#Bollywood #MaiyyaYashoda #AlkaYagnik
‘Mayya Yashoda’ is Sung by Kavita Krishnamurthy, Alka Yagnik and Anuradha Paudwal. All 3 legendary Female Singers of the Indian Music Industry
Karishma: Kavita Krishnamurthy
Sonali : Alka Yagnik
Tabu: Anuradha Paudwal
Not Sadhna Sargam. It's Anuradha Paudwal.
Anuradha Paudwal in place of sadhna
@@DIYCraftIdeas8 oh thanks. Will correct it
@@bobinpune thank you. I corrected it
*I suggest-- "Aankhon ki gustakhiyan MV" and "albela sajan aayore"...you'll have fun with older indian mv's cuz they be so theatric and its honestly loveable*
Albela sajan is like an Indian trance :D
I agree. Ankhon ki gustakhiyan
Both sung by Kavita Ji the legendary
this first pair having their engagement , second pair {my fav} are already engaged and third pair are married and all are celebrating the engagement of first pair .
Just enjoy the music with the music video, there's something really facinating about the visuals. And we primarily want u guys to enjoy it, that's the most important 💜
Chand sifarish by Shaan is a wow song. It’s a song where the guy sings for a blind girl whom he truly loves ^_^
Yess plzz
Yeah and that has subtitles too i guess
Omggg yes plz I’m asking from so long 😭
It’s actually copy of an Arabic song 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Done ✅
This is important thing for you guys to understand that Hindi has two type of consonants. one is hard consonants that sound similar to English and Spanish but Hindi has more of them, and then there are aspirated consonants or breathy consonants which have a more breathy sound. For example- Chupa- to suck, is not the same as Chhupa - to hide. Chh represents the breathy aspect of the sound, obviously there is no equivalent in Latin script so an extra h is used to represent aspirated sounds. So the breathy sound can literally change the meaning of the word but to an English or Spanish speakers it won’t be noticeable, unless you pay very close attention. I gave this example because yenno…y’all were talking about it, it’s not chupa in the songs it’s usually chhupa and I just wanted to clarify 😂.
Great explanation
But 'choos' is 'to suck' in Hindi.
@@mohitkanyal2119 it can be both, it depends on the dialect and the synonym used by the speaker. In Hindi, there are several synonyms for each word used today, the words can change depending on the area or other language’s influences etc. Hindi doesn’t have strict linguistics rules in terms of vocabulary due to the influences coming from Persian and Sanskrit, so some people use more persiactic words and others more Sanskrit. No one is wrong, just depends on the speaker.
This movie is the most favourite for family time in India. Great moments showed on how joint family stays together even in crisis.
Krishma Kapoor, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam together creates confusion, everyone looks so elegant. you cant take your eyes off
1990S was an era where almost every bollywood hit might have featured either Alka Yagnik or Kumar Saanu or Udit Narayan or all / both together
This is a typical 90s type bollywood song. Semi devotional light vocal song depicting childhood of Hindu God Lord Shri Krishna. The protagonist imagines herself as Lord's early beloved/friend Radha.
Roshini se is one of Alka Yagnik's best song. Suraj hua madhham is a very very iconic duet song of Alka Yagnik and Sonu Nigam.
Alka yagnik ruled the 90's.she has won numerous awards & dominated the charts in her time.her voice was very versatile & suited most of the heroines.she will be considered as one of the best playback singers ever.she has too many awesome hits 2 mention but she really is an artist u cant ignore.
You can hear Rabindra Sangeet (in Bengali language) you will definitely mesmerized by it ❤️
You should react to the original songs more because that’s how they were created for the public to experience. The instrumental versions don’t do justice to the essence of the songs at least in the case of Indian songs
Exactly
@R.C. exactly lol..never liked it then ...and today too I find it cringy
@R.C. but i lile it the song is so cutee
When i was kid this song was very popular and was performed in every school and college functions.. those who all are 90's have special connection and pleasent memory with this song 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️
‼️‼️You Are right...u can't separate...it's always been a wholesome experience for Indians‼️‼️ even if u separate it ..u will find gems better than anything in the world 👍🏼‼️‼️
This song sung by 3 legendary female singer's of Indian film Industry (Bollywood) Alka Yagnik, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Anuradha Paudwal....!
6:33 Alka Yagnik's voice arrive 😍
React to more official music videos because bollywood has detail focus on music videos
Suggestion
Ae dil hai mushkil- tittle song
Paint it red - from the movie zindagi na milegi doobara
Khaabon ke parindey- zindagi na milegi doobara
Mohe rang do laal - from the movie bajirao mastani
Hi,
You ought to react to Javed Ali’s live performance. (Every performance is gold)
Secondly, I have noticed that you guys ask how do these singers train and what’s their background like. For that I would recommend Bandish Bandits a TV series that showcases the beauty of Indian Classical Music(not all but regional) and it might give you a fair idea.
Absolutely agree!
Hey guys…I totally understand where Waleska is coming from not knowing what to focus on but to understand it all goes back to our culture of storytelling through dance, music etc…I guess Bollywood showcases all of this…❤️
RAJSHREE PRODUCTIONS is a movie production house known for releasing mega family dramas. Their movies are always colourful filled with grandeur and musical scores.
Kishore kumar is legendary singer plz react to his songs‼‼
let me suggest you one...! EK LADKI BHIGI BHAGI SI.
O mere dil ke chain
Mere mehboob kiyamat hogi
Yes his live performance
Neele neele ambar par
Guys why not react to some hidden gems of youtube like Abby V...his collab with Antara Nandy...a hindustani classical mashup called " alabela sajan × apsara aali "....i was quiet shocked to find out such quality singers and content dsnt even have 1M views. I promise its worth your time.
He is too good. Love his work. ❤️
If you want to hear a great live performance of Alka Yagnik, please watch her live rendition of "Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna." Its incredibly beautiful. Thanks :)
Its probay easier for them if you put the link to the video in your comment bevause they might choose the wrong one of they do
@@RandomzzOfficial yea, but youtube comments often get flagged and deleted as spam when you post links :(
@@starsimvidz true 🇵🇰❤
Thank you so much, I've been recommending and waiting for you guys to give a listen to her voice... It's angelic 🥺🤭
Sung by 3 legendary singers
Alka Yagnik
Kavita krishnmurty
Anuradha Paudwal
We've literally grown listening to such songs..... Indians are just so dramatic when it comes to family Celebrating marriages..💕💕💯
I mean u guys can do what u guys like but video versions with the Bollywood clips are way better cause the live versions dont do Justice to the original , the actual song and the feels and vibe . i prefer u guys actually watching the video and enjoying the music more then u guys pulling it apart and bringing out the tecnical aspect of every part of the song.
BTW the girl in violet dress she is sister of these three brothers and they are not getting married they are just engaged. Marriage is full fledged another ceremony conduct in India.
But please do watch 'Ye to sach Hain ki Bhagwan hain' song from same movie and have lyrics with it. You will get to know how parents and elder treated here yes, our generation is not that level but still large part of India there's is lot of respect and humbleness to parents. This whole song dedicate to their parents in the movie.
This Song is sung by 3 singers, Alka Yagnik, Anuradha Paudwal and Kavita Krishnamurthy
All three playback for three different actresses
U can check "bole chudiyaan" song from the movie K3G... It's one of the OG songs out of many... It is also sung by Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan and the video song features SRK, Kajol, Hritik Roshan, Kareena kapoor, Amitabh Bachhan ...
Guys Alka Yagnik sang Agar Tum Saath Ho, the song you guys love so much! Her voice is absolutely beautiful and surreal.
Checkout this song's from Marathi movies you will enjoy them
Type 1. Item song , Cham Cham krta he ye nashila badam.
Type 2. Lavani
1 Apsara Ali , 2 Vajle ki bara .
Don’t get tired recommending you 😉
“Chaiyya Chaiyya”
“Lahu mugh lag gaya”
“ Nimbooda nimbooda”
“Kajra re”
And Ustad Zakir Hussain’s “Horse running” please
This song has more folk elements...you must now try reacting to Indian folk music. Bollywood songs could be based on folk and classical, and western, middle-eastern. Then there are fusion music like sufi qawalli etc which developed in the Indian subcontinent with influence from Iran and other west Asian nations. Like everything else in India, music is extremely diverse in the subcontinent.
The lady in purple is Neelam Kothari, she’s playing sister to all the three guys, the 3 girls are daughter in laws (paired with the 3 guys) and they singing to their mom in law. (Calling her mother Yashoda, in Hinduism she was Lord krishna’s mother who raised him).
i watch your channel to listen about the "breakdown of the song and singing and instrumentation and music"... please continue doing so! :)
If you really want to see a good dance in hollywood movie then should watch and react on a song "Ghumar" from movie "Padmavat"
Ghumar is a Rajput traditional dance style from Rajasthan where women performs dance while rotating. Rajput were traditionally ruling and fighting community of Rajasthan.
As a viewer I am not expecting to you to dissect and explain technicality of it. I am watching this channel because I love to watch reactions it's like I am watching again the stuff which I have emotionally attached with friends who are really new to it. And same warmness and adoration you have with it basically it comes from our in tight culture. But still I like to watch original stuff.
This is one of the legendary family movie which been watching and enjoying every generation.
All of the songs from this movie are toooo fantastic.
Yeah same
Yeah exactly i feel like they talk too mich about technicalities amd then just get lost in conversation so then theres like lits of things they miss in the visual kind of part
@Randomz i guess it comes down to personal preference because i've seen a lot of people watching it to enjoy and sometimes i want to see people who actually, not necessarily break things down but notice some of the musical details that i notice. Because personally it feels like the music is too genius to simply get passed as enjoyable.
I am glad you react to this song....I have very fond memories of my childhood with this song....thank you so much for your lovely reaction ❤️
That's why we enjoy dancing more on Hindi songs than English songs ....i somehow feel that i have to drag myself to dance on English songs ...while for Hindi songs the dance comes out of the heart
this is fav all time hindi song can never ever get over it 😀
This song is not sung by Alka Yagnik alone, all the female playback singers in the song are legendary like Alka Yagnik, Anuradha Paudwal,Kavita Krishnamurthy.
I would like you to react to songs by Mohammed Rafi. He' was one of the pre-eminent playback singers of the Indian films, his voice has been called "Voice of God"
They're using Dholak an instrument. It was commonly used in music back in those days. You can hear many Indian instruments like Shehnai etc.
Ooh the oldies.. Those were gold. Today's bollywood is sooo different from this yet awsm. It's good to have varieties tho.
Agar tum saath ho is sung by Alka Yagnik and Arjit Singh
Indian dances really is expressive.. love from philippines
What a quaint choice of song to showcase Alka Yagnik talent, as there many other beautiful songs!
this movie is one of my fav hindi movies of all time ,and the songs are just as amaizing
Its not just alka yagnik but three legends also Anuradha paudwal and kavita krishnamurthy and thats very rare like only 1-2 times this happened
Ayyy 90s kids! We grew up with these songs as part of our daily lives :D
I love Karisma's eyes 😍
Taal se taal mila from movie taal, is a good one to listen to by Alka yagnik and unit narayan. This one wasnt just alka. She was only the middle girl in white dress.
Beautiful outfit Waleska🔥🔥🔥🔥 And guys you should react more to Bollywood songs ( the music video) Btw that girl in the purple she’s the sister of all three guys ( in the movie)
This movie is equivalent to a typical latino soap opera, with typical light bollywood song and dance, of course. During 90s, bollywood songs and dance were very light in difficulty/complexity. Only arrival of AR Rahman changed the scene and music became more and more modern, less dependent on legacy musical beats, etc.
Brotherhood, family love based movie must watch once.
Do watch other songs from Devdas..there are so many good songs 👌👌
1.morey piya
2.maar dala
3.kahe ched ched mohe
4.humesha tumko chaha
Childhood memories!!! This song from one of 90's movie
Please react all of the songs of this"hum sath sath hain" and "hum aapke hain koun" movie's. You'll love it for sure. That's the best movies ever from Bollywood. We need reaction on all songs of these two movies.💖
REACT TO MADARI COKE STUDIO PLEASE !*^ ^*!
Please also check out Ye swasalo cherithe sung by KS chitra. I think studio versions are important so if you can look at both the live version and the studio versions back to back. But with some older singers all you'll get is studio versions
The girl in purple is old actress from 80
Very beautiful name is Neelam (means diamond)
I enjoy your video song watch along much more than live music reaction. This gives a reaction to the video and choreography as well and not just music.
I want you guys to do what you do best (whether music video or live) just analyze the song because i love listening to you guys
Please react to the medley song from mujhse dosti karoge
Happy New Years guys
This song has been sung by three major singers for the three different girls. The first voice was of Kavita Krishnamurthy who opens the song; voice of the second girl was Alka Yagnik and the third voice was Anuradha Paudwal.
❣plz react to shiv tandav stotrum
I love this movie so much. Throwback my high school time. Just recently watching in Netflix bcos I miss the old genre movie. This movie title, Hum Sath Sath Hain.
Fun fact : The first couple shown in real lives are in laws, the actor (saif ali khan) is married to the actress' (karishma) younger sister kareena who is also a very famous actress
Alka is one of my most favorite and the movie of this song is my favorite since childhood this movie is a masterpiece with a huge production and a huge star cast😍😍
omg i wasnt expecting u gyts to react to such an old songgggg, I love ittttt!!
Your reactions are perfect and I enjoy them so much
Bro, you look a lot like A R Rahman. Luv to see you interview Indian actors and singers with your technical knowledge.
Maiyya yashoda beginning is sung by great kavita krishnamurthy. Very very well trained in classical indian music
Yes guys you are absolutely right you must always and always react to any song with the videos
The other singers, Kavita (Sharada) Krishnamurthy is a legend, classically trained young, began from the late 70s, she sang Dola Re Dola with Shreya and the Hindi cover you checked out A whole new World, she has sung in several languages. Anuradha (Alka) Paudwal another legend began in the early 70s, was popular in the 90s, sung in other languages. They have both won several popular awards for their many hit songs from films in their careers. Both have very melodious and refined vocals for mainstream Indian cinema.
You have actually reacted to Alka Yagnik recently but may not have known it. she's the female voice in Arijit's Agar Tum Saath Ho! Shes amazing and one of , if not the most popular singer in the Bollywood industry. Also, i love your reactions to the music and the movie scenes together. in my opinion, i just love watching people who are new to Bollywood react to the lavishness of the scenes and the music together.
Heyy lots of love from India.
Please react to the legendary singer KS Chithra. She's recorded more than 25,000 songs for the movies. She's worshipped for her talent. She holds the record for the most number of National Awards bestowed upon by the Government of India. A total of 6!!. She's been honoured by the British House of Commons, The Chinese government, The Royalty of UAE. She's sung in more than 20 languages. Her hit songs include
Kehna hi kya
Kannalanae
Saathiya tune kya kia
Ye Haseen wadiya
Anjali anjali
Padariye padipariye
Oovuru pookalame
Piya Basanti re
Oooo la la la
Malargal kataen
Uyire uyire
Tum bin jiya jaye kaise
Raat ka nasha
Payale chunmun
Theerame theerame
Kasam ki kasam hai kasam se
You should watch 'Titanic tribute song by Tushar laal'
The song you've reacted to is sung by THREE female singers. All of them super popular in the 90s era.
The first vocalist is Kavita Krishnamurthy (lip-synched by Karisma Kapoor in the Orange outfit).
The second vocalist is Alka Yagnik (lip-synched by Sonali Bendre in the gold outfit).
The third vocalist is Anuradha Paudwal (lip-synched by Tabu in the red outfit).
The girl in the purple is called Neelam.
If you really want an introduction to Alka Yagnik, I would suggest "Taal Se Taal" from the film Taal (also, 1999). Music is by A.R. Rahman, and it's picturized on Aishwarya Rai.
Please react to "angana more" written, composed and sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL! This song is even placed as #1 on the billboard last year!
the first song which came to our tongue while playing Antakshari
You decoded the visual and musicality of Bollywood songs correctly
@4.38 the sound is of a string section doled out from a syntheszer
it doesn't matter how many new songs you listened everyone remember maiyaa yashoda at antakshari 🥲
There are so many songs of her i can't even suggest you any specific ones.... there ain't any song she sang and I didn't like....basically what I am saying is her voice is the real deal here....she's is so good I don't even know how to put it in words.....

@waleska fyi India also has rich classical dancing coming from different regions of India and you see a glimpse of them in these Bollywood songs. Checkout these dancing’s as well they are equally mesmerising.
In the second couple ,the actor name is Salman Khan , he himself the whole Bollywood industry.
Alka yagnik 😍😍she is queen of hits, irreplaceable, melody...... Pleasing voice
All the Indian songs videos goes with a movie you have to watch the movie to understand the song it’s not a regular song video it goes with a that particular movie 🍿
Alka Yagnik is my fav female singer. React on her pehli pehli baar Mohabbat ki hai.♥️♥️🔥
This is not the first time you're listening to Alka Yagnik. You saw the music video of Agar Tum Saath Ho. She sang the female part in that alongside Arijit Singh.
