George, I am suprised that you failed to notice the beauty of the surrounding countryside and the beautiful Wigtown Bay. But having spent years around the M25 area and driven round it ......each to their own! I sure know where I'd rather be living....and it sure as ain't the M25!

I've had a lot of messages from people who live abroad who's ancestors came from this area. They enjoyed the drive to Newton Stewart, it's a lovely road. No one forced you to watch it for 15 minutes, no one else has complained.
