So bs I just got mine delivered and everytime I place the seats into the shoes the shoes end up moving out of place and seat can’t connect.
What’s is the difference? I have two different set of covers. Deep and standard, how can you tell the difference
I don’t see deep seats on your website, only deep pillows via a la cart..
Thanks for the comment! Any SEAT is a DEEP SEAT. Simply rotate it lengthwise and add a DEEP SIDE and a DEEP PILLOW to accommodate. Does that make sense?!
@@shawnydlovesac it totally makes sense but I was hoping to not have to purchase a separate back pillow and cover since I won’t need the ones included in the “seat price” :)
I was under the impression the regular back pillows are different than deep back pillows.
@@shawnydlovesac yes, why not allow for a customer to buy the deep seat set online? I’m having to return a whole seat set because of this after calling customer service the day after I placed my order to request a deep seat pillow. They weren’t able make that change, so I’ll have to return the whole standard seat set to get deep seat set (only change is a back pillow) because I couldn’t do this with an online purchase. That doesn’t seem productive or sustainable.
@@shawnydlovesac Please don’t say I have to package this entire seat just to get deep cushions. I am literally getting blood on my cushions trying to put this together. The thought of having to package it back up just to do this all over again is TRAUMATIZING. I literally got a little bit of blood on every cushion, just to find out that I need “deep cushions” for the deep configuration and this deep seat set isn’t easily available. This is a really bad user experience. Very confusing. It’s not immediately obvious that you have to buy specific cushions for this specific side when that specific cushion doesn’t have its own seat set like the standard back cushion does. Honestly this makes me just want to return the whole thing out of principle.
You mentioned in this video a deep sactional pillow is included with a deep sactional seat...this makes no sense and I don't think is accurate...your seats are all the same size...only deep sides. This is frustrating as you have to buy two additional deep pillows if you want a deep seated couch that's a min 3 wide.
Unless I'm missing something, the deep seat insert does come w/ the deep pillow. Also, the deep seat is 29" wide x 35" deep x 18" tall; the standard seat is 35"wide x 29" deep x 18" tall. The dimensions are not the same for standard and deep seating.

Not worth the money, very uncomfortable. If we could return all of our product and get all of our money back, we would. Stay away from this furniture.
What problems did you have with this couch? I’m moving soon and my parents are considering buying this couch. Please explain in detail.
@@gabecollins5585 First, I will recommend that if you are going to buy Lovesac product, purchase a chair setup (something that can be integrated into whatever you buy if you decide you like it). See how you like it once you get one home. Keep in mind from the date of receiving the delivery until you are sitting laying on it you have work to do and a short return period. For us the back pillows that you lay against are not as full as the store's sample couch. We could not feel the wood on our backs in the store but you can on the couches we received. The store says there is no difference but there is. This company's customer service is non-existent after the return period. They just don't care. Putting these couches together was difficult. You must put the "slip covers" on yourself this is not fun (try changing the color sip cover like they recommend. Our fingers were raw to the bone by the time we were finished. All cushions become mis-shaped and we are constantly "fluffing" them up. Our house keeper is also constantly fixing the pillows due to this. The "slip covers" also do not look clean edged: they "pull" in certain places making them and all of the couches look cheap. These couches were far more expensive than almost anything else on the market. They are extremely heavy. The store will sell you on how easy they are to move around and change them up and make them into beds from couches or maybe you want chairs from those couches. Not happening without a lot of effort, you will be completely disassembling them in order to move them. I recommend they do that in the store when they try to sell you on these points including changing a slip cover so that you can see this happen for yourself. Let them show you just how easy and lite these modules are. I will bet they will not want to do this for you because they know but maybe they will. If anything try to move or reconfigure the store sample yourself. You will immediately see once you build it, you will never move it. The foot locking system is another pain in the ........... Look up reviews online to see what people are saying but do not look on Lovesac website since those are biased and do not look on a site that is sponsored by Lovesac since this will be biased also. We bought $13,000.00 worth and we are already talking about replacing them with all new and different product but we have not had them a full year yet. We really wanted to like this product so we kept them way longer then the return policy allows for sending them back but we would have to pay for shipping back and that is costly since you must keep all packing and send it back the way you received it. (Fat chance) These are shipped FedEx so think about the cost to send them back that way. No matter how we sit, these couches hurt our backs and we are pretty healthy guys. Hope you have better luck that we did. Let me know what you decide in the end and if you buy how you like them. All of our issues are ours, you may not have the same.
