What a great campsite. You could relax there several nights. I envy you having so many camping companions. You bed looks cozy and your meals look interesting. How was the freeze dried biscuits and gravy?
This is a great camp site to take a beginner backpacker to, it's only 2 miles, not much elevation gain, and there is water the entire way. I could easily stay a few peaceful relaxing nights there. I have to thank Alan (PHARRAOH) for all these camping companions, I met all of them through his meet ups. My sleep system is perfect, and well dialed in. Always some good food with you guys. Last time I was there on the way out of camp at night I walked right next to a Rattlesnake coiled up. Probably could have struck me if he wanted to.

Those quick overnight trips are rough come Monday morning... but worth every minute of it. The heat hasn't been that bad this summer, but my type of work kills... you know all about it.
