My brother ran coal from Princess Beverly down to the Marmet Docks til he died in 95. I did a short stint pulling out of Red Warrior to the Hatfield docks in Marmet in 94. Went back to running outlaw west coast. Hated the same scenery every day.
Man hero that was bad damn 10 !!! That big kw is a ground pounder! My favorite era of kdubs best trucks we had was the 02s an 05 w/ switch dash! 😎🚛💨 I wanna see these lil wv towns and them videos is whats its all about!! 😎🚛💨 you my hero suh!
I miss my coal hauling days back in the late 80's early 90's as there was a certain camaraderie amongst the drivers that does not exist today, if a driver had a flat tire as we always carried a spare another driver would stop to help change it and we did not have the Big Hammers that are pulling buckers today just an R Model Mack or Mack Superliner. Superliner was my favorite.
Mine Companies strictly forbid Camera action on their property. And seeing how I run Coal to make Money, unless I can get an OK, that’s a no. Hopefully in the future I can, but I can’t force ‘em. Most Truckers nowadays have Automatic Restrictions, along with (MOST) only being able to move 80,000 Pounds on the Interstate. Not a two lane or a Haul Road.
And this ain’t flat land territory. Got to be on your game when climbing a steep or coming off the other side. Takes a different kind of man to run these parts. But if you think it’s just a noisy ass Kenworth, you’re more than welcome to come out here. 😎👉🏽🚛💨
@@blackzack304 yes sir. Been on the back roads, got the T shirt. AEP Conesville barb tipple. SE Ohio. Now torn down. Never made much for doing a slave a labor trucking company driver job. Much respect for those that can make it work. Keep the lights on. 10-4. Oh and roll that tarp. The windows are getting expensive these days.
The coal bucket lives. 👍👍👍👍

You guys have a coal friendly governor. Just keep it under 150k 😂
If you were to run legal loads 80k gross, you may as well work at Lowe's, Walmart or Home Depot.
