Hey, guys! Awesome video! I wanted to comment on the ground beef and plantain dish. Being from the Dominican Republic, eating these 2 together with white rice is actually a staple dish. You need to try it with white rice!

No not able to make a trip to Universal with other financial and life priorities this year but hopefully next year or the year after

It all looks pretty good! I think the grilled chicken and peanut sauce would be top of my list.
Everything (aside from the plantain and ground beef) was solid. Aub already plans to go back for a few more chicken skewers in March 😂😂

Being from Montreal, I feel a little obliged to answer 'why poutine?'.
Foremost, it's for sure overrated. Three ingredients: fries, gravy, cheese curds. Actually, that's wrong. The three ingredients are: salt, fat, oil. 😃
Now, I admit that after a night out, and you got the midnight / 2 am muchies, poutine is pretty awesome.
I just find it funny that this is now the automatic food association to Canada. Oh well. Vive La Poutine !

We did, you are right. We stuck mainly to the international booths! We will try it when we go back and let you know!
I’ll be there on the 24th to check it out. I’m going to pair the slider with a sweet waffle and the off menu drink from Chez Alcatraz. 😋
