

Mine took a bit of elbow grease to get on. I’d have preferred a slight bit of buffer room to let me use the Velcro step to stretch and fit the cover.

Best instructional video on UA-cam about anything.
You need to offer in home assembly. I am one person trying to put this together. IT IS NOT EASY AT ALL.

could you add chapters to this please
So easy my wife and I both seniors did it no problem with 6 pieces in one afternoon from unboxing to finished assembly
Bless your soul sir, because my husband and I are struggling with the leather 😂

For this much money you should have someone assemble them
Cope harder..if ya have enough money they can.😂

I'm amazed that no one from the company responds to the UA-cam videos.
