I'm so sorry to hear about your ACL. Try to keep the rest of your leg strong and do lots of prehab so that you recover as fast as possible from your surgey
How can I do endurance workouts and how often to stay in shape if iam out for 3 to 4 weeks do to knee injury? I will defently be lifting but I also love doing endurance workouts to stay in shape for junitsu
Hey man! I’m in the same boat. I purchased an air bike and find it’s one of the better endurance training regimens I’ve had. If you have access to one it’s great for HIIT or even steady state cardio. Hope this helps.
@Cello Zen yes it does thanknu. I have a rogue echo airdyne bike, battle ropes, inertia waves, punching bags and many other equipment. I agree with the bike though
Good video however as much as i love bjj it's terrible for joint injuries and longevity and as it's only now become very popular I think people may start to drop it due to this issue.

Not from personal experience, sorry. I think many of the techniques that Ritchie shows should apply equally well for injured hamstrings as they do to injured knees

An MRI just confirmed my ACL is torn. It’ll be a long road for me. This gives me some hope in getting back to BJJ a little earlier.

Judo is much better for knee injuries - cause you don’t use your knees , you use your body an hips an momentum of there body
