It’s surprising to me that when I search for stainless steel cookware how many have aluminum layered in between the stainless steel. They do that for heat distribution and to save money… but it still bothers me that that almost all of them do that.
I understand. I am thinking the same thing. However, that being said, that seems like it’s just the nature of the beast. So in my opinion, as long as again, the stainless steel, each side of the aluminum is good, there should not be any then that would lead through. I have already a few years ago switched most everything to either stainless steel or cast-iron. And I think I have a much healthier kitchen because of it.
