I want to say, I am not good at conversions, but, i may say only one thing; that 12v to (as you claim) 7200w cannot be inverted by that transformer. Max, you can invert, is 600wts

The irf7230 is rated at 200 watt peak power dissipation, but half of that power is the ideal choice so 12 irf3205= 1200 watt peak, and you better have a fan cooling those transistors continuously. I'm not saying you circuit wont work, I'm just saying the power number are exaggerating. Also if you use a microwave transformer like he is using and you have not removed the high voltage secondary you may get killed.
He's using the microwave high voltage secondary. Pay attention to how he's doing this. A microwave transformer is usually a 10x or 20x step up. 12 to 240 is 20x. It's the perfect application for this. It's also a whole lot safer than a lot of the other dumb stuff I see people doing with microwave transformers on here.

Parabéns pelo projeto, Mas a conta não fecha. pelo tamanho do transformador no máximo 1000 Watts, pois 7500W em 12Vcc é 625 Amperes. quando se trata de motores a potencia é com carga máxima. por tanto não da para considerar sem carga. mas o projeto e excelente para fazer trabalhos onde não tem energia ou você poderia ligar a iluminação toda de uma casa e carregar as baterias com placas solares assim você terá energia por 24 horas. I have a question sir. In the diagram 5th pin of TL494 connected to plus side of capasitor and minor is to pin 1. But, when you welding it can see 5th pin connecting to minor of capacitor and plus side of cap connecting to pin 1 of TL494. 🤔 I am bit confuced. please correct me. Thanks. one more thing make the deadtime on pin 4 of tl494 to be 2.77microseconds to be a modified sinewave it has to do with a deadtime on the wave because sinewave is round not sharp up and down of pulse its like a mountain goin up and down
I checked for 21 gauge wire but is none In the USA.So could I use 20 or 18 gauge wire for my primary winding.does the transformer get hot when you are using it
Change the transformer winding. Either quadruple the windings on the primary side, or quarter the windings on the secondary side. You will also need to do something about the voltage for the timing IC, so possibly add a solid state voltage regulator. In any situation, I would also suggest adding a trim pot to control the frequency instead of just using a resistor. Better yet, work out something voltage controlled, because this IC timing may change with input voltage. A solid state regulator will help you with this, but it won't be perfect in all situations.
Your transformer is not more than 500 watt .....soooooo your inverter cant give u more than 400 watt ......7500 shit is not possible....you just use electrical source hidden under wood pice .....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Cool idea, but can you use electrically sensitive equipment which requires a pure sine wave invertor on it, like computers?

Most decent computer power supplies shouldn't need a pure sine wave. A lot of networking equipment, on the other hand, will not like this inverter.
