    Yep! Everyone should only watch this first about voice meter. Got me started from confused to oh okay that's what it does. Got me curious to learning more about it after the end of the video.

    This is not only the best tutorial on Voicemeeter, but one of the best tutorials I've ever watched on UA-cam. Well done!!

    DUUUUUDE This has GOT to be the BEST Voicmeeter/OBS Tutorial Ive seen! You Really took it step by step and REALLY broke it down into layman terms. I have been fighting with Voicemeeter for over a year now and listened and followed a bunch of tutorials, most I couldn't understand because they assumed I already knew certain things they were talking about or talked to fast and didn't go as in depth as I would have liked (I'm 61 so I'm not that tech savvy). YOU DID, along with step by step and why it was done this way! Now my streams sound GREAT and I now understand how to have more control and better setup. You have gained a new fan and subscriber! Thank You!
    Also, Would you mind If I put a link to this page on my Twitch and UA-cam sites?

    Thanks for the details in this video. Only thing unclear is what you chose in the OBS Audio settings tab (desktop audio, mic, etc.). Did you leave all to default?

      I left them all disabled and added Voicemeeter as a source in OBS. I use Voicemeter Vaio 3 as my stream audio. So any input I want to my stream I make sure that B3 is checked

    @FanaticJugglerTV Quick question: Around the 6 minute mark you suggest changing all your cables to 2 channel, 16 bit, 4800 Hz (DVD Quality). What if we have 2 channel, 16 bit, 4800 Hz (Studio Quality) available? I know a higher bit (16 vs 24) and Hz (48k vs 96k) is an ehancement in the quality, but does label of DVD vs Studio quality change anything even though all the rest of the stats are the same?
    Thanks!

    • @FanaticJugglerTV
      @FanaticJugglerTV  3 місяці тому

      You can use studio quality if you'd like. For me DVD quality suits my purpose better for streaming and recording video games. If you're doing music or a podcast I would use studio quality.

    Good video. One question: Using OBS is mandatory if you want to stream? I use voicemeeter for clubhouse but I have seen several videos of people using OBS. What’s the difference of using it or not?

    • @FanaticJugglerTV
      @FanaticJugglerTV  3 місяці тому

      You can use any streaming software with VM. I use OBS because it fits what functions i need like running scripts and being able to customize my docks the way I want them.

    do i set this up the same way if using a mackie profx 10v3? or do you happen to know to. or should i just get rid of mixer and use audio interface and voicemeter? the issue i was faced with was when using the mixer( line 2) was the only option for the mic in voicemeter. when enabled that I would get all sounds through that channel and not able to seperate. i currently have all virtual cables as well. Help!!!! lol.

    • @FanaticJugglerTV
      @FanaticJugglerTV  Рік тому

      Ty Skywalker for your question. Since VM is a virtual mixer I would use the audio interface for the mic and put it through VM and then add all your other audio sources in. Just make sure you have the audio source open and in sound settings change the input to whatever cable you have set in VM.

    Do i have to download the donate VRT plugin to like get discord running up in your OBS like I only downloaded the virtual cable input and the voice meter potato and do I assign discord to like the Voice meter aux or voice meter vaio 3? is whats confusing me my voice meter potato I have Desktop as my first second Mic and third Monitoring / music?

    • @FanaticJugglerTV
      @FanaticJugglerTV  Рік тому

      Thank you for your question. A1- A5 is where you want to put your monitoring devices like headphones or speakers. So discord would be in one of the hardware inputs with the use of one of the cables. Then in discord you select the mic channel in VM and then for output you choose the corresponding cable. Voicemeter aux would be good if that is what your mic goes through. I have my mic on AUX. Any app i use that requires my mic i select VM Aux. you should be able to download all the files I included in the description of the video.

    question with my cable output i use it for browser like you set up the same as you i get crackling alot any fixes?

    • @FanaticJugglerTV
      @FanaticJugglerTV  7 місяців тому +1

      Try removing the input and pick it again. Also on the menu tab click restart audio engine. If that doesn't work then uninstall voice meter and reinstall it. I had to do that when I upgraded from windows 10 to 11.
