Distressed or patina, the latter being posher. In which case Henry, if we were to be posh about it, could we use the term ‘distressed patina’ for rust? Could be handy when trying to sell and keep the haggle high. ‘Rust mate, nooo! That’s a lovely bit of distressed patina that is. Adds value if anything’ ☺️

Sorry to be a bit pedantic but the dictionary definition of patina is: "a green or brown film on the surface of bronze or similar metals, produced by oxidation over a long period". On iron and steel it's just rust!

There’s a lot of us across the country who ride. Fergie 40 - the first vehicle I ever drove so I have a soft spot for them…
It's a Ferguson 35 because it's in the UK. It's a petrol/TVO one, which is quite rare and the reason that it starts, the diesels are bad starters.

And very cool so the tractor is most definitely not the only cool grey vehicle
