    is there any block that would match that is bigger displacement? like a 3.6 or a 3.8 . how far off are we from billet block and forged assembly

      Forged rods and upgraded head studs are available on our website now! There are no other larger bore blocks available at this time that would fit, and billet blocks are not needed any time soon.

    So on a b9 s5 with pure 750 turbos, 650 whp too much for the transmission to handle ? Is there a certain torque limit ?

      Our ECU Tuning is perfectly safe for the factory transmission with accompanying Stage 3 TCU Tuning.

    What are you seeing on the dyno with the stage 3 setup?

    The critical part wasn’t mentioned. You basically can’t push an under squared block compared to an engine that is over squared. F1 engines are all over squared. Bigger bore and shorter stroke is designed for longevity and for racing. Under squared is designed for the street - torque. Street cars are heavy. You force a car that is heavy and its under squared engine then it won’t last very long. If you change the internal components to a stronger aftermarket unit (forged pistons and rods), now it’s up to the block to hold it together.

      Under square and over square does not affect the intrinsic strength of engine internals. Racing Indians are under squared because it allows a larger board which allows bigger valves and better flow into and out of the cylinders along with its main benefit which is reduced piston speed for the same amount of displacement. Because the piston travels a shorter distance every stroke on an overs quared engine you can turn more RPMs before exceeding the maximum acceleration limits of the piston/wrist pin/rod/ROD BOLTS. I've never seen anything even suggesting The theory you're trying to put forth. I listed the basic reasons above why over squared engines are preferred for high performance applications. It has nothing to do with over or under square magically making engine internals stronger.

    Stage 3 91 or 93 Oct file reliability vs Stage 1 91 or 93 Oct file?

    • @034MotorsportUncut
      @034MotorsportUncut  Рік тому +1

      The Stage 1 and Stage 3 files have the same reliability as you would with a bone stock vehicle.
      034Motorsport Dynamic+ Files utilize advanced safety strategies within the ECU to ensure your vehicle is running safely in all conditions.
