Select the good ones that are fully safe for processing. * You can boil the figs in vinegar or "Shira" before drying them in the ☀️ sunlight. * Use an airy structure( jali waghera)for placing the figs in ☀️ sunlight, cover the fruit with a light cloth to protect it from insects and keep changing it's position up and down daily. * Your figs will dry down within four to five days. Then you can give them the desired shape and preserve them for a much longer time. *Note. You can briefly boil the figs twice if you feel that the fruit is getting hard and unmanageable. * Now, some fig varieties are also coming to the limelight in different countries that have self drying capacity even before harvesting/picking. * Some of our friends are working on a project in the private sector in Pakistan and hopefully, positive results are expected within a couple of years.InshaAllah. * Have a nice day and stay blessed 😇.

اسلام علیکم ، میں اپنے انجیر کو لیکر کچھ عرصے سے بہت پریشان ہورہی تھی تو آپ کا ویڈیو نظر آگئی میرا پودا بھی 2014 کا لگا ہوا ہے اور ہمیشہ بہت پھل آیا بلکل آپ والی نسل ھے ، لیکن پچھلے سال میں نے ہارڈ پروننگ کی تھی ، لیکن کوئی 4 مہینہ ہوگیا ھے ٹہنیاں گھنی نہیں ہورہی ہیں اور پھل بھی لازمی طور کم ہوگیا جب موٹے تنے ہی نہیں بنے گا تو پتے اور پھل کہاں ہوگا، کیا میں نے غلطی ہے ہارڈ پروننگ کر کے، کیوں کے کچھ موٹے تنے بھی کا ٹیے تھے، یعنی ٹہنیاں کے ساتھ، کیا اس موسم میں کھاد وغرہ کونسی دوں کے اگلے سال کچھ گھنا ہوجائے، بہت شکریہ میں کراچی میں ہوں۔ ۔

* Proper pruning during the autumn season and an anti fungus spray also help in having big, juicy and sweet fruit.

اسلام علیکم ، میں اپنے انجیر کو لیکر کچھ عرصے سے بہت پریشان ہورہی تھی تو آپ کا ویڈیو نظر آگئی میرا پودا بھی 2014 کا لگا ہوا ہے اور ہمیشہ بہت پھل آیا بلکل آپ والی نسل ھے ، لیکن پچھلے سال میں نے ہارڈ پروننگ کی تھی ، لیکن کوئی 4 مہینہ ہوگیا ھے ٹہنیاں گھنی نہیں ہورہی ہیں اور پھل بھی لازمی طور کم ہوگیا جب موٹے تنے ہی نہیں بنے گا تو پتے اور پھل کہاں ہوگا، کیا میں نے غلطی ہے ہارڈ پروننگ کر کے، کیوں کے کچھ موٹے تنے بھی کا ٹیے تھے، یعنی ٹہنیاں کے ساتھ، کیا اس موسم میں کھاد وغرہ کونسی دوں کے اگلے سال کچھ گھنا ہوجائے، بہت شکریہ میں کراچی میں ہوں۔ ۔
